BEST BREAKFAST EVER. Really surprisingly good. SPACIOUS ROOM. GREAT!

Bathroom shower drains clogged, soaked the rooms carpet. Should be better maintained in that sense. It happens but it should not, you know.

I liked how easy it was to communicate with the staff. They were accommodating and let me know what the hotel offered in terms of breakfast and amenities provided. The room was clean and quiet and it had a nice view.

I had a VERY difficult time with the address. It sent us to a cafe first. I spoke with someone at the cafe, and they sent me to another Ibis hotel 20 minutes away. Luckily, everything was in the same area. I have the location in my email, but it would pop up to different places whenever I would use Google Maps and Apple Maps to get me back to the hotel. Whenever I would type the address in on my map apps, it would sometimes say that it was not available. I took a Bolt back one night, and it took me to the cafe AGAIN. Although the walk is not too bad, around 30 minutes, I know for some that can be annoying. Please work on the address, so it can be better for others to not be wandering around.

- best value for money August 2022 (about 515 PLN per night with breakfast). EurPln = 4.7 - amazingly quiet rooms - very good breakfasts - they serve croissants, pain au chocolate, sweet creaps and pancakes. Additionally 3 types of cheese and 3 types of hams. There are yogurts with granola, cornflakes, honey, Nutella, cereals, confitures etc. Bread, toasts and hard boiled eggs as well. Every day the same food but it's still much more than you would got in any restaurant for 8-10 euros. Coffee and water in unlimited all day. - 3min walk max to metro station - 30-40min max to main tourist attractions - very friendly staff - comfortable and clean rooms - bigger by about 3m2 than any other in city centre. - enough storage room for two people

- There are 3 elevators, but one is for staff only. I would recommend to make it available for tourists during peak hours (I.e. breakfast time) - the breakfast room could be a little bit bigger but it is what it is and you might need to wait 3-5min for a table

The location of hotel is ideal. Not too busy an area but not off the beaten track. Close to all transport links so very easy to get into city attractions and sights. Staff were accommodating and friendly. Restaurant food was very good and reasonably priced. We stayed for four nights and although the hotel was busy it was not noisy and no disrupted nights sleep which is perfect when you are up early for a full day of sightseeing.

A little more choice of hot food at breakfast times would have been nice but we appreciate that a full English is not going to be on the menu!

A very nice, cozy, new hotel, 5 minutes away from metro or bus station in a clean, new modern living area. Daily cleaning and towel changes. The beds are comfy, and spare pillows are available. The rooms are quiet and soundproofed. The rich (cold) buffet breakfast is impressive. Also good dinner options for the half-board option. Free coffee, organic tea, plain and soda water, and sometimes even croissants, are provided free (available 24 hours). A special shout-out and many thanks to Isra and the F&B Manager for making our anniversary special with a complimentary cake, candles, sparkling wine, and even singing!

Entrance to the hotel only with a room cards, amazing staff, great breakfast, early checkin per request, metro 200m away. Ibis hotels are great as always!

No hot dishes on breakfast. We had a bit of problems with water regulations in shower, reacts with delay

The hotel is very pleasant and clean. The bouilding looks new. Our bed was super comfortable, the bathroom spacious and clean. There is a bar area downstairs where you can have coffee/tea included in your stay. Good location, near to the venue we attended but also right next to the metro station. The area is nice, there are lots of restaurants near. Breakfast was good. There is a tap where you can top up your water bottle. Good value for money. We'll be staying there again.

We could not manage to get tv to work or cast a movie from our phone. There are no cups/glasses in the room, and you are not allowed to bring any from downstairs.

Free and high-quality tea and coffee for the full day. Also, croissants were excellent and free for the whole day. The beds were comfortable. The lights were nice. The bathroom was good. Everything was clean. We loved the breakfast. The location was very close to the metro station, so it was easy to reach the center. The staff were kind. Everything was beyond my expectations.

We were 6 people in one room. Because the weather was too cold, we couldn't open the windows, but then the room smell became a little bit bad. There were open wardrobes but no drawers so we couldn't put our used clothes in a drawer which could have been helpful to block their smell to the whole room.

Rooms are clean, small but all you need. Staff where helpful and polite. Location is great, right next to metro line and trams/buses, shops not too far away either - about 30 minutes away from the main attractions. Bathroom is a decent size. They offered a decent looking breakfast but can't comment on the quality as didn't get it.

The address for the hotel on Google maps verses the actual address are different, make sure you use the address on booking and not find the hotel on maps. The rooms at the back are facing construction, which had workers there from early hours in the morning so didn't feel too comfortable with the curtains open as they could see straight in. Lastly, two nights on the run someone tried to get into our room (assuming wrong room error and not staffs fault) but wasn't too pleasant being woken to that. On the plus note, the locks work correctly on the doors!

The location was great for getting around. Several transport systems such as tram and metro and buses. Hotel was quiet and you could get a decent night's sleep. Shower was clean, TV was in working condition. Breakfast variety was good. Breakfast staff were very lovely and accommodating.

The wardrobe was abit dusty could have been cleaned better. The man on the desk on arrival in the evening was not too friendly, expected a better welcome. Had to figure out how to use the lift ourselves with our key card. No explanation was given for this. The USB charging port in the room was horribly slow !! Recommend using the EU charging port.
