Mary's Hotel Republique is a real gem!!The staff is extremely polite and friendly, and they accommodated all our needs. Moreover, the cleanliness and comfort are at the highest level. The rooms are very thoroughly cleaned every day, and every day there are new ''fresh'' towels. The facilities are excellent, the free wifi is just superb, and the breakfast is very good. The location is also excellent, and just 30 seconds from Oberkampf metro station; what is more, 2-3 more metro stations are within walking distance. What is more, the Notre-Dame de Paris is around 25' on foot. This was very important as we were travelling for work, and stayed for the whole week. Mary's hotel is a small outstanding hotel, and represents also a GREAT VALUE FOR MONEY!!! Overall we had an exceptional stay, and next time I will travel to Paris I will definitely stay at Mary's hotel!!!.

Very friendly and helpful staff and fantastic location! Very close to metro station, shops and restaurants! We also got a surprise (unadvertised) distant view of the Eiffel Tower from our hallway window!!! Tye space was surprisingly spacious for a family!

There was no A/C (contrary to what was advertised) in our first aparthotel room, so we had to change rooms on our second day to get A/C. The clothing dryer was not reliable and the elevator only went to floor 5 and our aparthotel was on floor six. Additionally, the ceiling was low ans sloped so we often bonked our heads.

We had read the reviews that the rooms are small, but we didn't bother since all day we were out. The room was a bit small but perfect for a cpuple like us, It was cute, cozy, clean, comfy and super warm for those cold days we stayed in paris. The staff was super friendly and nice with us. The location was perfect as it was literally seconds from the metro station. Not next to a basic attraction, but you can always take the metro to anywhere! We also loved the different lights on top of the bed and the mirror of the toilet.

The only thing we wanted to have is more options for breakfast. Another thing that bothered us was that people from other rooms were making noise with their door or at the aisle at 2am, but this has nothing to do with the hotel or the staff.

Lovely little small hotel tucked away off a trendy street with loads of restaurants and bars on it. Despite this, it was very quiet (rooms 522 and 228) and we had a great night's sleep all of us. Room 522 was petite to say the least and the toilet sink is in your lap when you manoeuvre yourself onto the loo, but it just added to the fun and the character! Absolutely lovely friendly staff, and spotlessly clean. Thankfully, spotted anti-bug sheets too which is reassuring as they work very well usually.

One, very small detail only, the bed in RM 522 has sunk in the middle, however it was still quite comfortable (unless you are a side sleeper maybe).

Room was tiny, tiny, tiny. But nicely updated electronics and recessed lighting. Although the room was small (barely enough room to turn around once luggage was opened, the bed was very comfortable, and bathroom - tho small - had a great shower - quick hot water and great water pressure. Windows had been updated too, with good soundproofing. The location is excellent, right on the border of the 11th, 10th and 4th arrondissements. Great coffee places, bakeries, and brunch place close by. Very nice staff. Oberkampf metro steps away or a 5 minute walk to the Place de Republique metro station which is a hub with multiple metro lines.

The room was tiny!

Stayed at the hotel while I was in Paris for the olympic's, location was great a few metres from a metro station which made it easy to get to all locations in the city. Continental style breakfast which was more than enough. Hotel only small, but I prefer that, no waiting for the lift or trying to find a seat for breakfast. Room clean and tidy.

Corridors quite narrow and a bit dark until the automatic lights come on, but would not stop me going back.

Tiny room suitable for an overnight stay after a day of exploring Paris. Clean room and friendly service. A few steps from the hotel there is the entrance to the Oberkampf metro station, "French-style" breakfasts, i.e. without vegetables, but with delicious baguettes, various types of fresh bread, croissants, pain du chocolat, as well as confitures, Nutella and yogurts. I would definitely use this facility on my next visit.

I occupied a room right next to the door to the corridor, so I was woken up by everyone entering the corridor. Generally "paper walls", you can hear the TV being watched in another room. A bigger person might have trouble using the bathroom.

It is relatively close to metro stations and it's even possible to walk to Notre Dame (about 30 minutes). The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Towels were changed every day. There is a small elevator for accessibility and staff 24/7. The free wifi was surprisingly good - mobile reception in the room was poor. Staff was friendly.

Breakfast is not worth it, very few options (bread, ham/cheese/spreads, juice, yogurt, cereal, coffee machine), you'll get better food from a nearby cafe. The room was very tiny but I was expecting as such - good enough for solo travelers but might be too small for a couple. The doors are very heavy so they might be difficult for guests with impairments.

Mary's is a small hotel right next to Oberkampf metro Station (Lines 9 and 5). The location is super easy to get to (even from St Denis if you are arriving via Beauvais) and the hotel is 1 street back off the main street so is quiet. The hotel staff were fantastic - really helpful and could speak English and French which was good since my French is terrible. The hotel itself has been recently renovated and everything was working and very clean. Housekeeping was done daily. The bathroom was small but this is expected considering the price and great location. Would definitely stay here again.

Nothing really - fantastic value for money. Walls are a bit thin but that is pretty standard for Paris.

Staff friendly and helpful, spoke several languages so communication was never an issue. Location was safe and ideally placed near a local metro line to access the whole of Paris. Local amenities were fantastic. Good value for money and would stay here again. Breakfasts were great and well priced, hotel was clean and rooms cleaned daily.

My only critique is no drink making facilities in the room (tea/coffee)
