First of all, the location is amazing. You are situated in the center of the city, museums are really close, we walked everywhere by foot to see the city. Breakfast is great, I can’t remember the name of the staff member that helped us with the breakfast, but he was very kind and polite. We stayed at the room 11, so if someone from La Tamise knows the name of the staff member that welcomed us on January 9th, say hello to him. Clean sheets, comfortable beds, all the toiletries you need, perfect accommodation. We’re really impressed with the whole experience. Would stay there again for sure!

Location was fantastic! The Louvre and Angelina's Cafe were a short 5 minute walk from the hotel. We were also able to walk to a variety of other attractions including the Eiffel Tower, Notre-Dame Cathedral, cafes and shopping. The room was perfect and had the Parisian charm we were hoping for with newly rennovated modern amenities. The room was extremely clean, quiet, with a very comfortable bed. There is an elevator if you prefer not to do stairs. The staff were friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met.

The exemplary customer service and friendliness of the staff is what really made this stay enjoyable. In particular, Saleh was outstanding because I saw him tthe most, but I would like to commend the others as well. The location was ideal for seeing the Louvre, Tuliries Gardens, and other historic sites. The facilities are very clean and comfortable with added extras such as heated towel racks, great toiletries, complimentary bottled water. coffee, creamer, and a good breakfast with great service. We wwre treated like family and really appreciated that. 👏 👏 👏

On arriving we did not stand on reception as all the other hotels do.We sit on a desk and did our check in (the same by sitting on check out)it is very important very human They had used every thing very good quality The bath towels ,the blanket which is light but makes you very hot the shover very satisfactry And more than all the hospitality the friendship of the workers made us feel as if we are among our family.They helped us a lot to get in contact in French with awful Amazon system which sends us a bag of sand in a playstatıon parcel .and tried to help us as much as they can

An incredible hotel in a perfect location for exploring landmarks and attractions. A few minutes’ walk from the Louvre and a brisk 30-40 minute walk in the opposite direction to the Arc de Triomphe and Eiffel Tower. The hotel staff members were wonderful - smiley, kind and helpful. We received a warm welcome, with complementary champagne offered, and found our room to be very clean, comfortable and well appointed. Rue d’Alger is connected to Rue de Rivoli, where you will find an inviting array of shops, cafes, restaurants and other businesses. There are also some very exclusive hotels nearby and we happened to cross paths with none other than Rod Stewart and Penny Lancaster, who were in town for Rod’s last ever concert in France. Overall, a fantastic trip. We loved Paris’ stunning architecture, vibrant culture and lovely people. It was good to see the preparations for the Summer Olympics in full swing but that did, unfortunately, mean quite a few roads and pavements were blocked off.

The staff were absolutely fantastic, especially Salle the breakfast attendant - he was truly marvelous! The location was fantastic, a 2 minute walk to the Metro and you can walk to the Louvre from the hotel. It is also within walking distance from many cafes, restaurants and shops. The rooms were small, but had plenty of storage space, and the bedding was lovely - very comfortable, and the toiletries were of a very high quality. The complementary champagne and snacks were very welcome on arrival. I cannot recommend the Tamise more highly!!

A little noisy from the street, with cars beeping, but you were soon able to not hear it.

C’est parfait! This hotel is the perfect combination of charm, elegance, and beauty. It is located in the 1st arrondissement of Paris, near the Louvre and the Jardin des Tuileries. The convenient location allows travelers to walk all around Paris with ease. From the moment we arrived, every staff member that we encountered was pleasant, kind, and helpful. The rooms were beautiful, well maintained, and extremely clean. Our children were exhausted from the overnight flight, so the staff was gracious enough to expedite our check-in. Overall, Hotel La Tamise exceeded my expectations in every way, and I could not have been more pleased. I would like to thank every member of the staff for making our first time in Paris an unforgettable experience. We will definitely be back!

The location can not be faulted, and as it was our first time in Paris, it was perfect. The room was clean and fresh towels daily. Staff were always very polite. We only used the breakfast area once.

We knew the room would be small as city hotels seem to be compact, but the bed was just too small, especially when you are used to a super king-sized one at home .However, it was very comfortable, and so were the pillows, but they were an odd shape. Square instead of oblong!

I like the staffs esp Laila who welcomed me after a long flight and helpful through out my trip. The location is safe and very near the Metro, near shopping street esp Place Vedome. My room was comfortable with huge bed, everything I need is in the room. Nespresso included in my room. My room was quiet all through out and had no trouble sleeping.

Nothing to dislike just maybe breakfast spread, its minimal, not exactly a breakfast spread I expected. Small room for dining, might be better if they offer breakfast in bed instead.

The location was ideal both for eating out and visiting key places of interest, especially museums and galleries. Breakfast was a great experience, like having a personal butler. Saleh was so attentive. The reception staff, especially Kevin, could not have been more helpful. As we arrived we were offered a refreshing drink and there was a handwritten welcome card in our room, all lovely touches.

There was nothing we didn’t like. We would go back to La Tamise tomorrow if we could and can heartily recommend it to other visitors to Paris. The whole building was kept spotless too.
