Amazing location just few steps away from Eiffel tower, great view, accessibility. Apartment was nicely prepared, fully equipped to travel with little kids. Staff was exceptional! Very friendly and helpful, responsive if anything needed before or during the stay!

Love the place it’s a family type for sure ours was the 3 rooms , and because it’s summer our flat was the only one with AC , thank good , the stuff especially the reception was great . The location is near Eiffel Tower we can see it from the window . It’s two minutes away on feet .

Only The breakfast that I order “two basket” one basket cost 14€ that’s for 4 ppl and it’s not enough for two ppl . But every thing was cool . For next time getting stuff from market for breakfast . The kitchen is amazing.

The view is unbeatable. It was so magical to be SO close to the Eiffel Tower. The apartment was spacious and plenty of room for my family of 6 adults and 4 young children. The kitchen was clean and fully stocked. There is a grocery store and bakery a short walk away. The elevator was very small, but I think that is typical for Paris. The reception desk allowed us to leave our strollers under the stairways, which was convenient. The neighborhood is quiet and just a short walk away from the Eiffel Tower & metro station.

Although the hotel is on a small quiet street, the traffic around this area can be very bad depending on the time of day. It was difficult to catch an uber because there didn't seem to be any close ones on the mornings that we needed one. Although the apartment was overall clean, we did notice ants on the floor.

The Eiffel Tower view of this accommodation is the best. The family took pictures in the living room and balcony in the morning and evening, and they could enjoy tea and fruit while looking at the Eiffel Tower when they were resting in the middle. The two-story apartment was too large for a family of six, but we were satisfied with everything. The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom and toilet were spacious, and the washing machine and dryer worked well.

It's not important, but the legs of the chair on the big table in the living room are very heavy metal, and they kept hitting my feet and legs and they looked a little dangerous.

I could not believe the amount of space in our apartment in the heart of Paris! There is an amazing view of the Eiffel Tower if you get a room facing the Tower. I thought for sure there was some catch to finding a place this exceptional but there wasn't! I have only good things to say.

I liked everything. I guess if I had to complain about something (only because it is prompting me to write 2 sentences), there is a lot of activity and commotion going on around the Eiffel Tower, especially on the weekends. This may not be the right location if you are looking for really quiet place (but it is not loud inside the apartment).

We stayed at the Residence Charles Floquet for nine days in September and truthfully, I have to say this by far is the most luxurious, beautiful, exceptionally large apartment that I have ever stayed at in my entire life. Avenue Charles Floquet is located in a quiet upscale neighborhood surrounded by Embassies and other lovely residences in the 7eme Arrondissement. We had a two bedroom with an indelible view of the Eiffel Tower from our living room balcony. Both our bedrooms had ensuite bathrooms plus there was a half bath at the entry. All the windows open so we had fresh air. I frequently sat on the balcony for coffee in the morning and wine in the evening. The apartments have a full kitchen, stocked with dishes, utensils, pots & pans and 3 coffee makers including a Nespresso machine, stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, and most importantly, a washer and dryer which we used frequently. Both myself and my friend felt like princesses in this apartment; probably because it was a mansion at one time. The location is also incredible, with night views of the Eiffel tower that are priceless. There are restaurants and grocery stores nearby, as well as the metro! The number nine metro takes you straight to Avenue Champs Élysées which drops you off at Arc de Triophe. The canal rides are also a quick five minute walk from the apartment. When I come back to Paris, I will certainly return to the Charles Floquet. The staff was also lovely very helpful and friendly, kudos to Suzanne and Xavier. Lastly, our CDC card was accepted everywhere (I used a photo of mine). All in all Five Stars!

Being that it is close to the Eiffel Tower, there are foreigners (on the grounds of the ET) who try to trick people into paying for a bogus game of “where’s the ball” and others hawking little mechanical toys, cheap trinkets and hats. We just ignored them and had no problems. A bit loud at night on a couple of nights, but nothing to disturb our sleep. There is a noise abatement rule. The apartment needs some TLC and could use a coat of paint and updated furniture, but being the building is nearly 100 years old, it’s not that noticeable. Certainly nothing to loose a star over!

Fantastic Parisian style apartment, good neighborhood amongst consulates and a very short walk to the Eiffel Tower, river cruise departure point, close to supermarkets and restaurants. Rooms all have balconies and a view of the Eiffel Tower which was beautiful. Staff were really helpful. We had a 3 bedroom apartment which was very spacious and had everything needed for a short or longer stay including washing machine, dish washer, ensuite bathroom, bunk bed room. I would definitely return.

Would have loved a higher floor for an even better view!

I can’t say enough good things about this facility! The location is fantastic- close to Metro/RER (5 minute walk), grocery and liquor stores (2 minute walk). The view of the Eiffel Tower is unbelievable. It is on a quiet street. The rooms are spacious and it is very clean. Having a full sized refrigerator, washer/dryer, coffee and tea pot saved us a lot of money. The bed and bath linens are high quality. The front desk people are very friendly and helpful.

Absolutely the best place we have stayed in Paris. The location was fantastic, we could see the Eiffel Tower from our balcony, we were blown away. The apartment was huge and really nicely furnished, it had everything we needed and a small kitchen. The beds were very comfortable and the showers were powerful. There was a supermarket and Bakers around the corner as we were an assortment of restaurants. The Seine was 5 minutes walk as well, it could have not have been better

The location and views are spectacular!! We rented the Classic 3 bedrooms. I thought it only came with 2 bathrooms but it had 2.5 baths which was good for our party of 6! The main bedroom also had the biggest bathroom which looked brand new. The view is amazing! We stayed on the 1st floor (2nd floor in the US) and we had half of the Eiffel tower view. We have a son in a wheelchair also, and this isn't our 1st or 2nd time in Paris so we know how small their lifts are. My husband had to carry him to elevator and then to our apartment. But when someone, like the concierge was available, he always asked if we needed help. Which is nice! There are also a couple of grocery stores w/in walking distance and lots of bus stops to choose from. Not sure which is the closest metro bcoz we always walked or took the bus bcoz they are more wheelchair friendly, but you have a few close bus stops to choose from depending of where you want to go. Streets were quiet at night and even if there was a construction right below us, i barely saw anyone actually doing construction work so that was nice.

Dryer wasnt working properly. The tub/shower combo in the other bathroom leaves a lot of water mess because of where the shower faces. My 9yr old cant get a hold of how to "shower w/out leaving water all over the floor" so we just let her shower in our bathroom. Its a bad design that I wish they would just put a full glass cover or shower curtains. Cooking appliances and pots and pans looked old too. Kitchen was very small but it didnt bother us because the living room and dining room were huge and thats where we hang out the most!
