The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was great, only about a 10 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower, 5 minutes to the Metro and a lively town area about 3 blocks away.

The air conditioning would not go lower than 18, we are used to 15-16 for sleeping. There was no local information made available in the rooms, I discovered the last night that only 3 blocks away there was a vibrant area with shops, bars and restaurants.

Was good in general and it was my second time staying first time was with my husband and this was alone.. I was very nervous upon arrival as the reception couldn’t find my booking in their system and took some time, they have called the supervisor who also couldn’t find in the beginning but finally she managed to find thru her access. Upon departure they have returned back to me one extra night in my booking which I couldn’t make and had to depart earlier than my plan.. this was nice and good from their end. I am also booking my third staying for February and I hope it will be good too.

Good location for the Exhibition Centre and easy access to the Eiffel Tower. The front desk team were very helpful.

Lacks the sort of character I prefer in hotels. However, there is nothing I could complain about. I didn't use the hotel facilities that much as was attending venues elsewhere.

It was comfortable.

(1) small space and i did not get a good view from the window. (2)i was also asked to pay city tax for two people even though my booking.com receipt indicated that my payment included city tax. i still do not get it. i spoke with the staff but they insisted, tax was not included, yet in my receipt it was explicitly stated that it was inclusive!!!! i guess i need an explanation from you guys.

The hotel was good at very close to Eiffel Tower. We have Novotel membership and we mostly stay at Novotel properties. So as usual we were very excited for our stay in Paris. But as we arrived the hotel we had bad experience with reception staff. The white girl sitting on reception was very rude and spoke loudly when we just wanted to confirm if the hotel has Eiffel view room. That was really disgusting.. we are paying for our stay ..Novotel you didn’t sponsored our stay. Please give training to your staff how to talk to guest and show some professionalism. We didn’t expected such behaviour from such a prestigious hotel staff. We could see the behaviour was different of your staff while greeting to white people. I won’t consider this hotel again when I visit Paris again

The location is great. There are many shops and restaurants around the corner. No need to mention its closeness to Eiffel Tower. There are metro stations around. you can reach anywhere around 10-15€ Uber ride and 50€ to the airport. The building is very high, and the view is magnificent. The lobby is spacious and I loved the water bar. Breakfast was very much satisfying, delicious. And special thanks to; once I needed a change for the taxi, the reception helped me with it, and this was kind and helpful.

The bathroom was weird, the toilet was in another room-like space not in the bathroom. There are two separate areas the toilet and sink. There were no disposable slippers, which is critical need. I hope the management take my review in consideration for complimentary slippers.

Fabulous location, near multiple metro/RER/ bus stops, making travel to various locations easy. Many restaurants and an excellent large supermarket close by. Swimming pool was lovely, large and clean with pool toys for playing with. Christmas decorations in the lobby were still up mid January and they were so beautiful.

Sometimes our bin wasn't emptied or the cups replaced when we had used them all. We asked at the counter for a pen one day and they were not able to find one for us. Wish swimming pool was open later than 730 pm.

Staff was friendly & helpful. Everyone on staff was able to answer questions, they were patient and polite. I traveled with my 9 year old granddaughter from the USA & she loved the hotel dining room for morning breakfast. They had excellent food options, dining hours were perfect. After a day of sightseeing, we were perfectly happy to enjoy a charcuterie board in the hotel bar. It was a 10 minute walk, along the Seine, to the Eiffel Tower & we were able to pick up our sightseeing bus or boat from there. Did not need a taxi the whole time we were there. The metro stops were convenient. Would definitely stay at this hotel during future trips. Mary Paris

I recently stayed at the Novotel Paris Centre Hotel and had a fantastic experience! The location is ideal, just a 15-minute walk from the iconic Eiffel Tower, with plenty of restaurants nearby for dining options. My room was spacious and offered stunning views of the city, both during the day and at night. The recreational facilities, including the gym and pool, were excellent and added to the overall enjoyment of my stay. The hotel’s ambience was inviting and relaxing, making it a perfect retreat after a day of exploring Paris. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and great amenities in the heart of the city!

The staff were really friendly and helpful. Loved the water bottles in the packs we received - much better than plastic bottles in the room. It was extremely expensive to stay in the hotel due to the Olympics but it was much better than other hotels in similar areas and the staff were really nice.

The decor is quite tired, our bathroom was quite old and shabby with poor water pressure from the shower. It was very clean though which is good. Also - lots of hotels now give you the option to save water and not have fresh towels every day. That would be a great thing to add.
