Clean, good location, good communication before and during the stay through messages/emails

The fact that I asked for 30 min extra for check out and I received an automatic answer that they cannot do, without trying or showing that they would try but :-( Anyway. I would also like to have the possibility to speak to someone there if there are questions. It was too "automatic" everything which loses the personal ambience a little bit. Then the colours inside the room were a little bit too much in the eye but I suppose some people like them as such l.... I would prefer something more gentle in terms of colours and light effect they had.

Bit of a detailed review as i know there are mixed reviews of this place so wanted to share my experience! Stayed 4 nights and our stay was great. We booked the superior room with balcony. Whole process was seamless. I was given floor 2 initially on the Sweet Inn app but was worried I wouldn't get a nice view at that level, so I asked for a higher floor and got it changed to floor 4 (which had a lovely view of the eiffel tower, see pics!) The staff were lovely. 2 ladies on reception, always greeted us with a smile and bonjour when entering the lobby. The room itself was very clean. It came with all amenities-coffee machine, iron, fridge, Toothbrush & paste, shampoos etc. The bed was massive and very comfortable. The location was perfect. A calm stoll to the eiffel tower took us only about 25 minutes. The metro was located directly outside also which was so handy to jump on and off. Barely heard it at all with the windows closed. I recommend buying a Navigo Easy pass, which can be bought at many metro stations on the ticket machines for around €2 and you can load it up with t+ tickets. Just saves buying the paper ones incase they get lost. There was a nice cafe on the corner right outside, Cafe Basille. There was also a pharmacie and franprix supermarket just steps away. There was a kitchen in the lobby to make your own food etc too if you wanted. Check in was easy. There was noone at the desk when we arrived at midnight, but The Sweet Inn app gave us our front door unlock code and room code which let us straight in. I received a phone call the same day as check in confirming I had received the codes okay. Check out was easy also - just clicked a button on the app and left. I plan on coming back to Paris in the near future and will 100% be booking this apartment again.

No hairdryer in the room but wasn't a big deal

Amazing location, could see the Eiffel Tower from our room from only level 3 and without even requesting a room with a view. Great service and staff. The bed was the comfiest bed of my life.

Room was smaller than expected but manageable and still practical.

Top recommendation!!! We had a wonderful stay in the suite, the staff was also super friendly. There is no Breakfast, but in the lobby you can find a shared kitchen where you can prepare something. I would always recommend eating out. The Suite Room on the seventh floor is the best, you have the perfect view of the Eiffel Tower. And it is very spacious. The location is also excellent, with the main Metro line 6 being right outside the door and some wonderful restaurants right around the corner.

The only thing to improve is the cleanliness, by that I mean one chair was a bit dirty so we did not use it, but that's ok. Overall, the bathroom and beds were clean.

Staff were outstanding and helpful looked after bags before check in and after check out even made us a coffee and called a cab. Sound proof room slept very well. Keyless access.

nothing ll great

The staff we're welcoming,helpful and spoke english. The location made it easy to travel around paris, also many ammenities nearby e.g. bakeries, supermarkets etc. Bag drop facilities also were a god send so we didn't have to carry heavy luggage around paris until our room was ready and after we'd checked out. The balcony doors were really good at keeping sound to a minimum and the curtains were amazing quality and kept the room really dark even when it was really bright outside. We even looked for a makers label as we want them at home! The bed was so comfy with nice plump pillows, i slept better than i've slept in ages, a little too well 🤣 we personally love the sub-autonomous aspect, staff are there for when guests are checking in and out and if they aren't visibly at reception, there are details on how to contact them. Whenever we came into contact with them or the housekeeping/room cleaning staff, all said hello and were approachable amd friendly.

Not much we didn't like, just that other guests leaving and coming into rooms meant you'd hear doors slamming loudly as they dont have door closers to slow the momentum down

Good location with Metro access to everywhere, quite neighborhood, clean and very compact room with everything you need. Very good value at the time of the Olympics. Had complimentary coffee in the room and in the lobby. Small kitchen and table in the lobby you can use if you need to.

The lobby part is very small and closes in the evenings. But it’s an anatomous hotel, so it makes sense no one is left at the lobby but could still keep a small lobby area open.

The concierge/manager Cedric is excellent. So helpful, went out of their way to do whatever it took to problem solve (what the traveller thought was an issue Cedric knew exactly what to do). I absolutely loved the care Cedric took with the customers I saw when I was there including myself. Cedric is a treasure!!!! Sublim is lucky to have Cedric. I was at the 94 Boulevard Garibaldi location in Paris. The room was functional, everything worked as it should. The location is across the street from the Sevres Lecourbe metro stop. There are lots of places to eat and buy food along Rue de Sevres all the way to Boulevard Saint Germain. Great location!!!!

I wish I had stayed longer!!!!

Great position just outside metro station. (Still quiet not noisy) Fantastic view of the Eiffel tower from higher floors. Rooms are clean cozy and bigger than the average Parisian size.

With the check in time being 4pm the hotel offer luggage storage service, unfortunately this is not well though as to enter the hotel before 11 you need a special code that is activated at 4 pm for your check in. Keep it in mind in case you arrive in the city in the morning as you will be kept outside in the cold. Mattresses unfortunately extremely uncomfortable

Spotless apartment close to public transport and restaurants
