The main strength of the hotel is the location - quite central, so you can reach any sights on foot. Our room faced the inner courtyard garden, which features a fountain - quite pleasant to listen to. The beds were quite comfortable. The breakfast was quite good, but pricey.

Our room, though called deluxe, was quite small. Since the sofa was open, we could clearly see the floor underneath hadn't been cleaned in months, there was dust and objects lying around - in stark contrast to the rest of the room.

GREAT STAFF! Comfortable beds, great location near lots of restaurants and shops. Be sure to go beyond the few streets around the hotel as there is so much to see. Very nice breakfast choices. My favorite hotel stay in France on this trip. Big fluffy towels too. Shout out to pharmacy just around the corner. They were so helpful!

A plus would have been laundry facilities on-site but found a clean laundromat not far.

Our two rooms were very well equipped, We had rooms with view to the very nice large garden-backyard. That does not belong to the hotel, but to a senior residence. Our rooms were "Chambre Double Deluxe avec Canapé-Lit - Côté Jardin" and we can very much recommend this room category. That back-/garden-side is very calm and you can keep the window open in the night. The location of the hotel is well suited to reach the historic center by feet. Important positive point: the hotel has an own parking garage. Breakfast was well equipped, incl. scrambled eggs fresh fruits etc.

Well planned out Hotel, receptionist guy was helpful. The lobby area was spacious and practical, facilities were clean and met expectation. The location is very central and the integrated car park was perfect with lify taking you dorectly to room floor level. This Hotel biggest plus is location, location and car park.

Due to the hotel location there was only a small outside area at the front but the was good enough to have a coffee and smoke. Not really a negative because the location limits hotel area. Didnt try breakfast as teh location gace us too many options.

Everyone was so kind. I have stayed here many times & love the location of this hotel as well as its comfort.

It would be nice if customers didn’t need to carry their suitcases up the steps out front when they check in. Maybe they could be given the parking garage access code before they check in so that they could enter via the parking garage and then take the elevator to the check-in desk

Buffet breakfast was excellent. Staff were very helpful.

Very crowded old town center location. Hotel parking was full. We used a public parking garage about 10 min walk from hotel. Underground parking was fine but very circuitous local streets made it difficult to get the car back to the hotel. We should have chosen a suburban location.

Ideally placed for the centre of Rennes...nice buzz abut the area with local bars and restaurants

Perhaps more certainty about booking a parking space (which we got...thanks but) Most hotels are able to book the space ahead which is important to us.

The bedroom was lovely, airy and comfortable. There was lots of space. The ensuite was also spacious. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was great and an easy short walk to all the areas of the city. Lots of breakfast choice.

We got the parking space located below the hotel building!

The remote TV was not available in our room since we checked in. We told the receptionist staff on the first night, he tried to find us another remote which did not work. And after that we never did get a replacement of the remote!

Staff couldn’t have been more helpful. We Stayed a night with our two kids on way to the ferry at Cherbourg. Parking was easy in the basement for €15. The girls at the desk were just lovely. Location is brilliant to explore Rennes for the evening.
