🏨 This was a loveliest stay, the hosts Sharon, Declan are great, extremely friendly and helpful, even finding candles for the Saturday. ☕ The breakfast was great, and what's especially I'm thankful for, the breakfast was present even if I sometimes slept a bit too late. 🏡 There's a small common room with tea, coffee, and a microwave; the common room is connected to a lovely inner garden area. 🚪 The room was lovely as well, with beautiful view. Wi-fi worked well even if it was a high floor. It was nice and quiet at nights. 📍 The location is very convenient, the bus stop is just outside at the corner, and the train station is within a short walk. It was a very charming house and a really lovely room. Perfect combination of old world charm and modern convenience. The room was spacious with high ceilings. The bathroom was completely remodeled and modern. Bed was super comfortable. Our hosts were very gracious. They recommended and made dinner reservations for us at a lovely restaurant. Breakfast was very good and a perfect way to start our day. Parking on site. Highly recommend this place!

Great location for walking in the Pyrenees. Breakfasts were good. Owner/hosts were very helpful including kindly offering to do our cloth washing.

Prades was very quiet/closed in the evenings with many unsavoury looking people hanging around. We were fine but stuck to main roads to walk to restaurants.

The hosts (Sharon and Declan) were exceptional, the room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was plentiful, varied and very good. Garden with terrace where we could have breakfast in good weather. Pool was small but perfect for a swim after being outside all day. Wonderful views of the Canigou from the window. Private car park with lots of light sensors in case you come back at night. Thank you very much for everything. Raul and Mara

We loved our stay! Sharon and Declan could not have been more helpful and welcoming. They really went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed and more. The room was very comfortable and we enjoyed having long and delicious breakfasts on the terrace. It was also wonderful to be able to cool off in the pool after a day hike. We appreciated the opportunities to interact with the other guests, and we liked the Prades market very much. Definitely recommend this place!

Very friendly reception and constant assistance from Sharon and Declan throughout our stay. Delicious breakfast. Very useful tips for visiting the region. Spacious accommodation in this old house where they have maintained it's cachet while caring well for the property and garden. Great location - near to the centre of Prades and easy to drive from there to the many historic sites and walks in the region. Many thanks Kevin & Liliane

Lovely comfortable room in an Art Deco house. Fascinating architecture and beautiful garden, although due to winter weather couldn’t take advantage. Host went out of her way to make this stay extra special: super breakfast and other extras. I don’t normally favour private accommodation over hotels, but Maison 225 host’s understands the importance of service. Highly recommend.

Lovely breakfast. Declan and Sharon were chatty and helpful. Spacious airy rooms with mountain views from every window. As a total aside our son loved the James Bond garage door!
