The check-in process was quick and easy, although as we stayed 2 nights, the room entry card only worked for the 1st day, but was quickly resolved by the reception staff. Breakfast was very good, with plenty of choice and they even had soya milk, which was a bonus. The room was clean and comfortable. Parking costs were reasonable at 9 Euros/day. The location was very central to the historic part of Rouen, which meant we didn't have to drive.

The floor in the room was dirty. Only one towel per person provided. Would have been good to have a fridge in the room.

Very easy to find and access, and parking costs €9 per night, it has a lovely little bar that sells nice drinks and fresh pizzas. The rooms are spotless and the bathrooms have soap and shampoo, the beds and pillows are super comfy, we slept like logs. We bought a breakfast which cost €22 (£19-20) for two adults, and the staff are very helpful. Great little place to stay and we would stay again.

There are a couple of bars nearby and a little eatery 5 mins away, but it’s a bit of a walk into Rouen.

Nice hotel with a bar and restaurant, lovely and clean. Good parking for €9 per night. 12 minute walk from the centre of town, reception provided a map and highlighted the main sights to see. Breakfast was good and only about €10. Dog friendly, the charge is €6 per dog per night which is very reasonable.

It was all generally really good, my only minor gripe was that the staff doing the rooms in the morning gave themselves priority using the lift when they should really let guests use it first.

Really comfy beds in a clean, well equipped bedroom. The staff were exceptional, friendly and really accommodating. The breakfast was well stocked and lots of room in the breakfast area. We ate pizzas for tea from the bar - they were good value for money and really fresh.

The hotel is described as really handy for the sites of Rouen - we were tired, hungry and hot so maybe walked in the wrong direction but couldn't really find the sites!

The rooms are basic but clean. We asked for an extra towel as they provide 1 towel each (couple). I needed an extra towel for my hair. We also requested an extra pillow and this was provided by reception staff. The hotel is about a 15 min walk from the centre. We walked down the river as this is quite close to the hotel. Staff very nice and helpful and the breakfast was lovely with a good choice.

Need extra towels and pillows in the room if needed.

The rooms facing the street are not really noisy but if you are a nervous sleeper like me you might prefer those facing the other side.

It was very useful that secured parking is available. Very friendly staff, location is close to the city centre, 10-15 mins of walk. Room is good: nothing fancy, but clean and everything is in place. What I found great is how well the place in bathroom was organized - I find that quite rare recently in hotels

To be honest breakfast wasn't the best. I, personally, didn't like eggs and coffee. Croissants were great though.

The room was very clean and had everything we needed. Excellent wi-fi connection. The fact that the hotel is pet friendly was very important to us. The staff was kind and helpful, the location was perfect - between the city center and river Seine, easy to reach by car. Parking - perfect, the price for parking and dog fee totally reasonable.

I literally have nothing to complain about.

Great location, just 10 minutes walking from the city centre, but at the same time easy to acces by car. Comfortable parking right outside the hotel. The receptionists speak English fluently, which was a nice surprise for us, since we had been in 5 or 6 hotels in the area in the previous days, and nobody spoke any English. Pet friendly.

Everything was great.

Everything was good location wise and stuff, breakfast was good but nothing special, it was clean and comfortable, the supermarket was around the corner, parking was great and €9 per night (you can immediately drive in to park on the territory), it was close to the centre, all the amenities and extras were there.

Very flat pillows and the restaurant in the hotel doesn’t work on Sunday
