The staff at Hotel Splendid is exceptional! We absolutely loved Claudia and had wonderful interactions with everyone. My daughter and I stayed for a whole week, and I enjoyed the hotel very much. Breakfast had a good variety each morning. Our room was a very comfortable size, with plenty of storage for all our shopping and room to move around. Claudia was helpful booking additional things we wanted to do in the city. The hotel was near a metro stop, so it was incredibly easy getting to other areas in the city. We walked around the area late at night and never felt uncomfortable. There is a laundromat across the street, which was very helpful as we traveled light for a couple of weeks and needed to wash clothes. I am so happy I chose Splendid for our stay and will absolutely stay here on my next visit to Paris.

There are several train stations all around the hotel. The room was small but average size for Europe. The breakfast was very good. Fresh baked croissants, eggs, meet, cheese, fruit etc. one night we bought Chinese and it was cold. Stephanie at the front desk heated it up for us. Nicole was also very helpful at the front desk

Stairs made it hard with our luggage. They were helpful with our luggage if they weren’t busy. The room above us sounded like they were moving furniture all night the entire time we were there. We were in room 11 which did not have a view.

We have stayed in various places in Paris over the years and this stay at the Splendid hotel was one of the best and the reason was not only the rooms but the exceptional staff Ms Claudia. She was a ray of sunshine in the gloomy Paris rain. Not only she accommodated our request to have out family of 7 be places in close proximity rooms. but she also was very kind and recommended various nice hidden spots. Not to mention the above exceptional breakfast was a cherry on the top. Now the rooms were recently renovated, modern, super practical and clean. From Parisian standard they were fairly spacious and comfortable. Another noteworthy point is noise isolation. We were on the road side but we heard nothing, not a single noise during the night or day! Which is why we enjoyed our stay here and would definitely come back. Would have loved a fridge in the room

The staff at Hotel Splendid are its greatest asset. I would stay there again for them alone. They continually went out of their way to help us and the fact a number of them spoke English made it so much easier for us. The location was great with transport, shops, restaurants and the Eiffel Tower so close. The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms a great size. We would stay again.

The rooms became a little hot over night. We could have opened a window but the noise of the street was a little loud. A minor inconvenience though.

The double room (room 55) with balcony along with eiffel tower view was perfect. Room was cozy and neat , kettle coffee tea bags were given , washroom had all the required toiletries. The reception staff was amazing and all the time welcoming specially claudia. Breakfast was good and we had it in our balcony along with eiffel view which was amazing. Storage room was free in which you can put your luggage after check out. The heating system was working properly.

The washroom shower does not have a good flow as water was coming very little and sometimes it was too warm and then suddenly it will be cold so not properly working.

We really liked the hotel, the location of the hotel is great, the metro station is within walking distance, the Eiffel tower is about a 10-minute walk away, restaurants and supermarkets are nearby, McDonald's is also nearby. Our thanks go especially to the staff. Reception Ms. Nicol is fantastic. She likes to give advice to everyone, points out interesting places that are nice to see, very accommodating. The rooms are cleaned daily. The next time I go to Paris, we will definitely choose this hotel again. The breakfasts were excellent, everyone could choose what they liked daily fresh pastries and croissants, good coffee, great selection of cheeses. We really looked forward to breakfast every day

I can't say anything negative

Great location, a couple of minutes walk to the metro. The room was very small, but I stayed alone, so it was quite comfortable, and the view from the window was beautiful, although not of the Eiffel Tower. It is convenient that you can pour yourself tea and coffee 24 hours a day. I would like to say a special thank you to the woman who works at breakfast, very friendly, it was nice to talk to her, she advised where to buy the most delicious croissants. Special thanks to the staff. They work 24 hours and they are always ready to help, very friendly and welcoming, they added a complimentary breakfast for me, unfortunately, there was no opportunity to go, I had to leave late at night. And also they left my suitcase for storage for a day, for me it was very important. Thanks again for everything! I will come back for sure!

Room 55 (Double Room with Eiffel Tower view) has a fantastic view of the Eiffel tour from the bed! The room is a bit old and is tight including the narrow balcony but everything works well, even the small, two floor at a time lift. Hotel is a minute walk from metro station and about 10-15 min walk to Eiffel Tower

The price was high. Feather pillows deflate. Small room, very basic fittings and fixtures. Only one bed side power plug but staff can lend you double plug and extension cord. Can't complain as we got the Eiffel Tower view

We stayed in Paris for just one day and had a wonderful experience at the hotel, thanks in large part to Nicol, who welcomed us upon arrival. She was incredibly friendly and helpful, explaining everything we needed to know about our stay and the area, making us feel right at home immediately. Nicol even arranged a taxi for us at a very affordable price when we were departing, helped us figure out the correct airport terminal, and saw us off personally. Her warmth and kindness truly stood out. Additionally, the breakfast at the hotel was delightful. The fresh croissants were exceptional, and there was a great variety of delicious options available. We are very grateful for such a pleasant start to our morning! The hotel is located in a quiet and safe area, just a short distance from the Eiffel Tower, surrounded by chic boutiques and cozy cafes. We will definitely choose to stay here again on our next visit to Paris
