Brilliant value for money, a very spacious apartment. Lovely swimming pool. Very clean.

It should be noted that this is a retirement village. This came as a bit of a shock to us as we thought this was a regular hotel. The concierge was friendly but clearly not prepared support guests with things like ordering taxis or restaurant advice.

The room was like a penthouse, 2 decent size bedrooms, large shower room, separate WC and a fairly large lounge diner with TV and all the rooms had patio doors leading onto a verandah with a table and chairs overlooking a wooded area. Had this been in the south near a coast the cost would be up to 3 x more I'm sure. Breakfast was a buffet in the small chateau within the grounds. The pool was fairly warm and nice to use with a jacuzzi edge and an electric sauna and the gym or mini cardio machine room looked good. The rest of the property was immaculate and ample parking, staff friendly. The beds were so comfy, my wife said it was the best she had slept all holiday and hadn't stirred.

This was the last day of our holiday and on the way home. The property seems to have multiple uses. Most of it appears to house the elderly in a residential setting and the pool had an aqua bike and the entire property was built around disability access. Now that's great especially if you have a family member who needs it But I guess it lacked the feel of a holiday as carers in their uniforms were regularly walking around the corridor in nurse like uniform so it felt like we were staying in a private hospital / recovery unit but it was a pleasant atmosphere and of course the residents were quiet. Not a major issue at all just lacked the atmosphere but the rooms are superb and comfy. We would stay again.

Friendly helpful staff who all spoke English. Lots of space on the apartment, bed clean and very comfortable, equipped kitchen and lots of wardrobe space. Good secure parking ( gate closed after 8pm). Varied breakfast, lots of options.

Floor hadn’t been swept, we did it ourselves, toilet bowl very dirty and off putting. Stains on the bathroom wall, balcony hadn’t been swept. We had the breakfast delivered to the room. Breakfast itself was great as most of our stuff was cold anyway -bread, croissants, etc, but if you’re going to do this, be aware that the kitchen may be some way away, as our tea and coffee was lukewarm on arrival.

Clean, spacious, and good amenties within the room. Staff helpful, advising of local reataurants and arranging taxi even though little / no english spoken.

No bar / restaurant is available on site or around local area. Needed to walk into the centre of St. Quentin for this, expensive bars and restaurants there! Hadn't realised it was a shared site with a residential care home - not an issue - but felt a little intrusive on them! Could have had more homely decor in rooms - mirrors, pictures, soft furnishings, etc, quite bare.

Good area for a overnight stay while travelling as its close to the motorway of all directions. Big private car park. Shops nearby to buy food to cook. Not noisy so get a good night sleep before a long day driving. Big apartment

Heating wasn't working so wasn't that warm, appartment echoey. Shower floor very slippery when having a shower. (I had to put a towel on the floor so my daughter wouldn't slip over) Only one tiny saucepan and one frying pan. So not easy to cook a meal. Had to buy microwavable meals instead of cooking.

This is very comfortable and relaxing accommodation. It is spacious and light. The bed is very comfortable. The bathroom is spacious with a good shower. Easy parking. Good WiFi. Dog friendly. The staff are friendly and helpful.

There was a mix up over payment as we had pre paid with booking.com. However, we had to pay again as the property had not received payment. We are awaiting a refund from booking.com We have stayed here before and not had any issue over payment. This did not spoil our stay and reception staff were very polite and kind. The kitchen equipment this time was more limited for cooking your own food. We didn't have the included breakfast as it was very limited. But overall we enjoyed our stay and will return in a few weeks.

We stayed in a newly refurbished spacious apartment in a new complex. It was very well equipped. The pool and gym were an excellent bonus. The location is very quiet and we had a good terrace overlooking a bit of woodland. The staff were very helpful.

The location in this retirement complex is tucked away and is in the suburbs making it tricky to get to a restaurant etc without using a car.

The self contained apartment was very spacious and clean (the drain in the bathroom smelt a bit but this seemed to be a common issue in French hotels!) and beds were very comfy Nicely decorated & would definitely use a stop over on the way from Calais to the south! Excellent value for money

Nothing - although it was a little odd that it was part of a retirement complex - but I would let that put me off

good and clean apartments, nice facilities

stay away from their breakfast, we paid about 30EUR for 3 adults for a buffet breakfast, absolute disappointment, a few croissants that did not look that fresh, instant coffee and bottled juice. when we saw this we asked for a refund which was denied. I had a sip of coffee and we left without touching it. good apartments and facilities, definitely stay away from breakfast and double check what you are getting for dinner in case they decide to heat up a cooked meal from a supermarket for you. would return again but will stay clear from their food

It was a clean, tidy apartment good size rooms. Around a 20-30 minute walk to the centre of town. Felt comfortable staying there would recommend and would definitely stay again if available. Makes a good stop over and is well placed if interested in WW1.

Can not fault it. Was a little strange as it is an appointment in an older person's complex. If you wanted to use the pool, you need a swimming hat, which would have been good to know.
