The room was just about the right size for me and my dog. There was a minibar, coffeemachine, kettle, multiple plugs etc. Staff were super friendly, helpfull and relaxed. It is about 25 mins walking from the Eiffel Tower and it is possible to walk everywhere (if you like hiking -I did 20k steps a day-). In the night it was super silent in the streets and it felt like a safe area to be at. The bed was lovely and eveythint was clean. I booked without breakfast, so I can't say anything about that. I would for sure go here another time!!

I could not watch anything on the TV, since the channels where all French.

Lovely clean and comfortable bed in the room, but very small/narrow - little area to walk around the bed, had to open the suitcase on the bed or by the door. Shower is great, plenty of space in the bathroom. Availability of stocked minibar/fridge if needed, room to store clothes and hidden lockable safe. Tea/coffee facilities. Overall the location is good, it’s somewhat away (by walk) from any tourist areas but the nearest metro stop is 5 min walk and once on, the tourist areas are minutes away. Would definitely recommend and would love to return here if we decide to revisit this area in the future. Staff are extremely helpful and friendly.

We loved the location, out of touristy areas, near public transport, a beautiful park, many restaurants and convenience stores. A real neighborhood! The staff were wonderful!

The room is tiny. There was street construction that awakened us a few times, but died down.

I loved the design. The room had kettle, tea, coffee, coffee machine, TV, safe, minibar, hairdryer, shampoo and shower gel. Breakfast had variety of different things. Dry fruits, nuts, cereal, yoghurts, jam, honey, fresh fruits, cheese, eggs and more!! Staff was unreal. Extremely friendly. At arrival we felt so welcome. Got cold water and then we were shown a way to our room. Clean bed and clean bathroom.

As a 4 star hotel I understand the pricing. Just the bottle of champagne in the mini bar could be slightly cheaper.

The staff at Villa were super helpful. In the price range, the room was relatively larger and nicer than other places in that area. Everything worked really well and it was just a nice experience.

I didn't have breakfast because I had other arrangements but I would probably give it a miss.

Friendly hotel in the perfect location for us attending a wedding at the 15th arrondissement Mairie. Good also for anyone wanting to just see Paris as it is close to several Metro stations and is in a quiet neighbourhood with lots of cafes and restaurants. The staff were excellent. The hotel itself was clean and nicely decorated. By Paris standards the size of the room was slightly on the small side, which means it was tiny! But everything was there, a laptop sized safe, television that worked well, and comfortable beds. Breakfast was very good with excellent orange juice (rare for hotels anywhere), fresh baguettes, croissants, and pains au chocolate as well as fruit salad, cereals and coffee and tea. There was filter coffee and an espresso machine which needed instruction from the staff to operate! As the hotel is in a modernised building, the lift was modern and fast.

The air conditioning stopped working on the 2nd day of our visit but this wasn't a problem until the last day which was very warm and the duty manager offered to move us to a room where the air conditioning worked. The breakfast room was vey small and if more than 4 people were having breakfast it felt cramped. There is an outside courtyard which can seat a few extra people on good days. We felt the price was high for the size of the room and location, but from comparing to other hotels the price was probably reasonable value. At 75 years old we still remember staying in a hotel near London Victoria Station for £1.50 each including a huge English breakfast in 1971.

The room is good enough for a solo traveler. It is located at a quiet neighborhood and feel very safe esp for a female solo traveler. And it's location is near to center area and most of the place of interest with taxi fee range from 7 Euro to 18 Euro. Walking distance to Eiffel tower. Lastly, an extremely important point is the hotel staffs are very friendly and helpful, despite I am asian which is extremely plus point 👍🎉!

I don't like the shower head, other than that, everything is perfect.

The location is fab, 2 mins walk from Commerce metro on line 8, 10mins from a few stations on line 10. Its convenient to walk everywhere in Paris from this location (to the Tour, to Montparnasse etc). The staff are lovely, especially Mourad. Everyone goes out of their way to make your stay comfortable. You can choose for daily room clean should you wish. There's always someone at reception to welcome you with a smile. The breakfast area is small but functional. I did not take this option because of the abundance of caffes offering petit dejeuner but it looked well presented everytime I came downstairs. The room has all the essentials and a very comfortable bed. A little coffee machine and kettle is also provided. Towels and bathrobe comfortable cotton which I appreciate. For my solo business it was a good size. But it could be tight if there are 2 people. Room was quiet despite facing a road. The only noise were from other guests who are door slammers (please don't be this if you decide to stay here). I would happily stay here again if they address the bed bug issue elaborated next.

Very unfortunately I have to dock a point as there are bed bugs and I was bitten severely. I didn't realise it sooner or I would have alerted the staff before checking out. It started developing around 4 days after my stay which I initially pushed aside as mosquito bites due to the hot weather. However more started to develop on my back, legs, feet, arms and it was definitely bed bugs. I hope the hotel can action this issue otherwise they risk an infestation. It will be a shame for a lovely hotel to be badly, reviewed due to this issue.

The elderly European man who is there in the daytime is very kind and friendly. I was not feeling well and he went to buy limes for me to take with my remedy.

The check out middle eastern lady was not friendly. She refused to let me check out a hour later and when I made a remark on the mini bar prices she was very sarcastic and said I should have gone to the store and bought my own things in a rude tone.

Perfectly small room (we don't need a lot of space), you can make a cup of coffee sitting at the end of the bed. Location is great, metro line is super close. We were able to walk to the main attractions. Wonderful neighborhood with heaps of food choices and garden to chill and have a little dessert.
