The room was pretty comfortable for 5. Shower and toilet were separate which was convenient since we were 5 in the room.

I am delighted to leave a review about my stay. The balance between the hotel's star rating and the quality of services is excellent. I stayed for 9 nights during the Christmas holidays and had a wonderful experience. The room was impeccably clean, with daily housekeeping. The hotel managers were polite and always ready to assist. I accidentally left my phone in a taxi, and the staff promptly helped me recover it. A special thanks to manager ABDELL, who was cheerful, humorous, and attentive to all guests. He always made sure to offer fresh croissants, which added a lovely touch to the mornings. The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic—safe, beautiful, and within walking distance of all major attractions. Stepping outside the hotel, you're immediately greeted by a stunning view. I highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again!

We could not have found a better hotel in Paris. First, you are in one of the nicest and most artistic areas of Paris. The city center is almost a half hour walk and there are many nice restaurants to eat in the neighborhood. As for the hotel, we stayed 7 days and every day a gentleman came to clean, tidy the room, bring clean towels and toilet paper. We were welcomed by a lady who was very kind and helpful, as well as all the employees, from the reception to the people who served breakfast and cleaned the place. And while we hadn't booked breakfast, a gentleman at the reception told us that we could see what the breakfast offered and if we liked to sit down and eat. In the end, we ate there every day, everything was delicious and very affordable! It was more than worth the money! Thank you so much for everything!!

The location was superb, close to metro for Paris downtown, close to shops and restaurants, souvenirs and bars. Close to Montmartre and Sacre Coeur. The rooms were very clean, staff were very friendly and helpful. We didn't have breakfast there, there were so many nice cafes nearby we didn't feel we needed to. Reception was open through to early morning hours for us to checkin and they were happy to keep our stuff safe earlier when we arrived. We are a family of 5 and we don't always find a room for 5 in a hotel, so it was a good surprise to find a spaceous room with comfy beds to fit us all. All experience was good.

It all started with the very friendly reception, easy check in and overdose hospitality with our dog as well. The room was very cozy and with a cute nice terrace. Everything works and is very smart especially with the touchless light switches. The hotel is very well positioned in the beautiful Montmartre area, nice restaurants and bakeries around hotel, a close walk from the cathedral and the hippy center. All in all a beautiful place and very good to be recommended for anyone looking for a place to stay in this beautiful neighborhood and especially if you have a pet with you.

The room was perfect for myself, sister and her 3 children. Spacious enough with a good sized bathroom and separated toilet which was an important detail with so many people to use all facilities. The hotel was easy to find and in fact we walked from Gare du Nord easily. There were some restaurants, boulangeries etc close by and we were within 10 minutes walk to the Montmartre area which was perfect. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful and very nice to the children which was appreciated.

We paid for a family room and it exceeded my expectations. There were 5 of us however the layout of the room was very clever. It was small but there was enough space. Beds were very comfortable, the location of the property was very convenient as we enjoy walking. We paid for the inclusion of the breakfast. It was quite basic but again for a short stay it was very convenient for our family. This property was a really good price for a family on a budget. Would definitely recommend to families for short stays.

Location is unmatched: Metro stations nearby, lots of grocery stores and restaurants down the street, and Montmartre attractions within walking distance.

The air condition didn't work after the first night, so I slept with the windows open. Unfortunately, it means I was woken up several times from loud guests. Also, I could hear very clearly whenever the other rooms' doors closed.

Beds were comfortable. The shower was good as were having two sinks. There was a small lift which was good for luggage. We were a group of 4 so it was nice to all be in one room. The front desk staff were very kind and helpful. The location was good for the attractions in the area.

The toilet was in a tiny space - not sure a taller person would have room for knees and still be able to keep the door shut. Also, there were not enough plugs for charging devices with the number of people in the room. There was a USB port in a light fixture beside a bed with no outlet but it didn't work.

Location was great for food and close to Paris Nord, cafes, local food shops and supermarkets, and site seeing spots, with a wonderful breakfast and friendly staff to start the day!

Room size vs dollars paid for it. Although a comfortable and clean room close to many things, it was smaller than expected ( showers were a tight fit) and would have been better I think if we were lucky to get a balcony or a room with better natural light so it could feel more spacious as there were 3 of us travelling. Also Booking.com needs to better highlight or make it clearer in their notes that there is still an additional Paris city tax ( calculated per person per night) is still payable direct to hotel at checkin on top of their quoted web prices.
