The staff was very nice and accommodating. Room was small but typical for such hotels. Kept clean every day. Nice location close to shopping and some restaurants. Good breakfast we were happy overall.

The room didn’t have a kettle for tea or coffee but staff was nice and offered to use the kitchen one so that wasn’t a problem.

The room was small but good for the money we have paid with basics facilities. The staffs were friendly and supportive.

Not be able to make a cup of coffee in room (we like this option when we are getting ready for the day), however we were able to go next to the reception and use the coffee machine and drink as many coffees or teas we wanted. Also when we had our last breakfast and came to eat at 9.30 am (half an hour before closing) there were no hot meal left apart from a boil egg that we could make). We had to ask if there were any sausages or bacon left and staff brought only 5 small sausages that we could eat.

The staffs are professional and friendly. The location is great with the view on Mont Blanc.

I am a coffee lover and I wish they had a kettle in the room. There is unlimited coffee by the reception, however it will be easier for me to make a coffee at room when I am getting ready in the morning. It could be only personal choice. Also it will be more convenient if they are extra bin provided in room not only in the bathroom. Apart from that everything was great.

I’ve stayed here many times. This is a no-frills, very functional hotel that does what it does exactly right: good beding, good service, good breakfast. nothing exceptional (except the view on the mountain!!) but very dependable, and thats a rare quality!

Breakfast was good. Spendid location in a splendid place. Wonderful view from a balcony. Good approach (short walking distance) to attractions we wanted to visit. We recommend Tinges in summer, and Val Claret especially.

Good location near to Mont Blanc with a selection of restaurants and bars within a short walk. Clean and well run with helpful friendly staff.

Nothing to not like, it’s an IBIS and they are aka ways good value for money.

Room was clean and comfortable, breakfast was very good and the staff very helpful. As we were traveling to Italy it was perfect for overnight stay. Would recommend.

Staff are kind and very helpful. The carrefour and restaurant are just few steps away.

No Toiletries and Fridge.

We spend 5 nights. Absolutely good location. Surrounded by lots of shopping locations including McDonald and Carrefour hyper supermarket. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was correct with comfortable bed. Plenty of free parking.

During check-in, one staff member interrupted our conversation with receptionist without any excuses very un-politely. In room, some corners and under bed was full of dust. Cleaning staff do not use vacuum cleaners. Last day housekeeping didn’t make beds. There is a issue with COVID, on request only they do the rooms. Which is little embarrassing to ask the reception desk daily morning. I prefer if it is automatically done daily.
