Vey good hotel in the heart of Rennes. Its small but cozy and clean. Fresh towels and bed linen. Small but cozy rooms. The reception is open till late, maybe 24/7. Very good breakfast. The choice of eggs, pancakes, cheeses and fruits. Very good staff. We are satisfied with our stay there. 5-7 min by walk and you are at the center of the city. Out recommendations 100%

The only downside is parking. The hotel doesnt have enough parking and we parked our car at the city parking recommended by the hotel. Its just 5 min by walk from the hotel. But the cost per day - 35 euro.

Excellent quiet, clean, comfortable, excellent staff that is very helpful. Location was great, took bus around town, food near by and good. Rennes is a lovely town and we will be back. VILLA TREDICI has wonderful food, across the street from the Gare and worth the walk of a few blocks, enjoyed their food twice during the stay.

One waiter was very rude and ignored us the whole time, I will not return to that eatery.

Reception staff were engaged and friendly. The apartment was just around the corner in the next street but easily accessible. Excellent facilities. A fan was provided which is great in summer with no air-conditioning. Close enough to walk to a number of locations such as the Opera House and Cathedrale. Plenty of eating options in close proximity and a supermarket around the corner. Would highly recommend.

No air-conditioning and no lift but this was clearly advertised so was not a surprise.

The location is excellent, right in the centre of Rennes! The staff are very friendly and helpful and the hotel has its own private, secure parking. The decor is fresh and pretty and the breakfast was perfectly adequate.

Our garden room onto the internal garden patio was sweet but quite small, we were only here for one night so this was not a problem. There is no air conditioning but a there was a fan in the room, which we needed as it was 30 degrees!

Comfortable Room, very clean & near the train Station.

Very awkward stairs when you get out of the lift to our room on the 1st Floor. Breakfast Room not very relaxing Breakfast good variety but felt being watched by a person associated with the Hotel looking at what we were eating & no acknowledgement at all from him just watching all what was happening in the Breakfast Room made us feel uncomfortable.

We had a cute small twin room with a shower, the room was clean. I really liked the coffee/tea set that was in the room. We didn't take the breakfast but it seemed popular. The hotel staff was really friendly and we were able to leave our luggage for the afternoon after we had checked out. The hotel is environmentally friendly.

This is by no means the hotel's fault but it's good to know that there's a bar downstairs which was a bit noisy on a Friday night. We had brought our ear plugs so it wasn't a big deal. So bring yours just in case your room gives to the street.

Enjoyed the area and property. Front desk was kind and accommodating. Loved the garden patio and the hotel was walkable to nearby attractions and restaurants. The staff had excellent recommendations for nearby restaurants and went out of their way to make sure that I was comfortable.

The lock was a bit tricky to figure out at first but I got help from the front desk to figure it out.

The hotel is a small one, just round the corner from the train station and very close to the city center. The staff and the breakfast are on a high french level. The hotel itself is a beautiful, charming place.

The room was quite small (no big problem) with the entrance to the terrace. One might feel sleeping just next to the people smoking on the terrace (not a problem for me).

Excellent location in relation to the train station and the attractions of the medieval centre of Rennes. The close proximity of the Carrefour was handy. The hotel staff were excellent: welcoming, helpful, and very patient with our beginner French. The small garden courtyard was a nice retreat area for cheese and wine, or to read. Great breakfast!

The rooms are small but that's understandable when you consider the price of the stay.

The staffs were super nice, helpful and always smiling. The breakfast was good. The room was very clean and what I liked the most was that they had a small kettel in the room with cups that I could drink tea in the evenings. The location is great, walking distance from train station and the city center, a big supermarket just around the corner.

I got the room which was looking to the street and was above a bar therefore at nights was getting load till very late. But when I told them they changed my room for the last night which was very nice of them.
