Location. Location. Location. The hotel is on a quiet street in the 7th, with lots of very good restaurant options, window shopping and Rue Cler is a block away. We walked to the D’Orsay, the Arc de Triomphe, and more. We had a beautiful night view of the Eiffel Tower from our window. We were comfortable enough and for Paris the room rate was not $$$.

The front desk people did not look up and/or greet us once when we entered. We stayed three nights. At the same time, I was getting daily emails from the hotel encouraging me to book activities, airport transfers, etc. I found that annoying. I am sure their location makes this hotel easily successful but having a friendly, helpful staff contributes enormously to the guest’s positive experience.

We stayed in a room that had twin beds pushed together. We found the beds and pillows comfortable. It was quiet. We chose this hotel for the location. That was fantastic! There's an amazing pastry shop 2 minutes away (ask front desk) the Metro was 5 minutes away the Eiffel Tower was 12 minutes away. Several restaurants in the area. There is a lot of storage space where you can unpack. There is a small fridge.

The hotel room is very basic. There are no frills. If you are looking for frills go elsewhere. If you are looking for the best location that is budget friendly this is for you. The bathroom was really tight especially if you wanted to close the door. The shower water stream was not great but worked. The only real downside to this room is the carpet. It was older and had stains. This definitely should be replaced. All in all I would definitely stay here again. Great find.

The location is great and the neighborhood is nice. The room was very quiet and clean. There was a small fridge, a safe, a TV, a desk, two robes and slippers. And a small balcony from where we could see the Eiffel Tower. We had a great experience.

The room and the bathroom were small and breakfast was not included. I know this is within the Paris standard, but considering the price of the hotel, it would be nice to have at least breakfast included.

Great location. Tasty filling breakfast. Courteous and helpful staff. Clean room,comfortable bed.

The sidewalks were broken up and in need of repair

The hotel itself was good, it was clean, and also the location was close to most places of interest. But in the case of the hotel receptionist , when our family entered,there was a man and a tall woman who were checking that they behaved unprofessionally! (Especially that guy), it looks like they are talking and laughing about me and my sister! Because we didn't understand their language, even if they were talking about something else, it was very unprofessional and uncomfortable. I hope this behavior will not be ignored. (A receptionist girl with eye glasses was so kind and polite)

This hotel is in a superb location with proximity to key Paris sights with by walking or taking the Metro. It's on a quiet street, breakfast was very good, and the hotel staff were helpful.

We stayed in the hotel for one night, the check-in was very quick, all staff was nice and helpful, they even let us leave our car in the parking after the checkout. Room was clean and we had an amazing view of the Eiffel tower. Bed and pillows were very comfortable.Continental breakfast was included in the room price and there was plenty of tasty food including eggs, bacon and sasuages. We would definitely return and recommend to friends and family.

Can't really fault the place.. bit narrow and steep ways in parking especially if you drive a big car but we managed just fine.

Location was good, it could serve as a good base exploring Paris. Eiffel is a short walk, from there you can go to Arc/Champs Elysees. The Premium Double room we got was surprisingly good with a direct view of the Tower.

Breakfast could be improved, if you’re staying more than 2 days, it could get repetitive. But for the price paid, it was more than enough.

The location is the best thing about this hotel. It was walking distance from the Eiffel Tower (and the ínstagram-able photo locations like Rue d Universite and Cafe Le Recrutment lol). The hotel was very clean and there was onsite parking available at a cost of 20 euros per night. The breakfast was good- croissants, cheeses, eggs, sausages, cakes. The room was clean, equipped with 2 USB outlets which came in handy for me as I did not need my plug adapter to charge my phones. Finally, the check in process was very easy as everything was done online before my arrival. I spent approximately 5 mins at the counter before getting my room keys.

There is nothing in particular I disliked. If I had to nitpick, I would say that the room was on the smaller side (but manageable) and I don't think there was an iron in the room (unless I missed it).

An amazing place to stay in the heart of Paris with breath-taking views of Eiffel Tower and a lot of cute restaurants/bars/ smaller shops nearby. We liked the area very much, given that it's both quiet and close to both the tower and metro. Upon reading other reviews we were afraid the room would be too small (like the majority of Parisian hotels) but it was just right and nothing was really missing. Also the breakfast was very good, everything fresh and traditional pastry was very qualitative. We'd definitely stay here again.
