The staff was fantastic and went above and beyond! We tried to give a tip and the staff said it was their job and refused the tip. Rooms were unique and clean. Fantastic location. Baggage check was helpful,

One day there was no air conditioning. It wasn't able to be fixed until a day later. Not a terrible thing, but a little inconvenient. The rooms have colored plexi between the shower and bed so if you are staying with someone that is not your spouse, that is a challenge.

Room designs where great, everything you need in a compact way. Location was incredible, 15min walk from central museums any direction. Literally 5min from louve grounds which was beautiful to walk for free. Loved the free teas and coffee and staff had great English and very helpful. Check in and out super easy. Staff supplier travel adapters for us, and held cases after check out.

Floor space in the rooms was quite low, so can trip yourself up a bit if both people are trying to navigate the room at one time. The toilet is separate private room, struggled to understand this on the photos before going (Not a negative for hotel, but for booking.com). The corridor to the to the room was quite creepy, really long, dark and narrow- we paced it at speed everyday. Was charged 4euro for 2 bottles of water, but wasn't told about charge until check out, not a biggie but a bit annoying.

We arrived very early. As soon as we walked in, the staff greeted us very warmly. They managed to get our rooms ready early. The hotel is located in an area that is walking distance to many cafes & Place Vendome. The rooms were typical of Paris, small/compact. But, it served our purpose as it was comfortable. They had available what looked like very delicious breakfast. Unfortunately we weren’t able to avail of it as we had to leave early. Coffee was available through outtheday.

We liked the hotel the way it is…

Hotel rooms were clean and very modern with comfortable beds. Excellent buffet breakfast was available. Staff were very helpful especially Pedro who gave us great advice regarding travel, restaurant recommendations and much more - lovely man. Fantastic location too, only 10 mins from Louvre.

The deluxe double room beds were in a sort of pod and the air conditioning didn't seem to circulate into the bed area so it was a bit hot. Altbough we visited when Paris was exceptionally hot so this may not be the case all the time.

the hotel is very nice, located really close to the center of the city. the staff is very informative and caring, trying to help in every question and check if we need anything. the rooms were very clean, not that big as we expected (but I guess this is the standard in Paris) they are arranged like so that every corner is being used to the maximum.

I whish we had a minibar in the room

The staff were really nice to us and attentive to any of our needs or questions! The rooms were designed to be very minimalistic and small/compact and there was only shower gel (so make sure to bring your own shampoo/conditioner etc). The glass for the shower was see through so make sure to draw your curtains in the room. There was no AC in the room (it was explained to us that it's not yet summertime so the AC isn't on. We were able to crack the window at night which was fine -just know that there is no screen). We weren't in the room much because we were out exploring but the location is great and very close to the Louve. There are also many restaurants nearby!

Location was excellent: quiet street but very close to metro, restaurants etc. Room design was original, bigger than expected, although not very bright.

I had asked for the room to be available from 12pm as I arrived at that time and I had to change for a work meeting in the afternoon. The hotel told me in advance they couldn't guarantee it would be ready. Indeed it wasn't ready when I arrived. I was able to change in the communal bathroom and to leave my luggage, which was fine, but had the staff made it possible to get the room on time, that would have been 'going the extra mile for customer satisfaction', and certainly more comfortable for me. That said, the staff was generally nice, polite and helpful.

Loved the style of the hotel and rooms - very cool! Very professional staff and perfect facilities. The location as also excellent.

The size of the room is rather small - but we expected this from the description and photos on booking.com

Great location, very comfortable bed and very quiet and silence bedrooms. If you are not going to spend long time in the bedrooms they have the enough size. the breakfast was really good.

Most of the employees were not able to communicate properly in English or Spanish. We had an issue one night that we needed help and it took us long time to make them understand what happened.

The hotel is ver close to many different sites. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The rooms were small but nice and clean. I enjoyed my time here.

WC was quite small. I couldn’t imagine anyone tall using it comfortably.
