I had a good experience staying at this hotel. I received warm and welcoming follow-up emails after booking, and the staff were friendly and accommodating, even during my late-night check-in. The hotel and room were clean, quiet, and cozy. The only downside was a strong smell of paint in my room. It was late and I was too tired to request a room change. I appreciated the thoughtful touch of complimentary tea, coffee and a croissant the following morning in the cosy kitchenette. There was also the option to upgrade to a full continental breakfast for just €10, which was great value. The location is incredibly convenient, less than a 10-minute walk from Gare Montparnasse.

The hotel has an excellent location, very clean and cozy, with extremely friendly staff! It’s just a 5-minute walk to the metro. You can even see the Eiffel Tower from around the corner! The room is small but equipped with everything you need: hot water, a hairdryer, clean towels, and fresh bed linens. You can also store your luggage at the hotel both before check-in and after check-out, which is incredibly convenient.

One thing to note: the shower area has no wall, only glass, but there’s a partition, so nothing is visible. It’s not a drawback, but something to keep in mind if you’re traveling with friends))

Nice way to wake up in Paris, view to beautiful buildings. the hotel is really near the metro, just few feet away. There is also a nice Patisserie just in front "Delices of Pasteur" is actually an award winning pattiserie, so having brakfast there is an awesome idea. The hotel itself was nice, and great value for the price.

Well only that the room were a little basic. But the price was ok for the commodity. But in any case is well situated so i think is a balance between price, and location. The only thing is that in summer they dont have air conditioning, but i suppose in winter must be a great room to stay, specially for couples.

The whole process of booking was really easy and Mustafar was fantastic, amazing communication and beyond helpful with answering all of my questions and even went the extra mile to print off some documents for me. - Thank you! This is the perfect hotel if you are needing somewhere to sleep when travelling for one or two nights. The rooms are basic but very comfortable and clean. It’s also amazing that they let dogs (you just have to tell them first)

Staff extremely accommodating and helpful. Hotel in great location and within 10 minutes walk of Gare de Montparnasse. Room is well thought out, modern and clean. Tea and coffee available free.

Unfortunately In part one of the reasons for booking the hotel in addition to it being in walking distance to Montparnasse is their usual service of breakfast at any time. I was taking an early train (6.45am) with a reasonably long journey and wanted a good breakfast prior to setting off. There was some renovation going on at the hotel which I understand was taking longer than expected so no breakfast available. This was not indicated when I booked my room (only booked a day before arriving). An alternative breakfast was offered ie breakfast at another hotel but this was only available from 7am (so not a like for like offer).

It’s location relative to major land marks, public transport and restaurants

Very noisy and no functional air conditioning. Paris was experiencing overnight temperatures of 20c and daily temperatures of high 30’s. The room was unbearably hot and we were advised the air conditioning was out of order. To stay a little cooler at night we opened the window and had to tolerate the considerable street noise.

The staff was super helpful and welcoming, helping with every question or request. No noise was heard from outside. Various breakfast, lacking a little bit on fruit but overall great. Very close to a Metro stop and many good restaurants.! Would definitely recommend.

In the triple room, the single bed is a little uncomfortable, since the mattress is a little bit thin.

I really liked the hotel, very nearby to a Metro station which is perfect to move around, great area for Paris and nearby attractions such as Eiffel Tower, Notre Dame and so many others, our room was amazing and big which is a great thing for Paris and beautiful window view. All amenities were superb and staff was very friendly & helpful. We would’ve loved to stay a few more nights. Would recommend!

The staff were great, very helpful with helping us plan our routes to explore the city. Great location as it’s a short walk to the metro and around a 30 min walk to the Eiffel Tower if you fancy a stroll. Really recommend the breakfast as you can make what you like on your own accord and lots of variety. Rooms were standard, beds were comfortable and clean with daily fresh towels and bedding. Large windows that open to a lovely view. The Rooftop area is a great addition too!

Not much, the bathroom could do with an update but the the price you pay it’s what you would expect

Location is excellent, very strategically located around many restaurants and metro station. The breakfast is good, they got what I needed, but what I liked was that they keep the pastries available throughout the day :)

Had problems with the electricity and AC but they fixed it midway during my stay. The shower area though is too small, but it is still better than having a shared bathroom :)
