Parking was easy and just as described – we were able to quickly park in the secure parking garage down the road and for just under 24 hours it was €19 thanks to the hotel discount. The room was modern and clean, with enough space for two of us to stay for a night in Paris. The staff were friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. Breakfast was good with lots of choice. The location was convenient to access from the peripherique and the road itself was pretty quiet – we didn't hear any noise from our room.

Breakfast was a bit expensive at €21 for a buffet, which given we didn't have much was a lot. It would've been great to have some choice as to what we would get.

The staff were great. The room was comfortable, modern, quite spacious and fresh. Felt safe and secure. Staff at reception desk and on telephone were always on hand and ready to help.

Some of the blockbuster movies that were included in the streaming package in the room did not stream. Cleaning of room is very regular but you have to leave a sign on the bed if you specifically want the sheets changed, which I didn't realise initially.

The DJ in the restaurant on Thursday was thee best! Great atmosphere. Rooms were nicely decorated and very comfy, loved the organic products. The smell of the hotel was lovely, reminded us of vegas. There is nice area a short walk away with shops and restaurant. They’ve got a nice roof top restaurant and bar as well, you can walk outside and see the Eiffel Tower, which is lovely in the evening when it’s lit up. Breakfast was nice as well, good selection and lovely decor.

At the restaurant I didn’t get an itemised bill at restaurant where we had some drinks and snacks and they spilt the bill without asking me and sister first. Would be helpful to have a map or explanation of amenities and local area, when checking in. We ended up getting quite a few cabs to get into the city which is only 30 mins but if there was an easier way with bus or trams would have been helpful. Although we could have asked as well!

My room was lovely, more than roomy enough for one, comfortable, surprisingly quiet, with a great shower and bed. The restaurants were both excellent. I ate at the restaurants a lot. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I felt like I was well taken care of.

Because the hotel is far from the city center, it was not as convenient for sight-seeing as I had hoped. The metro isn't too far, though. and it made up for that by being a beautiful and comfortable facility.

Really great place to stay, especially if you are in Paris for a conference as it is 5-10 minutes away from the convention center. Just a 15 minute metro ride away from the main sightseeing parts of Paris. Room was amazing and the bed so comfortable. The breakfast was amazing and so is the rooftop restaurant. Had an absolutely amazing stay at mama shelter.

Only little comment I have is the laundromat services. Being that the place is so close to the convention center, I was expecting some dry cleaning services but only laundry machines and ironing boards were available to wash and iron yourself.

The hotel was much better than I had expected for the price. I attended a conference in the Expo, thus the location was great! It was very easy to arrive to the hotel from the Nord train station by metro and equally easy to reach attractions. The bed was very comfortable and the room clean and nice. The personal was super friendly, especially at the rooftop Restaurant Bar. I totally recommend this hotel and for sure will book it again next time I travel to Paris!

The vending machine apparently was not working and the drinks were a bit expensive, but that's the case everywhere in Paris.

the room, location but most of all the outlets as we didn’t have to go somewhere else for lunch and dinner with friends. the prices are very affordable.

i requested for a taxi booking for Sunday morning. i was enquiring about the price, the gentleman at the reception said that it was a flat rate between 58 and 60 €. i asked more questions to make sure there’s no extra cost, he smiled and said i already told you the price twice. however when i got into the taxi the rate was a flat rate of 58€ plus 7€ extra for reservation fee which was not mentioned to me by the staff at reception when i was enquiring. they should know the rates and inform the guests properly within being cynical. It’s such a difference in the hotel market. so nice to stay in a place with personality - our 8 year old loved it as much as us. The staff were absolutely lovely, and don’t underrate the location. it may not be central Paris, but so, so easy to get to Musee D’Orsay, Champs Élysées, the Eiffel Tower and Arc de Triomphe on the train line nearest the hotel and a little walking. Also, the beds are amazing!

the room was spacious and had everything you needed. the aircon helped on the hot nights and the tv could pair with your phone so you could listen to music and had a massive selection of movies to watch. the rooftop was definitely a vibe too and the music played was great!

had a situation one night when we were looking for a drink but we were unsure if the bar was still open - so we asked the staff when we arrived on the top floor we couldn’t get a straight answer from two staff members until we got to the bar for them to say they were closed.

Cool, modern hotel in a nice new area of Paris Clean room and with a funky design They also have events, a restaurant and bar that you can enjoy during your stay, although it is also open to everyone.

There were some light signals in the room, like the AC one that we could not turn off and was a little disturbing to sleep Staff is friendly but not very personal.
