I understand you have clear rules about immediate payment upon opening the doors of the hotel, but you should consider that tired travelers would like to park the car first and maybe leave the luggage in the room. Especially if the room was booked online and secured with the bank card. Or do you have so many examples where your guests run away without paying?

Everything was very standard and all necessary needs were met. The staff was super helpful when we asked for a hairdryer and extra pillows. Although the room faced a busy street, only one bus to get to the city center, great insulation prevented any noise from entering the room. Breakfast was an optional service we were happy to have had.

Everything was very standard. Just enough to be adequate and not an increment of luxury. Very minimal space in room and bathroom. No balcony. Only vending machines for food and drink service throughout the day.

The quality price is good for this hotel, clean and comfortable bed and good mattress, for this 3 stars definitely you cannot wait more, we had no breakfast included. A minus is the distance to the downtown, but the good point is the bus station is just in the front, that's good for the tourists. The staff was very helpful and really kind, I asked for some documents and they provided everything as requested!

Nothing special to complain, out of the city center distance, maybe the bathroom is a bit small, but let's not forget that is a budget hotel...

They got extra parking price. But I didn't know this. Since I was on a business trip, I asked for an invoice, they gave me an invoice without my tax number. However, I stated my tax number in the reservation I made from booking.com.

I don't know why but at breakfast there was a sign saying bacon, but there was no bacon during my entire breakfast.

Convenient for the motorway, secure underground car park, simple and basic hotel but very clean, comfy beds, decent shower, good breakfast. No food in the evening but an online food ordering machine in reception. In the suggestion of the receptionist we ordered takeaway pizza and in the 45 minutes it took to arrive we walked up the road to a mini market to buy some beer and wine. Had a drink and pizza in the dining area. An excellent cheap night in. Will definitely use again for a one night stop driving south.

Me and my husband just stay for a night and rushing to other destinations. The bed was comfortable and clean and bigger than we expected. A big city-view window, toilet was clean, carpark was good with reasonable fee. Everything was in a standard and really meet what we need, and, with good price. If I have a short stay in Lyon again will definitely consider this B&B hotel first.

Good value for money. Short journey from city via taxi. Bus stop right outside. Housekeeping lady with blonde hair was very friendly and helpful.

Air conditioning was poor and hardly worked. Beds were stiff and only one pillow provided.

Triple room is spacious and the beds are comfortable. Bathroom is good and functional. Location is excellent, right beside the highway. Parking is very practical in the building.

Breakfast is not good, the scramble eggs need to be heated in the microwave and the options are very limited. The drink machine was broken and the supermarket closed on Sunday so be aware to bring some basic supplies. Suitcase must be in the middle of the room, not really a corner or designated place for it.

Very friendly personnel; easy to reach from motorway on the way to the south; good beds, four bed room is big.
