First time staying in a B&B but a very positive experience. Guy and Geraldine, our hosts were charming and made us feel very welcome. The room was large, modern and very comfortable. Alencon is a very pretty little town with a range of good restaurants, Guy and Geraldine were happy to provide recommendations. The breakfast was very good and we enjoyed chatting with our hosts with some liberal assistance from Google. about our families and recent travels in Southern Spain and Portugal.

This is a bed and breakfast which forms part of someone's house. We had a floor to ourselves. The bedroom was very comfortable and included everything that we needed. Our hosts were exceptionally helpful. The breakfast was very good. It was very good value for money.

It was a privilege to share such a lovely home. Large comfortable room. Good breakfast with home made produce. Although our French is limited our hosts went out of their way to engage us in conversation. Easy walk into town.

Such a lovely, quiet and comfortable stay. Geraldine and Guy were perfect hosts and supplied us with a perfect continental breakfast. They advised a good Bistro for our evening meal. A

Our hosts we very welcoming and friendly their home is beautiful and our room was superb large comfy bed plenty of space. The whole place is immaculately clean. Good parking, we would stay there again

Location was good and a 10 min walk to the centre of Alencon. Secure parking at the house and lovely breakfast.

Lovely couple offring true best tradition family house B&B . Couldnt ask for more on our sad journey back home after a great Frnch driving holiday. Ended our trip perfectly.

The hosts made us very welcome. The bedroom and bathroom were spotless and well decorated. The breakfast was very good.
Difficult to find even with google maps. 30 min fast walk to town centre for evening meal although we appreciated the exercise. Bathroom is a separate room off landing. i.e. Not en suite.
