My fiancée and I want to say a huge thank you to Mani at reception for getting us settled in. Due to our arrival at the airport we were hours early before our check-in and having waited a few hours at the lobby for our room, Mani kindly checked us in and even upgraded our stay. The room we stayed in was clean, spacious and it came with a kitchenette which was handy. Additionally, we enjoyed the Zoom restaurant for breakfast with array of choices. Overall, we are very grateful for the hospitality and understanding shown.

The only downside we had during our stay which was somehwat disappointing and confusing, knowing the reputation of the Hyatt brand, were the charges we got on our credit card, a total of 3 transactions. It was unclear which charge was for our stay vs. the 100€ deposit we were asked to pay upfront. We're still waiting to see which funds will be returned before reaching out to the hotel.

Every member of the staff was excellent and very competent, but “Mani” stood out in particular. It had a nice continental breakfast buffet. Both the bar and the gym were excellent. A major bonus is the proximity to CDG airport.

The one thing about the information we didn't understand before making the reservation was that it was never made plain anywhere that the pool wasn't heated. Apart from that, we had a great time staying here.

The breakfast was nice with verities of selection but unfortunately, I had food poisoning a day after. The suite was nice and spacious. One of your staff was able to help which shows they go above and beyond for the establishment

The hot point in the room wasn’t working so I couldn’t make food for my infant & toddler after a long day and for the price of the room/facilities included whilst booking, manager should have made sure everything was in order/working before guests checked in.

This property was absolutely perfect. It was super clean, very spacious and had everything you could possibly need and more. My kids loved the fact there was a tv in the bedroom aswell as the sitting room. There was plenty of towels etc. The bed was really comfy as was the couch. Everything was brilliant and probably one of the best hotels I have stayed in. All of the staff were really friendly and polite and could communicate well in English if needed. Breakfast was superb. Overall a brilliant stay. I would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Paris especially wanting to stay close to the airport. Taxi is quite pricy and was €40 euro. They do have a shuttle service for €5 however I instead used the free bus, the (43) bus stop is just outside the hotel slightly further up the road and took me straight to the airport (terminal 3).

It is a great hotel if you are planning to stay next to the airport. - Friendly and helpful staff. - Rooms are spacious. - Great and rich breakfast.

- More room amenities could be added. - You cannot order dinner to the room. - A shuttle to the airport would be practical, since almost all guests are staying because of the airport. So you have to always order taxi/uber - and why connecting doors at the corridors are all closed? It is very impractical and obstructing with the luggage. You have to pass by like 4 closed doors to reach your room. Not to mention safety issues in case of fire. How people are supposed to evacuate if all doors are closed?

The rooms are very spaceous, clean, comfortable, and the staff (including the shuttle bus driver) were exceptionally helpful. We also got rooms on the top floor just as we had requested. The location is perfect, with good access to all forms of transport.

There's actually nothing that we didn't like. We enjoyed our stay, all six nights.

The ambience was lovely and nice and the staff were friendly. Lovely room and view with good facilities.

The location although near the airport is far from everywhere else. The swimming pool was not available during our stay so the kids missed out. The hobs in the rooms are not user friendly so we couldn't cook any meals although we could have asked staff for help. A guest guide translated in English would have been helpful.

Lovely, clean, fresh hotel. Breakfast was good and the room had a kitchen with a fridge which was a bonus. 7 bus ride away from Parc des exhibitions which is good as it has a train station for central Paris or CDG airport. Nice comfy bar area with TV

Pool was too small Airport shuttle only drops off at T3 which means you have to get a shuttle (free) to T2 Location is fine but nothing near by

As always we received exceptional service from the staff. There was a problem with our booking coming through from Booking.com and Dylan at reception, along with his colleague whose name I didn't catch, worked dillegently to locate our reservation and resolve the issue. The hotel is always very well presented, welcoming, comfortable and provides a truely superb breakfast.

On this occasion our room had not been cleaned quite as well as usual but it wasn't too bad.

The room size is good. Room has a small kitchenette, perfect for longer stays and having small kids stuff. Location is good to be between Paris and Disney. Restaurant service was good. Menu not extensive but good enough. The price was good. There is a swimming pool which was a great break.

I booked a family room for 2 adults and 2 small kids. But we received 2 rooms which was only explained at time of check-in. As this hotel has no family rooms. Parking is not free. Bathroom is very small, but the room size makes up for it. During peak breakfast times there can be some delays.
