The location is very good and centra near the gare montparnasse with lots of buses and metro access. There is a mall and centre commercial next to the hotel and small supermarkets which makes it very convenient.

The staff is not welcoming doing the bear minimum. Any request they will not fulfill and you don’t feel welcome at all. It’s not a tyupical reception but rather scattered employees behind a laptop not sure what they are actually doing but really unwelcoming. No parking No valet Non concierge No one to help with luggage expert the (rude) reception staff. Which will actually not even help you but rather guide you to the luggage carrier so you can do it yourself. If you have physical problems or disabilities or traveling with families and strollers be prepared to be on your own.

Very convenient to the Gare Montparnasse, surprisingly quiet room (considering it faced the main circle with traffic), nice restaurant (limited menu but the food and service was excellent), full breakfast buffet in a spacious room with view to an inner courtyard with greenery. It’s winter now but I also noticed that there are tables outside in the inner courtyard which would offer nice ambience. Mathis greeted me at reception and was very accommodating; an adaptor for my charger was immediately available on asking

Great location, very close to the Station/ Metro . Very comfortable stylish hotel. Large comfortable king size bed. Nice toiletries ( Luxe ) . Great that breakfast is included in room rate , delicious breakfast with plenty of choice hot or cold menu , airy bright, large dining room but some tables too close !!

This hotel is NOT called Hotel Paris Gare , It is CONCORDE HOTEL !!!! , trying to find a hotel with the wrong name is extremely difficult - especially at night !!! Booking.Com - CORRECT YOUR DESCRIPTION, a past review has also highlighted this !!!!

Our stay at Hotel Mercure Paris Gare Montparnasse TGV was exceptional. The ambiance was elegant, and the service was impeccable. Azouz, with his attentive care and friendly demeanor, truly made the experience memorable. The room was comfortable, clean and had boasting modern amenities. The hotel's central location allowed for easy exploration of Paris, with numerous attractions within walking distance. The breakfast spread was delicious, offering a variety of options to suit every palate. Overall, a delightful stay at Hotel Mercure Montparnasse, made even special by the great Azouz's exceptional hospitality.

The hotel itself is great. We really enjoyed breakfast buffet and the bed which was incredible good, like sleeping in a cloud. But with no doubt, we can say the best of all was the treatment we received from Milene at reception. She was extra kind and very supportive to give us most convenient options for check-in and check-out, and she speaks 4 languages (at least) so we could even choose our mother tongue to clarify everything. Thanks Milene. Location was really well connected to reach every landmark in Paris. Really close to Montparnasse train/underground Station and Gaîté underground. As an overview, hotel and its workers were quite nice.

Nothing. The only thing I missed was the restaurant (for lunch/dinner) next to the hotel, that we could not try for being closed on the weekend. It was a pity because it looked quite good, but anyway Milene warned us since the very beginning for our info and that was NOT even a problem at all.

The Restaurant offers delicious meals and very reasonably priced. Compared to other restaurants we dine at. Paris, is expensive.

The outlet for the phones. Fortunately, my room mate hit the jackpot and had purchased a charger that works with their outlets. I am not sure if the water systems in the shower is designed the way it is. But, showers began warm , soups up to very hot-swings to cold. It returns to warm. I had to demanding for some warmth , when the Weather turned cold. I was given a convoluted reason, why the heat wasn’t available. So, I was given a small heater…was very thankful.

Our stay was perfect made all the better by the staff who were all very friendly and helpful especially Chakib Ahlam who was exceptionally helpful. He went above and beyond helping us and we witness this with all his guests. The bed was so comfortable, room was spotless with everything we needed. We loved the view of the Eiffel tower especially as it was my 60th birthday treat to visit Paris.

There was a noise each morning in the room above which we think was maybe cleaning trolleys being moved. It sounded like furniture being moved. It wasn’t a problem as we chose to wake early but if we wanted to sleep in it was loud enough to wake us. The hotel is very convenient for the train station. The Uber cars didn’t seem to recognise the hotel and was waiting at a different mercure a few streets away. I think staff have to spend time helping with this a lot.

It was close the the train Station. The rooms were spacious, clean and had large enough showers to accommodate my very Tall family. The included breakfast was fantastic and Aircon was a life saver in the unusually hot summer.

The name on the outside of the hotel did not match the name on Booking.com so when we were tired frustrated and unsure of where we were supposed to be walking, we could not locate the hotel.

Property was at excellent location.Less crowded and walkable distance to the metro station.Taxi’s available outside the hotel 24/7.Many restaurant options.Rooms and beds were excellent.Staff was very very very humble nice and very helpful.Always present to help you and guide you.Extremely polite staff.Diana,Ahlam and Siham went above and beyond to be helpful and guided us every possible way.Thankyou very much to all 3 of you.You guys made our stay very relaxing and comfortable.
