Very recommended! 7th floor is very quite, seems like windows are soundproof. Bed is very comfortable and the duvet is big thick and soft. Heating radiator was not working but with ac heating mode it was absolutely fine (anyway housemasters we’re really trying to repair it every day). Same with elevator but I saw they we’re trying to repair it whole the day. Simple but good quality breakfast and coffee. Big plus that coffee/tea/water/croissants are available 24h. Finally, the staff were very very nice and helpful!

The curtains were sprayed with some refreshing chemicals and that could be very disturbing especially for allergic person

Staff were very helpful and friendly. This is probably the biggest hotel room I have ever stayed in in Paris. We had a triple, had a good size double bed, plus a single, a sofa, loads of floor space, a massive bathroom with a corner bath and a separate shower. The beds were very comfortable and it was all very clean. We didn't have the breakfast as we prefer to explore and find cafes. Plenty of eating options in the area and a couple of minutes walk from the nearest metro.

Nothing really. It is pretty basic in terms of what you get, nothing remotely fancy. It was all very clean but if you look in the corners, the place is showing its age.

The staff- friendly and helpful staff. She gave me a lot of nice tips on the places to visit in Paris Flexibility to hold the luggage after check out - I find it really really helpful as there is no way I can explore Paris on my last day carrying around my big luggage Location- close to the Louvre, metro and bus stations. Makes the commuting much easier

Internet connection: I couldn’t get connected to the Wi-Fi in my room and also the reception for my mobile data was very unstable as well. So I wasn’t connected most of the time in the room. Tho, the staff helps to escalate it to the team, I was already check out by then

Very comfortable bed and clean peaceful room that was cleaned every day. The staff was very friendly and helpful and they all spoke English. The breakfeast was delicious with the croissants, pastries, jams and baguette. I liked it that you could have the breakfeast when ever you wanted. Great location, only 1 km from Louvre and Seine 😍 bars and restaurants very close too.

For me, everything was very good. The only problem was that the tv in the room didn't work. But I didn't have time to watch tv so I didn't report it. I didn't come to Paris to watch tv 😂

This was an amazing little hotel, I spent some time looking for the right one in Paris that wasn’t too expensive in a good area. This was a perfect location although would recommend a taxi to the station as the walk with suitcases was a bit much. The room was basic but the bed comfortable and the air con was great, the window did a good job of keeping out the street noise and I really enjoyed my spa bath after a day of walking around Paris. The staff were really lovely and being able to help yourself to pastries, fruit and coffee downstairs in reception was amazing. I really recommend the pizza place to eat on the corner as well!

A great hotel, perfect and safe location and super nice staff. They were all very friendly and helpful with everything we needed and asked for:) The breakfast was very good, we really liked the way it’s set up, as being at home. The rooms were clean, maybe a bit small but enough for two people traveling for a visit in Paris:) We had two rooms next to each other and it was very practical. There is some noise from the street, but the windows are good and if you close them it’s very quiet. The bed was comfortable, maybe a bit soft but that depends on your preferences:) Overall it’s a great hotel and we would love to stay there again when returning to Paris. We would recommend it!

Staff were so lovely and made me feel very safe as a solo female traveler. Location is great. Rooms were very cute and had that Paris charm about them. Highly recommend.

There was a leak in the roof of our bathroom. Staff were straight onto it as soon as we told them.

Great location, safe too and authentic, Paris vibe. Welcoming staff. Very clean. We had five people so they gave us two rooms on same floor, basically our own floor. The larger room had two spaces, one with bed and other comfy pull out sofa. Modicum of privacy and easier to relax. Size was exceptional for Europe. The room was already set up for sleeping, great hospitality. It also has a separate toilet closet with small sink and another bathing room with spacious shower, sink and mirror. Electric plugs for charging were sufficient. Also, A/C! GREAT as the heat hit 102 F. Second room was well appointed and fine for two in one bed. Important and deciding factor was they have an ELEVATOR. Must have for those with bad knees 😉. We had three teens so having water and juices available throughout the day, no extra cost, was both amazing and generous! Not fancy, just right with all you need. Also, pre-stay communication was excellent. Superb value. Thanks!

Nothing. Will be my only recommendation to others. I have stayed at three other lodgings in Paris previously.

The room was very quiet despite giving onto the road. We were surprised to have a jacuzzi in the bathroom. sheets and towels were changed daily.

We were told breakfast was served until 11am, but on going down at 10am, they were clearing away. But they got everything back out and even went and bought another baguette for us.

We loved this hotel! perfect location to discover Paris. The area is beuatiful and is very close to key places of the city and there are multiple ways to move from there to toher parts of the city (metro liens, bus, walk). The rooms were beautiful a dn confortable and the staff was incredibly nice and friendly. We will come back for sure!

The breakfast can be improved, with more fresh fruits.
