The room is very large and comfortable. Just two suggestions: for the two children beds, it would be better the option of a second double-bed or a bunk bed. Kids didn't like the second pull out bed. A larger closet will be more comfortable. The location is perfect, metro station is in front and a bus stop too. It is possible to reach most of the touristic places in 30 minutes. There are two supermarkets and different small but nice restaurants in 500 meters.

The rate/night looks a little bit priced. For a few days the breakfast area was too crowded and tables too closed one to the other, so it was difficult to sit and move around. Buffet offer could be improved.

The staffs are all pleasant and helpful. They provide all the required information especially they know you are a tourist. The location is great, it has restaurants to choose from in case you want to dine out late at night. Carrefour is also within the area, just 5mins walk which is very convenient! We can grab all our grocery needs at any time! Plus the great part is that this hotel is right next to a metro station! (Porte De Vannes) We commute everyday in a very affordable manner and tour around Paris like locals do. I will definitely book again in this hotel! (Rooms are cleaned on a daily basis even if we don't request for it. Amazing!)

The room is exactly pictured on the images. Very spacious and it has got 1 double bed and 1 sofa bed. It has ample space and the toilet is large with a bathtub and a standing shower. It is equipped with kettle, microwave, fridge and coffee maker. It has got railings to hang clothes, 2 tv, a table and chair, safe, and lots of cupboards. They have a small corner in the lobby for children with games, books and a smart play table. My children loved it.

The toilet was really high. Not like normal toilets. My children struggled to sit on it. There was a speck of dust on the kitchen area. The breakfast was overpriced for the value. It was €19 per person, children free. However, not many variety for the price. The hot food only consisted of eggs and sausage.

very family friendly! We had a large room with a bed for parents and pullout bed for the 2 kids. There was a play area in the lobby and the staff were helpful and friendly. There was small welcome gift from the hotel for my kids in the form of a small soft toy bunny- a simple gesture but it made my kids felt so happy and appreciated, so thank you for that! Overall, highly recommended!

The window is almost voice proof. There was a train passing next to the hotel or highway, but you can't hear any, so nice. Staff is nice, always smiling and helpful. They advise restaurants and everything you ask. It is pretty clean, and they clean it every day. We were three people, we took a sofa bed additional to queen bed and they had curtain separator between them. There is 24 hours open small grocery in front of hotel, so water, snack, vegetable can be bought anytime you want and you have fridge, microwave, waterboiler and capsule coffee machine in the hotel room, so amazing. Metro is next to the hotel. You don't need to even walk for more than a minute. :)

There was no slippery in the room. It would be nice to have. But we never asked, so they might provide if we asked. There was a kind of club style voice in the middle of the night. It wasn't loud, but it still disturbed me. Only I have got disturbed by the voice, neither my mom nor my wife did, so I guess I am too much sensitive. :)

The hotel is pretty new and modern, the rooms were very quite, I was afraid that it would be loud as it is next to trains and road but because of great soundproofing in the rooms, it was very quite. I liked the shower and comfortable beds and tea and coffee makers as well as fridge and microwave in the room. We were four in executive suite, it would be nice to have it a little bigger but in general it was OK. Breakfast was also good and tasty. Staff was welcoming and helpful. It was convenient to have drinking water filter at the floor. It is situated next to metro station, with great connection to the main attractions. 20-25 min depending on attraction. We used Uber, it was 15-20 Euro depending on the distance which was OK for us. Hotel has small corner for kids nect to the entrance with toys and interactive table. We can also see Eiffel tower from the window which was a nice bonus for us which we didn't expect.

There are not a lot of restaurants around but it was not a problem for us, the region is quite but I wouldn't say it is for a pleasant walk around. Room has separate toilet which doesn't have sink, which was not very convenient as it was at oposite side of the bathroom.

Really clean and room and bathrooms , lots of amenities to help stay with kids as well. Really good water pressure and Airmconditioning. Really helpful friendly staff. We even extended our stay further than risking it as a different hotel when we had travel plans further. Very close to all the important landmarks in Paris to plan your visits daily.

No dedicated car park so had to park at a nearby paid car park , which wasn’t too bad but it was mostly full on the evenings so had to park off road and then move the car in when a spot was available in the morning which wasn’t fun but if we come to Paris again, we ll still pick the same hotel due to how lovely the stay was and reasonably priced despite booking it last minute

A lovely hotel with a small kitchenette with microwave, fridge, coffee machine and sink. The metro stop was very convenient and on the doorstep of location and in a lovely residential area with local shops and food outlets within walking distance especially halal ones.

It was quite expensive. For the price - I would’ve expected some sort of breakfast to have been included in the deal as well as FREE airport transfers as it’s quite far and expensive from CDG airport. Please provide a set of cutlery, plates etc as they weren’t provided and we had to buy disposables. The toilet was completely separate from the bathroom which is ok if it had a wash basin in there (No wash basin in toilet room) and it was completely on the other side of the room, so you had to walk over to wash your hands which is very unhygienic and inconvenient.

Location,very handy metro right outside.we even got to Versailles,Disneyland and all around Paris conveniently. Staff and service was brilliant,everyone commendable and helpful.BReakfast was great,the water dispenser on the floor was a good bunos... We had a family room and kids love it...we will be back and recommend it highly.Pur flight was late at night but we were able to leave our luggage and enjoy the fly out and kust came back for it straight to the airport using the tram and metro.

Staff were helpful, courteous, informed. Best feature (together with proximity to Metro). Room: Clean and comfortable but there was only one chair around the table. Safety feature of elevators. Breakfast was great.

Breakfast was great yet very crowded. As I indicated, proximity to Metro was one of the best features. Airtight building. Bathroom: Sink was nearly clogged. Should have been checked after the last guest. The breakfast price posted in the lobby was 19 Euros whereas online we had to pay either 24 or 28.
