Danielle, receptionist lady, was excellent. She spoke several languages including fluent English, knowledgeable about the area and facilities, generous with coffees on arrival, and very pet friendly. How she remembered us from two years ago is testimony to her sincerity and dedication to her job. She is a true asset. The location is perfectly convenient for motorway overlanders like us. The parking is secure and visible from the room. The large grassed area surrounding Kyriad St Quentin is ideal for exercising the dog at any time. The 10% discount for a local eatery (100m walk) that accepts dogs was considerate.

Everything was excellent. Nothing to dislike.

We have stayed in this hotel (as Kyriad) many times and were disappointed to find it unavailable in July. We now know that this was because of the refurbishment period and change of name to Ibis Styles. Very pleased to see the hotel in the new look. We like the location because it is near to the motorway and has a spacious car park. Have always been very satisfied with this hotel.

Noticed that there are no longer any free drinks (bottle of water) or hot drink possibilities in the room. Coffee available from the machine in the reception area, so that isn't a problem, but I did miss water in the room. Will know next time to bring our own.

Location outside of town nice and quiet and safe. Dog friendly with a grass area out the front if you have your dog. Room was clean and very comfortable. Staff were lovely and helpful.

The hotel is under renovation, it’ll look great once they’ve finished but there’s no working lift or decent eating or bar area. Dust all up the stairs, ceilings half finished etc but the room was fine. If it’s just a quick stop to put your head down it’s ok. Saint Quentin seemed very run down, had some nice bars in the center but didn’t feel safe to stay out late or leave the car parked up. Walking distance to the hotel is Buffalo Grill and a 5 minute car ride there’s also an out of town retail area with lots of other restaurants and shops.

Very close to main autoroute north to Calais - perfect stop over leaving only 3 hrs drive to eurotunnel - we have a dog so need to access beach in morning before we cross to walk him. This is ideal as it’s around 8hrs total drive time from Provence. Simple room - good bed / pillows are excellent and a sofa bed for olaf to curl up on (on his blanket). There is a fuel place (24hr) on the way back to autoroute too.

There is a food place next door - but it’s American diner style! Not much about on a Sunday am - but there is a a hyper market and bakery nearby on week days and Saturday.

Male reception staff gave us a nice welcome and asked if our stay was good the next morning. Pillows comfortable (not too soft!). We didn't have time to stop for breakfast, so can't comment. Our room, although typically small, was very clean (including the bathroom). This Kyriad looked newer than some, inside and out. Nice quiet location. Good shower. Nice touch that we were told that tea & coffee in the lounge area was free. No trouble parking in their car park, which is closed at night for security.

Quilt too bulky. Bed just right (medium firm). Air conditioning didn't seem to be working - we have stayed in a few Kyriad hotels recently and found the same problem. It wasn't too hot during our stay, but it would have been uncomfortable if it had been hot. Really should have more than one chair in the room when it's a double room. My wife used the stool from the bathroom to sit on! No English speaking channels on the TV. Even just BBC News would be good (this is usual for Kyriad, not just this hotel).

The hotel is very well situated in a quiet location. I asked for a twin ground floor room and the hotel confirmed it and offered exactly what we wanted. Lovely staff and helpful. Everything was working properly, the heating, the TV, the Wifi, the shower. The room and the bathroom were small but very clean. We'll book again this hotel with the first travel around.

The hotel is providing only 1 big towel for each person and it is unpleasent to use it for face and hands and also for the rest of the body. The heating was not working in the bathroom.

A brilliant hotel, with really excellent customer service. My car got a flat tyre as we were travelling on the A26 highway from the Eurotunnel to Germany. The hotel is in a great location, and the hotel staff were really really helpful and rang around all the garages in St.Quentin and helped me fix my car. Thank you to Danielja and Valerie. The location is good, and we enjoyed our stay whilst waiting to get my car fixed. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Nice friendly welcome reception when we arrived late in the evening, and were given a room away from the huge coach party which was staying. Cosy clean room with well lit bathroom and great shower and the biggest fluffiest towels! Great for a pit stop on the way home from touring. Good car park. Nice buffet breakfast with funky decor. Again, friendly and kind staff on check out. Would stay again if travelling.

Quite difficult to find the actual hotel in the dark, deep into the unlit roads in the industrial estate, there were no signs for the hotel and only for the Buffalo Grill which we had read was opposite. The sign for this was very small and not lit up. You need a car to go to eat, unless you use the Buffalo Grill opposite. Tried to walk to McDonalds but gave up as felt very dodgy walking through a dark park area/housing estate.

Newly refurbished hotel. Clean, tidy and modern. Beds comfortable. Quiet location. Secure car park. Near to restaurant with discount from hotel. Ideal for breaking a trip to and from the cross Channel route. Staff helpful. Breakfast good including a proper fresh squeezing orange juice machine for good drinks. We will use this hotel again to break our journeys. Very reasonable cost.

Great budget hotel for a one night stopover en route to Eurotunnel. Good location near the motorway, but in a bit of a maze of roads and our Sat Nav struggled to find it. We had a quadruple room and great that all the beds were proper, comfortable, good sized beds - not flimsy put u up beds. Lovely clean linen and towels. Loved the fact there was tea and coffee making facilities in the room and access in reception to 24 hour filter coffee, a variety of teas and mini pastries. This was great as we had a very early departure and could fill our travel mugs before heading off and grab a light snack. There is a big supermarket (Intermarche) nearby where we picked up sandwiches and salads for our journey the next day and cheap fuel. There is a Grill/restaurant just a minute’s walk away where we got 10% discount for being Kyriad guests (just show your room keycard) - cheap and cheerful but perfectly good food! We would definitely come again for a stopover as it works well and is excellent value.
