It looked so good! A large clean, well furnished room, with coffee maker. However I had to ask for milk and sugar, and shampoo and soap dispensers were empty. Breakfast was very average. Location is beautiful and quiet. Another guest was complaining as I checked out about similar 'average' breakfast and room facilities.

The public shuttle bus from the airport to the hotel accepted cash only, and was a coach. Luggage was tricky to load and remove. The luggage compartment was not made available to me , 2 suitcases up stairs in a coach without assistance was difficult. It was very disappointing that the free transfer to the airport offered by the hotel to another guest, (at the same time of my departure - I saw from the bus stop as I struggled to load second suitcase on the bus) was not mentioned or offered to me also. Not quality customer service - disappointing as it could have been so much better.

Specially mentioned on the fantastic with great kindness to beautiful Nelly, Alex, Marion and intern Selina. Nelly and Alex have gone extra miles to call Emirate Airlines everyday for 5 days to search for my missing luggage. My pleasure to stay and met them during my challenging time in Paris 2024. The room was better than expected, comfortable and spacious. You won't hear any aircraft noise in the room (outside can be quite noisy at times) The hotel is the 'Rossy-en-France' town, which is very quiet. I had plenty of time so I tried the local bus from Roissypole and all good, you buy the tickets in the same RER machines in the RER station (2.10 EUR) and it was easy (I took bus 27 but there are many others in Google Maps, just check the different stops and route names on display). When leaving, I ordered an Uber at 5:30 am without issues (terminal 2G, 14EUR), which was fast. The transfer offered by the hotel drops you at a specific terminal and I would have had to walk and also take a bus between terminals, so I preferred taking a taxi to the exact terminal I was going.

This is a hotel town, so there's not much to do around, specially at night.

Very criendly (and English speaking) staff & crews Very clean, well laid-out, well-equipped room; the bath tub was SPOTLESSLY CLEAN; plus there was a separate standing shower. I also liked that toilet was in a separate space of its own. Roomy, a good size TV, a fridge, & a microwave. Vinny bed & pillows. Right in front of a nice, pretty park that lead to the nearby village. Good for a nice, leisurely stroll.

Everything else was very neat & clean, but the chairs could use some cleaning; looked a bit out of place. The in-room safe was not functioning. Otherwise, all great!

It definitely exceed my expectations, I lost my flight and was looking for a place to crash, and then I found this huge room with bath tub and amazing shower. Totally recommend.

The pillows seemed to be wrapped in plastic and the tea maker was absolutely disgusting. If it’s not being clean, don’t leave it in the room. But overall, t’s a very good option to spend the night in case you lost your flight like me.

Big room with separating curtain, a lot of space, clean bathroom and bed sheets. Location is perfect for those who need a connection in airport and don’t have much time to travel inside the town.

You can’t go up to the room without key-card. And there’s only one card you’ve got on the reception. So need to ask one more card if you want to go down and after that back up with elevator. That’s not a minus, just weird.. you can get one more card at the reception. So ask for 2 cards at the arrival.

The room was very big comparing to other hotels in Paris, the shower is separated of the bath room and lavatory pan is separated as well. Nice kitchen zone, with an own coffee machine, wonderfool. Huge bed. Staff was very friendly, helped me to included the price of shuttle bus to my general hotel bill.

I utilised this hotel given its close proximity to the airport having an early flight the next morning. It was absolutely perfect. Organised and efficient. Excellent transfer from hotel to airport making process a breeze. Fantastic spacious room. Comfortable. I would highly recommend this hotel for easy access to airport while in Paris,

I cannot complain about anything. If staying a week in Paris, I would however stay closer to town attractions.

Flight was cancelled so had to pick an emergency hotel for 2 nights and this was a perfect choice. Excellent rooms, service and food. Convenient location for bus to the airport. Buffet breakfast was amazing. Choice of bath or shower. Could leave luggage securely. Near a little village so had a wander to the park and mini-market with good prices for snacks.

Shuttle bus provided by hotel is €4 prepaid so when you have an emergency booking, it does not come to the airport. We waited for an hour having being told by taxi drivers it would come. No-one answered the phone at the hotel so ended up calling an Uber. Ok for as as should be reimbursed but for others, it may be a problem. Ordinary buses do run to a stop outside the hotel but not much later than 9pm.

The room was spacious, modern, quiet and very clean. The bed was huge, very comfortable and pillows firm, just how we like them.

The corridors, communal areas and lifts could be spruced up a bit as they seemed a bit drab with worn carpets compared to the bedrooms. The breakfast was a bit chaotic and disorderly with groups of people stood around blocking access to food and drinks. areas.
