The triple room was spacious, bright, very clean and sound-proof. There are block-out curtains which was nice for daytime resting, and the beds are super comfortable. The bathroom has great lighting and ample shower. Breakfast was above my expectations- pastries were fresh and coffee from the machine was delicious. The reception staff was kind enough to let us check in a bit earlier as we had a long night of traveling behind us, which was very much appreciated.

It was very easy to reach the hotel from the city by metro and train, however the surrounding area is not the most pleasant. Lots of suspicious characters wandering around, but the hotel felt super safe with passcodes required to enter.

Very clean hotel. Staff are friendly we had a long trip arrived after 4pm we were looking for hot water for tea and the man at reception gave us what we needed without hesitation which was very much appreciated. There's a fixed taxi ride into the city center which is about 20 to 30mins depending on where you go. Really helpful guy. I'd stay here again especially if I had the car. Metro locations within walking distance but we didn't use them.

Location is abit out but we knew this as we had a car and needed secure parking which this hotel has and its free. In comparison to other hotels and parking this one is very good. There was four of us for the taxi so wasn't too bad but if its just two people it would be more expensive than the metro ride.

Location fairly close to airport and within 25 min walk from the Stade De France, which is the main reason we booked it. All you can eat buffet breakfast was good deal for 9 Euros. Room tidy and modern, bathroom quite small but adequate and with shower, no bath. Several small shops and cafes in vicinity within 10 min walk distance.

Meet our expectations in general. Front desk/reception is only manned intermittently, and we had difficulty in contacting hotel in late evening, that our flights were delayed and to notify hotel of our delayed arrival

The secure parking was very good, the staff were friendly and helpful. The transport links to the center of Paris are close by and offer a regular service. The hotel appears to have been recently renovated and in good condition. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable.

The newly renovated private bathroom was far to small, it would have been extremely easy to have enlarged the area by reducing the corridor width. Architect issue, as is the the spartan wardrobe facility. No safe provide in the room.

Comfortable bed but on the tough side. A good sized room with a wide window. I loved the silence and could properly rest while there. Staff were very helpful. After certain hours, we are supposed to key in a code, but they were always there to help.

Some staff could be better at listening. I called to ask whether I could extend my stay by 2 days (as I could not do it online), but the lady was just rushing me to come downstairs and pay before midday. That played a great role in my non-extension. Other than this, staff were always great when spoken to in person.

Wonderful staff, I had my phone stolen while out walking in the area. (My fault, I am an older woman, walking with a cane on a dark street all alone. Had my phone out in full view while using maps and a jerk pushed me from behind and grabbed my phone.) The staff were wonderful, they allowed me to use their phone to call my family(in the US) and handled the translating between me and the police. I cannot thank all of the staff enough for their kindness and generosity.

Secure underground car park. Friendly staff. Quiet rooms.

The area looked a bit dodgy. Walked out of the car park following a sign that said hotel and ended up locked in a fenced off external area. Had to climb through a window of a laundry room to get out. Could have been assaulted if someone had have walked in and thought I was trying to burgle the place. Not enough plug sockets. Needed one near the tv so I could plug my iPad in to stream onto the tv, which I was unable to do.

There were several things that left a strong impression on us: a) the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, always smiling and happy to offer advice on anything a foreign traveller might need when first time in Paris; b) although the hotel is next to the busy motorway, and our room had two windows facing it, the fact that windows on that side are twinned double-glazed ones almost no sound penetrated room(!!)

Nothing to dislike in this hotel, and it is great value for money.

The hotel is organized on the basis of pin-code access. That is very awesome and extremely convenient. Very good underground parking space. Food delivery service to your door could be requested using special terminal in the lobby. But first of all is the staff. It is problem solving oriented. Hotel manager Khalid is an asset which should be immediately headhunted by luxury hotel HR.

Probably this depends on the season and weather but there are some mosquitoes in the area. Therefore the windows should be kept close. Another minor disadvantage is the surroundings, therefore it will not be easy to find a place for a breakfast if you not ordering one in the hotel.

Super comfy bed and super friendly staff❤️

I was using public transportation to move in Paris and unfortunately the localization of the hotel is not safe in my opinion. There is a walk distance from the subway station to the hotel however I did that only once because the area is just not safe. Even while waiting for the tram to get from that subway station to the hotel I was tried to be robbed! By the woman! Just to mention I travelled with kid (10 years old). I can’t believe I woman tried to robbed another woman with a kid! This is so sick! however this has nothing to do with the hotel it’s only that area that I did not feel safe there.
