Fantastic location right next to tram, bus , metro and taxis. Eiffel tower about 15min bus away. Roland Garros Tennis 15 mins away. CDG airport 45 mins by taxi. Convenient amenities next to hotel including atm machine, supermarket, restaurants, cafe’s etc. Decent sized room, very comfortable bed, nice views of the the Paris Expo from 7th floor rooms. Great consistent air conditioner allowed for good sleep. Tv channels even had english speaking CNN international and BBC world news.

Relatively minor complaints include shower could have been a little bit more powerful and leaked a bit. Breakfast decent overall with usual hot and cold choices but could have done with more variety.

First of all the staff was very friendly and supportive. The room was well serviced and gave us - 2 adults, 2 kids - enough space during our 4 nights stay. The hotel itself is also well located for both to arrive and to reach out for the sightseeing spots in Paris.

Everything was good nice room and would stay again.

I had an unfortunate incident in the elevator. As the doors were closing I went to hold them back for my partner. To my surprise my hand being placed between the doors didn't stop them from closing. In my home country elevator doors are designed to stop with little pressure. To make a long story short both doors made contact with my left hand. At that time I pulled my hand out making contact with a sharp object that sliced open a generous portion of my skin. I had like an open flap that I bandaged shut. It was pretty messy. I'm sure your cleaning crew noticed the blood in the bed that leaked thru the bandage overnight. Its all healed without stitches but it was scary at the time. I guess I should have used my foot.

Great location of the hotel, very convenient access to metro and tram lines. Relatively peaceful & safe neighborhood. Hotel staff very friendly and amicable. Particularly the staff who worked on breakfast buffet - very attentive, polite and professional. We were a bit sceptical about the breakfast in hotel, considering its cost. But in the end of the day it was totally worth it - breakfast was varied, fresh & quality ingridients and much more better than anything that you will find in this location for the same value (plus it was free for our kid). Rooms were appropriate size and clean. I particularly liked the more higher quality brand of the teabags which they are offering to the guests (and also timely replenished) - this tea was a treat in the end of the busy days after exploring Paris. PS There is a wine machine in the lobby and pancake machine available from the breakfast buffet. We have never seen such anywhere before and it was an interesting experience :)

Tap could use some unclogging. When we informed the reception, nothing was done about it.

Location location location, We could grab a bit to eat anytime. The metro was right at the property, it was clean, the staff was nice, the rooms weren’t too small. I will stay again on my next trip! The internet work at a great speed all the time.

Expensive parking, we couldn’t figure out the shower head. One of the TVs did not work in one of our rooms, (we had two.)

The comfort of the bed was 10/10, it was honestly an exceptional night sleep. Cleanlieness was 10/10. The man who checked us in was very friendly and gave our small daughter some small gifts which was a lovely token.

The breakfast was too expensive. However I did like that there was an alternative provided to Nespresso coffee by providing filter coffee which I prefer :-)

Room was big. The metro stop was just outside the hotel. Staff was kind and helpful. Lots of stores and restaurants nearby. Parking available.

On the phone the staff were sometimes rude with us. Sometimes, they didn't want to speak english with us. Our room was in another building and we needed to take 2 elevators to get there. Flies near the breakfast area. Couch was broken when I got to the room. The sink on the bathroom did not work, all the time was clogged, I don't know how they didn't notice when cleaning the room, they did nothing on the 5 days we stayed there.

The room was good. Bed was comfy. Breakfast was nice too! Location is 15mins away drive from the Eiffel so I can say the location is fine. The hotel is a bit modern so I think you will also enjoy your stay.

There was a bit of an accident with the water pipes during our stay therefore they need to move us to a different room. Unfortunately we had to move several times because there’s always a problem with the new room where they sent us. But the staff were so helpful in this. Kudos to them.

Wonderful hotel! Especially with young families. We traveled with a 10 and 9 year old. The rooms were clean and modern. The beds and pillows comfortable. Bathroom very well lit and clean. The breakfast was a full complete buffet. Kids under 18 were free with paying parent. Breakfast was 19€/ person. Parking for car was safe. 30€/night. Hotel in nice area with many choices of restaurants to eat in. Metro and bus right next to hotel making easy to get to the heart of Paris. Great value for your money! I would stay here again.

Located in a very convenient place for travel. Lots of food joints around. The staff were the friendliest I have met so far. The room was convenient and clean. We had a lovely time. They provide breakfast.

I understand it is not French culture to provide breakfast tea bags and milk but we really missed the usual Engligh tea in the room.
