Nice comfortable hotel a short taxi ride from the airport, (as there are 2 Ibis hotels close to the airport ensure your taxi/uber is dropping you off at the right one). Rooms are a little small however for a nights stopover they were adequate. Nice breakfast in the morning and the shuttle bus back to the airport. For the price it was well worth it and I would use it again.

It wasn’t as clean as id have hoped, rooms felt kind of shabby and not overly clean, staff was amazing though, they worked so hard.

The hallways had a lot of dirt in them and dust bunnies and were just fairly grimey in general. Also, and this is NOT your fault, but people were gross at breakfast. I repeatedly saw people touching all the food with their bare hands and putting it back. Like a guy picked up seven or eight apples and just put them back and took one he hadn’t touched yet. Also people were not using the napkin to hold the bread to cut it. Maybe put out sliced bread instead of cutting your own? I saw people sneezing on food, etc.. Also, where are your stairs? I’d have gladly taken the stairs instead of elevators, but the stairs were never clearly located. In event of fire; there’s going to be mass problems.

Exceptional breakfast buffet and comfortable room and good size. The staff was very welcoming and very efficient with check in and check out. The hotel is close to airport and provides shuttle bus service.

The shuttle bus service was a very long wait at the airport and waited one hour for the bus to arrive at the pkup point. It is supposed to come every 30 minutes and was very late and such a long wait. There should also be a better signage for the bus stop since there are many hotel shuttle bus services that stop on that stop and many people did not know exactly where to wait to catch the bus.

It was clean, staff was nice, and the breakfast was really good for a low-cost hotel. While the restaurant didn’t offer the regular menu, it did offer a buffet. We did not eat there, but instead found a charming little restaurant called la brasserie du village very nearby, where we had an excellent meal, one of the best in our five weeks in France. And actually the town of Roissy en France was quite nice, which we didn’t expect for an airport suburb.

It’s a pretty bare bones stay. It would’ve been nice to have shampoo and conditioner in the room. And a coffee maker.

Quiet, clean and safe. there are buses going directly to the airport.

The hotel service needs to be improved. As a serial resident, I don't understand why the cleaning lady blocked the door and told me to talk to her manager. I don't understand what's going on. Her manager spoke to her on the phone and didn't cause me any more harassment. I hope this is a single incident that happens once in a while

I loved the general ambience of the location and the amenities they offered, would be great if the breakfast assortment was to include some cooked foods like scrambled eggs and beans. the idea of the grill to make sandwiches was excellent loved it.

did not have a correct guide to watch English audio channels programmed and news all was in French German and Russian. would be good to have a list of the channels for easy changing.

The breakfast was great! I stayed for 2 separate nights. The first time, I thought I needed to get to the hotel quickly. They had a vehicle ready to go, but didn’t tell me how much it would be. I was shocked at the cost of the airport transfer. The second time I took the bus for much less than the private transfer!

Not overly close to the airport. It was a bit of a hike to get there from the airport and from Orly airport!

Very stylish clean room with a full bathroom. Beds were very comfortable. We came late, around 10:45 p.m .and were welcomed with 2 complimentary drinks to enjoy at the bar. Great value for the price of $109 with breakfast buffet in the morning. I can go on and on about breakfast: at least 5 kinds of the freshest French bread, the cheeses, preserves, the best coffee, the butter, the ham, croissants of course! I highly recommend this hotel located less than 3 km from CDG International Airport, especially if You continue traveling the next day after late arrival to Paris.

The room size, it could have been bigger to comfortably fit the luggage in. Also I would appreciate at leat 2 bottles of water to have in the room, so we would not have to buy it in the machine downstairs. It worked only with the coins, which we did not have, so we ended up without the water for the night.

Our stay was very last minute, booked and checked in within 20 minutes because of cancelled flight. Hotel was incredibly close with convenient shuttle (we got a taxi because we were very late) and the staff were very friendly. Checkout was late at 12 noon which was perfect for us as we needed the extra sleep! Bed was big, comfy and there was plenty of outlets for charging devices.

It was disappointing that the vending machine for last minute necessary toiletries contained no version of toothpaste or any other dental hygiene products, and because we were without our main luggage, we were left without. The hotel did not have any back up for residents in a pickle.
