The breakfast was superb, great choice of food, both salty and sweet, fresh bread and croissants, delicious grape juice, ham, a choice of cheeses and fruits and jams all best quality. The bedsheets were amazingly soft. The hosts were wonderful, friendly and attentive to our every need. It's a very old fashioned style, traditional French place, but with a modern and well designed bathroom. There is a lovely garden to walk in or just to relax near the river. It was a joy to stay at Maison d'hôte du Parc. We will return.

We didn't get a reply as to whether we could get a meal on a Monday night. Apparently, the host cooks sometime, if there are enough guests. On a Monday night, there seems to be one restaurant open nearby and it's really not very good. So the meal out was very poor compared to the top quality accommodation. Avoid Mondays...

This is my second stay at this charming chambre d'hote. The first time was with a companion to see the remarkable Corbusier Chapel at Ronchamp, but this time I made a slight detour on my way to Germany so that I could stay here again. As before, my room felt like a luxurious guest room in a private home owned by art and antique collectors of exceptional taste. The garden was even lovelier and more verdant than I remember and my room overlooked paths running beside wisteria vines cultivated as trees. The bed was comfortable and there was a kettle in the room to make tea or coffee when first waking. The breakfast -- sumptuous, delicious and elegant around a polished mahoganey table. I was joined there by a large Dutch family with whome I had an interesting conversation over croissants with the father of the family, a scientist working in quantum computing. Really, an exceptional home filled with interesting guests, an pair of kind hosts who have created a haven for a weary traveler.

Nothing.

Great stay all around. Emmanuel, our host, was very welcoming and gracious. My grandfather and I went for the Chapel designed by Le Corbusier. Emmanuel helped us out by driving us up the hill in a little Fiat which was very helpful given my grandpa has trouble walking. the architecture was really nice, and the breakfast was lovely. Emmanuel told us that Le Corbusier had even dined in the house for dinner twice while building the church. Altogether a great stay.

Everything was 10/10. No complaints.

The hosts were very helpful with carrying our bags to the room and recommending and booking local restaurants The location and garden by the river are beautiful

Communications prior to arrival are difficult.I messaged the property via booking .com twice to ask if dinner was available and to say we would like to arrive early, Neither communication was received.we came at 4.15 and were asked to go away. It is clearly stated that checkin is from 5 but it’s usual now to be able to communicate with the host.

What was there not to like! Location was stunning - greenery all around, beautiful country house in impeccable condition, renovated and decorated with the most delicate taste. Hosts think absolutely of everything and every detail. The room was incredible, breakfast was even more superb: fresh local products and top quality. We can't recommend it enough!

That we couldn't stay more days - we wished we booked for longer as it felt like just a treat to be looked after so wonderfully well. They were really considerate with our dog too :)

It was so beautiful inside and outside on the grounds. I am a gardener and I really appreciated everything about the garden. Inside it was decorated and I felt like I stepped into that time period. The interior decorations were perfect. Everything was just great. I had a dress incident and I was attending a wedding, I drove to a nearby town to get a dress as I only had less then 30 minutes. I found out it was cash only and drove back to the B&B for my card. Marc was so nice. He asked what I needed and gave me the cash so I could buy the dress as I was already late. Of course, I returned the money the next day but he saved the day! I was so frazzled. Everyone talks about the breakfast here and it is true. It was the best breakfast I had in France. There was a bountiful selection of bread, jam, fruit, cheese, juices, and even eggs and sausage. It was nice to meet the other travelers.

The fan in my room stopped working but I was so exhausted, I was able to sleep anyways. Also, there aren’t wash cloths and I think maybe in France they don’t use them. Those were both minor things that didn’t affect my stay at all.

Absolutely loved staying here! Emmanuel was so welcoming and friendly. The rooms were spacious and felt like home. Breakfast was delicious and it was so nice being able to meet so many lovely people from different countries. The garden was also incredible, so peaceful and quiet with the stream in the background. We will definitely be returning!

A beautiful house furnished with many antique items ideally situated in the village of Ronchamp for visiting the Le Corbusier chapel. The host was welcoming and helpful and gave suggestions for places to eat within walking distance. Our room was very comfortable with a large ensuite bathroom. The room overlooked the river and the noise of that was very relaxing. Excellent breakfast.

This was truly an amazing experience. It's like a magical place, old house, very well renovated, full of old furniture and objects, spotlessly clean. A beautiful garden with many chairs and tables and nice corners to enjoy reading or simply meditate under an old tree... Breakfast was also outstanding, many excellent choices, from home made marmalade (the best bitter orange I had in a long time!) to special cheeses, different breads and croissants, cold cuts, eggs made to order and to perfection... All of this in an enchanting room surrounded by beautiful furniture, crystals, a harp in a corner, subtle music in the background, I cold not ask for more... The hosts are more than pleasant, they are exquisite, and clearly motivated to make your stay a special one. Location is great, very close to many monuments (including the special chapel by Le Corbusier, which is why I was visiting Ronchamp) and other tourists attractions. Also a variety of places available for dinner (I walked to a great microbrewery, excellent beers and "tarte flambée") unless you reserve dinner with the hosts. I travelled a lot around the world in my career including many 5 and 7 stars hotels, but this place has a special place in my heart. Thanks you for an outstanding experience and a beautiful memory!

Nothing really come to mind as negative! As I said it was a fabulous experience.
