Free soft drinks in the room's mini-bar were refilled each day. Free soft drinks and snacks available in the hotel's lobby, and also in other Astotel hotels in Paris. Bed (mattress and pillows) very comfortable. Our room was at the back of the hotel and so was very quiet (just the quiet rumble of Metro trains in the background). Very convenient for Metro line 12 (Saint-George station), and walkable from the Eurostar terminus at Gare du Nord (but uphill on the return journey!).

The "standard double" room was big enough for the double bed but not much else - but we were out enjoying the delights of Paris most of the time so it wasn't a problem. A couple of minor technical problems in the room, but nothing serious.

Awesome hotel right beside a Metro station but in a quiet part of town. Very close to everything. The hotel staff are lovely - very friendly and knowledgeable. The hotel provides complimentary soft drinks in the room which is a nice touch. The bed is very comfortable. The lounge area is warm and inviting and the hotel provide coffee, tea, juice and water as well as small cakes which is very thoughtful. The staff will also hold your luggage after you check out which is a huge positive. We are planning to stay here again when we return next year.

There isn’t anything I was unhappy with.

The location is great, within walking distance from Gare du Nord train station, and central Paris. Some fantastic restaurants and cafes, particularly Domenicos. Really safe area. The hotel staff are so helpful and friendly. The rooms are basic but have everything you need for a comfortable sleep.

The breakfast wasn’t great. Coffee isnt fresh & comes from a machine so you can’t choose milk options, and food selection wasn’t to my taste. It was mostly sweet options, with a bit of scrambled egg or cheese. Very few bread or fruit (apart from a whole apple or orange). We decided to skip breakfast at the hotel after first night and walk 5 mins down the road. There isn’t much sound proofing and we did hear upstairs walking around on creaky floorboards, doors slamming, and the hotel is directly on a metro line so it rumbles every 10 minutes or so, till about 11pm. Not ideal for light sleepers but wouldn’t put me off staying again.

An incredibly cozy hotel with friendly staff. The lobby is very welcoming, offering free drinks and a candy bar. There are spacious rooms with a large bed, which made our trip with a baby very comfortable. Breakfast includes omelets, cheeses, cold cuts, and fresh pastries – everything is delicious. Thanks a lot!

I wouldn’t consider this a drawback, but just a heads-up: the hotel is not new and is located in an old building, so the floors creak, and you can hear the subway. However, the cleanliness and friendly staff more than make up for these minor issues.

Fantastic location, decent-sized room, extremely clean and the free minibar waters and juice as well as unlimited coffee, tea and beverages downstairs make this hotel unbeatable value for money in the cool Pigalle neighborhood. What's more, the hotel has two elevators so you don't need to worry about carrying luggage up and down the stairs.

Not much room for improvement: the cleaning staff permanently keep trolleys and carts in the hallways. On the first day, there were some snacks provided in the lobby, but I didn't see any the following two days.

The service was great and the room offered everything you could have wished for. A very nice hotel in a beautiful area. We could drop our luggage early, they offer coffee at the reception and the staff was very kind. Would definitely come back here.

Unfortunately we arrived late and left early (we just popped over for a wedding) so we couldn't enjoy the hotel to the fullest. We would definitely have liked to spend more time here. The only thing: there was a big party going on very closeby what interfered with our sleep. The hotel cannot do anything about this though, the bass went through the walls. The windows are silencing the street noise quite well though!

A good-sized room and large bathroom with walk-in shower. This was a ground floor room and seemed designed for people with wheelchair requirements or who perhaps had restricted mobility, so I suspect the standard rooms were different. Complimentary tea, coffee &c. and non-alcoholic drinks, also various snacks available at any time. A good breakfast buffet available (breakfast had to be ordered as an extra) but plenty to satisfy most people, including items catering for special dietary needs. The hotel is very close to Metro St. Georges, Line 12, and various bus routes. Access into the middle of Paris is easy. It took us about 20/25 mins. to walk from the Gare du Nord. Loads of restaurants nearby, catering for all types of food lovers. The staff were all helpful and friendly.

Hardly anything. Being on the ground floor one was aware of the subterranean rumbling of the metro line beneath the building, but the trains don't run through the night and it was a minor feature.

the location was perfect, the staff were amazing especially Alexander, everyone went out of their way to help make our stay wonderful!!

The bedroom was too small and there wasn’t any storage space apart from a small wardrobe and there was only one bedside power point the shower is too small and would benefit from a glass screen rather than a curtain as the water gets all over the floor !!

Booked a double superior room - spacious with king size bed, mini fridge (free items), ample hanging wardrobe, desk, good size tv. Good size bathroom. Most important … two full length opening windows opening onto front rue (didn’t need to use air con). Extremely clean well serviced throughout. Reception and all staff we met were exceptionally helpful and friendly. Drinks and snacks were freely available in TV Lounge Great central location in 9th arr. Metro, two great cafe/restaurants, lovely small park/gardens opposite, all within 5 min walk of Hotel Lorette.

Overall we are very satisfied with our stay. The mini bar provided us with a place to chill in the evening. The staff is friendly. Room is really clean and spacious. The location is very good, just a few minutes' walk from a metro station.

The only negative point is the noise level. Due to the proximity with the metro, our room gets extremely noisy at night. We can hear it each time when a metro passes under the building. Also our room is on the ground floor, very close to the lobby. In the morning before 8am, there were people talking loudly. A kid was shouting very loudly and there was music playing in loop by the other guests. I really hoped the staff could at least gently remind them that there are other guests sleeping just next door.
