Very nice staff who went above and beyond to welcome us and help us have a smooth and good trip. Room worked well for our family of 4 including two grown teenagers. Sofa bed (two twins, really) was surprisingly comfortable and the cleanup by the staff each day made it perfect for our stay.

Minor inconvenience of water pooling in the shower (didn’t drain properly) but again the staff cleaned it up each day. Also finding the right Montparnasse station entrance for the metro was a challenge - perhaps front desk could proactively offer maps/directions?

Comfortable bed. We were given a free room upgrade. Friendly and competent staff. 24/7 restaurant downstairs. Close to Gare Montparnasse.

The staff were very polite and helpful. They understood English very well. The breakfast was very good. The hotel was very clean. There was a water machine on our floor too. We got an Uber to Eiffel tower for €13 which I thought was very good value for 4 of us.

We are a family of four. I booked a room to sleep 4. We got a double bed and a pull out chair. It looked ok but it was very uncomfortable.

Great hotel centrally located enough to walk to attractions, restaurants and bars. Friendly atmosphere. Comfortable room for family of 4. We have a van and the reception staff were brilliant at accommodating us, arranging a parking space in their above ground car park. Water fountains on every floor with sparkling water available. Lovely welcome card and teddies for the children in our room. Selfie machine in the dining room was also fun!

We like everything; This hotel has a very good location; For those who like to walk, it gives them the opportunity to walk to the points of interest in the city; And for those who don't like to walk a lot, the metro station is less than 5 minutes away. The hotel service is excellent, those who received us at the reception were very kind, cordial, they checked us in before the time because my little daughter was sleeping and we arrived very early at the hotel. The room is super clean and comfortable. The mini bar has very delicious drinks, and they replaced it every day. We always had coffee, tea, and sugar in our room.

Nice, clean, comfortable room, convenient location (close to several metro stations), great breakfast (variety of tasty products).

There was always a queue at the reception (probably the number of the staff does not suffice to cover the hotel needs). When we checked in and got into our room, we realised that the room was not prepared for four persons, as we asked (the sofa bed was not made, only two towels were provided). Finally, though the room was cleaned on a daily basis, the cleaning ladies kept forgetting staff in our room (the dirty towels or the changed sheets)

The breakfast buffet was very excellent. The buffet spread had a lot of options to take care of all dietary preferences of the guests . My Children in particular were very excited and looked forward to breakfast every morning during our stay at the hotel .The kitchen and dining staff were quite pleasant and helpful The room was spacious and had all listed amenities on the booking website The front desk staff were great. They were quite pleasant, helpful and assisted us even in finding our way around the city of Paris. I was quite impressed at their level of hospitality and accommodation It was particularly noteworthy to mention that the front desk staff were mostly bi(or multi) lingual and so they could understand and assist non french speaking guests like myself

I had a 2 night stay and chose this hotel for the affordable price as well as the secure underground parking garage that is a part of the hotel building. I just took the lift to the lobby from the garage and then another elevator to the hotel floors. I appreciated that the hotel had the option of breakfast as well as a restaurant for dinner, which was also well priced and had very good pizza. There was also a bar for an evening drink. The reception staff were helpful and spoke excellent english.

Location is a little far from most of the main attractions of Paris such as the Louvre or the Eiffel Tower.
