Location is good, not far from metro station. Aircon in the room is work well. Necessary thing is provided in the room for stay. High water pressure in bathroom. Room size is comfortable for 1 person but maybe a bit small for 2 persons with big luggage.

There's no doormat when out from the bathroom so a little bit wet at the floor after shower.

The staff is very helpful! The location is really nice, there’s Tram, Metro and Bus just a short walk from the hotel and the area is super calm and safe. For a budget stay it is a great option!

The only problem we had was the lack of air conditioning. When I asked I was informed the system is either for heating or for cold, but the days we were there were quite hot. In the end we had to open a tiny window and even at the 8th floor it was quite noisy and still too hot -if you can keep it closed you probably won’t have noise problems. It was really the only negative point but it could have made a difference for us.

The best value hotel in Paris that we could find. Everything met our expectations. Very clean. Staff were very nice and could all speak English (which wasn't expected but a nice surprise). Breakfast was very good and the hotel was close enough to the metro (8 minute walk).

The room was very small, but this can be excused as we had a view of the Eiffel Tower from our room. Also with free breakfast included and a one of the cheapest rates in the city we couldn't complain. Would stay here again!

My friends and I really liked the area where the hotel is located, so we felt safe at all times. As for cleanliness, everything was very clean and tidy. Every time we returned to the hotel room everything was in perfect condition and organized, we really appreciated it. Lastly, the staff has been very friendly and helpful whenever we needed it, especially Bakari is an incredible person, patient and very friendly. We loved meeting him ❤️!!!

The size of the room was good and spotless, with great décor and crisp bed sheets.The room was clean and bright, and the room service was always on time. The breakfast was delicious, with a huge variety of options! The staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble.The staff was great. The receptionists were very helpful and answered all our questions. I truly recommend it

Staff were friendly, we didn't have a problem with language since we don't speak French. We had a good view of eiffel Tower from our window. Buffet breakfast could have been better with eggs and different breads. 2 metro station was at 15 minutes walk and bus stops was 7 minutes walk. Lidal was also at 10 minutes away from the hotel. We were reaching room after 11pm all the days and the area was safe for family.

Room was too small for a family, I was expecting small wardrobe but unfortunately we didn't had one in our room.

I liked the proportion between price and commodities. 221€ for 3 nights and 3 people. It was clean, not smelling and easy accessible by public transportation, everything we needed for a short, budget stay with friends. Many people commented badly on the breakfast, but for the price I find it just enough (butter croissants, pain au chocolate, cereals, some cheeses and beverages). our room (803) was opposite to the road, so it was quiet and we liked it. on the road side and on levels 7-8, I believe you may see the Eiffel Tower i that is important to you.

Beware that there is no hairdryer and it was chilly, but this winter everyone is in the same position, even the restaurants were not warm enough. But nothing critical, the temperature was just enough to get by with some warm clothes. Also may be the fact that we were on the last level had en effect on the temperature of the conditioning.

5 minute walk to Porte d'Italie metro station. (Metro is by far the best/quickest way to travel accross Paris.) People at reception very welcoming and friendly. Breakfast is good (but it could have a bit extra (e.g: ham). Rooms accessed by lift. Rooms not very big, but comfy! Perfect for a couple or small family (2+1). Also the hotel's garage is an excellent addon if driving to Paris (cheaper option) - outside parking is hard to get and very expensive.

Nothing to dislike for the price and location of the hotel.

Good for the price, it was near place d italie metro, and near lidl for some shopping. The staff was excellent in any way!! Polite and very helpful ! Great job!

I bought some stuff for breakfast and the next morning there were ants everywhere. There is no refrigerator or hair drier( for the hair drier on booking it said that there is one, luckily we brought ours ) and some fork, knife for use.

The location was nice and close to a bus line that takes you right into Paris. Many good restaurants around. Room itself was nice with the bunk bed for kids , a bit tight but that was expected on the price level.

The thing I didn't like was that AC was not working properly, it was heating the room instead of cooling (yes on the correct settings), to be honest I didn't complain to hotel staff due to lack of time so can't say they weren't attentive
