A nice and modern hotel, not far away from the motorway France-Spain. The staff is really nice and helpful, follow their recommendations if you look for a restaurant in the area. It is a bit away from the main road, therefore very calm during the night. You have also a supermarket, fast food restaurant and a gas station in the same area. The area is really nice, lots of vineyards, some ruins, great scenery, this hotel should not be booked only by the people on the road, you should take time to visit the surroundings.

My room was nice, but there was some quite limited space between the bed and the small table. Nevertheless, around the rest of the bed, you have enough space to move!

When they saw that we had a lot of bags and a toddler, they changed our room from the 2nd floor to the 1st floor, and even gave us a bigger room, which was very considerate. We also liked the air conditioning, which worked very well to keep the room at a pleasant temperature despite the heat wave. We also appreciated it when the staff helped us to book a taxi to Marseille airport as he was very helpful.

Our stay at this hotel was unexpected as we were in a car accident and this was the only hotel available close by. We were very shaken by the accident as our car was very badly hit from the back by a pickup truck. We shared this information with the hotel staff on a few different occasions, like when we asked to borrow a vacuum cleaner as we discovered broken glass on all our bags. I'm not sure if it's because of language or communication barriers, but not only did the staff not seem sympathetic, she also did not lend us a vacuum cleaner but gave me a broom, dust pan and garbage bag. It was impossible to get rid of the glass pieces with these but I did not want to bring up the issue again as I thought that maybe the hotel did not have a vacuum cleaner it could lend out to guests. However, a few minutes later, we saw the same staff vacuuming the dining area. Another incident that was quite unpleasant was during check out time after our first night. We were having a difficult time with our insurance company which was still trying to find a way to get us back home, as we were now without our car and had a lot of luggage. The insurance company was taking a lot of time to assist us. At the same time, the hotel was calling us and pressuring us to decide about check out. I went out to the reception desk to explain our predicament, the car accident we had gone through and was almost in tears sharing about how we did not know how we were going to get home and were doing our best to get help and answers from the insurance company, and would decide about checking out as soon as possible. Instead of being sympathetic, the first thing the hotel staff said was "the cost is 10 euros per hour". I was dumbfounded and speechless as I had not expected that response at all. This hotel was the first place we ended up in after our car crash, where we were very shaken and traumarised.

the bed was comfortable. the area was quiet. frankly, it was the only hotel I could get at the last minute

NO LOCKS ON THE INSIDE OF THE DOOR! the toilet paper was actually tissue (why not use regular rolls?). the shower door was terrible. water was all over the floor. the fencing made this hotel look abandoned. the decor in the front is tacky.

Hotel seems to be virtually empty all the time. Hardly anyone uses the hotel. Very little going on in the surrounding area.
