Clean, good location, several restaurants and shops/Co-op etc nearby. Receptionist spoke good English and was very helpful. We stayed in a quadruple room with our dog for one night passing through and there was plenty of space in the room. On a par with Premier Inn in the Uk. Only a very reasonable €6 for the dog. €10 each for breakfast and can’t say we ate that value in quantity but there was a choice of croissants/pain au chocolate, breads and cheese, bread for toasting, plus jams etc, bacon and scrambled egg, or yoghurts plus juices and tea/coffee. Plenty of parking right outside the front door. Free Wi-Fi useful. All in all a fabulous place for a pit stop in travelling.

Not sure there was anything that needed improvement but we were lucky to come and go when there were staff around and did not experience the self-service although we did receive advanced notice that it may happen if we arrived out of hours.

Easy to find, quiet, pristine, new well located hotel on the edge of Saintes. Use of microwave in hotel lobby. Friendly & helpful cleaning staff. Plenty of parking space & very well lit all night. Secure & safe for guests & their vehicles. Really good value for money. Breakfast good value.

Arrived at hotel around 3pm to find check in was only available by using a computer system. Some confusion for us & other travellers as "human" reception not available until around 7pm. Got in ok by 3.15pm & now know to use our Booking.com ref number to do this. Relieved to know breakfast wasn't served by robots!! Will use again now we're familiar with their system to do this.

The hotel is very clean and modern. The room was great, with a nice shower and it was very clean and quiet. The self-service options are a great concept. The hotel is close to the main road, which is ideal for transit. There's also a large supermarket across the street, which is super convenient if you need to pick up some provisions for your trip or for your room.

The only downside I found was the mattress. It doesn't offer the comfort I was hoping for at a hotel, but since everything else is so good, I can't complain much about that.

This is a chain B&B situated on an industrial estate. It was really easy to find and had plenty of parking (open not secure but was well lit). The B&B seemed really quite new. We checked in via a touch screen in the lobby. There had been conflicting info on reviews about the price per dog per stay. For some reason booking.com doesn’t seem to allow people to advertise the cost per dog. Anyway it was and extra €6 per dog (I can’t say if that is per dog per night as we only stayed one night). Our room was ground floor which was great as we had easy access outside for the dogs. The room was well equipped and big enough. It was very clean and the bed was comfy. We walked into Saintes for food and it took about 30 minutes at a leisurely pace. There is a COOP supermarket just over the car park from B&B for essentials if you didn’t want to travel.

Breakfast selection was extremely poor. I think it was €8.50 per person and the offerings were very limited. Perhaps some ham and cheese would perk it up a little then at least you could bulk out the bread/croissants. The room (although very clean) had an extremely strong smell of a stable/leather (not a poop smell btw!) I don’t think it was anything bad but could’ve been the wallpaper/wallcovering (I sniffed everything!!).

Good value for money, very clean and good location if driving. We were in an electric car and appreciated the easy access to chargers in the nearby supermarket carpark. Efforts have been made to reduce single use plastic. Electronic check-in worked fine. We had no interaction with staff and no breakfast at the hotel.

Impersonal experience as we rarely saw staff. It had everything we needed but was very basic. Bed was a bit firmer than we liked, the pillows were small and lumpy

The fact that it’s basically self service. The after hour check in, no keys or card and the vending machines make it all nice and easy. When the staff is present they are very nice. The place is clean and comfortable.

After a short time from opening, it is already showing signs of slight degradation. The corridors’ carpet and the doors. The location is handy if you have business outside town but the area is not appealing.

The Location of the hotel is perfect for people traveling by car. The hotel room is very clean and spacious. The breakfast is quite good at a reasonable price. The self check in process actually works quite well. Good value for the money

The fact there are not always staff on site its a little strange at first, but you get used to it

Only ond pillow each, no chairs just a soppy pouf thing. Only one towel each. No tea making facilities - dispensing machine in the lobby broken down. Room was obviously designed for wheelchair user, but the clothes hsngers were far too high up!

Modern, spacious and clean room perfect for families

Parking spots were tight and not enough when we arrived late in the evening although a coach was taken up an entire row of spaces I also thought breakfast was included so was disappointed when we checked in that it wasn’t

Great location for our journey from Southern Spain to U.K. Hotel was modern, clean, quiet. Allowed to stay with our dog and only charged 4 eur. Contactless check-in was a real bonus as we arrived at 1am

Only slight issue we had was that the hotel sign wasn’t illuminated and the entrance wasn’t easy to locate in the dark after a long journey
