This is a great set of studios in a good location, about 10 minutes' walk from the centre of town, where there are restaurants and cafes galore, and some excellent museums. The rooms were a decent size and had everything we might have needed (including, according to my wife, the most comfortable bed she has experienced). Air conditioning was effective and there was little or no noise in our room. Although we didn't have much to do with them, the reception staff were incredibly friendly (and very helpful the one time we did talk to them). All-in-all this was excellent value for money, and made our whole visit to Toulouse comfortable.

For some reason the entrance to the hotel says "Parthenon" in huge letters, which came as a surprise since this doesn't seem to be what the hotel is called! It took us a while to be sure of the entrance because of this. We were offered breakfast but the price (€16 ea) seemed crazy (breakfast outdoors in Place du Capitole costs around €7). These really are minor niggles, though, and we would definitely stay again if we were in Toulouse.

Once we got to reception everything worked well. Staff explained every detail we needed to know. Room was spacious and well furnished. Seriously comfortable bed. Great views over the city. AND THE BREAKFAST WAS DELICIOUS.

Arriving by car at the hotel is difficult. No surface parking available near the hotel - not even for a minute it's a very busy area. The hotel itself is not easy to recognize - just a small plaque on the wall at the side of the entrance and the image of the building online for Adagio Toulouse is not the same building - found it eventually using Google street maps. A simple note on the hotel web site or the booking.com page would help enormously: "If arriving by car use the Indigo car park at the top of Allée de Jean Jaurès right outside the hotel".

Great location with 5 mins walk from main train station, restaurants shops and bars. 1 bedroom apartment was spacious with large balcony opening from living room and bedroom. Kitchen well equipped and coffee pods provided Good shower with heated towel rack. Staff very friendly professional and helpful. The view from our room on the top floor was amazing. Would definately recommend! .

located a short distance to main railway and bus station. Not far to walk in centre of town. Shops and supermarket nearby. Great layout of spacious, very clean 1 bedroom apartment with a kitchen with enough equipment for simple meal. Eating table and lounge. Very comfortable bed and quiet location. Apart hotel is part of the Pullman chain, it was a great choice for us rather than a hotel room.

Very spacious, clean, great setup if you wanted to cook. The view from my room of the city was wonderful. Great location for train station access and city center. Spacious bathroom.

The mattress was extremely uncomfortable, and pillows need to be replaced. There was a plastic cover on the mattress and only a thin sheet covering it instead of a mattress pad. The comforter on the bed would have been great for winter, but it was too heavy for spring. An alternate thin blanket would have been perfect.

The location of this hotel, next to the toulouse train station, is excellent. Toulouse is highly walkable and the hotel is in the center of town so you can walk to the place capitole, down to the river garonne or just about anywhere. The train station is a five minute walk. This hotel is great for families - we were four in a one bedroom and requested a supplemental bed. The lounge area had lots of fun games for the kids and a foosball table they were obsessed with.

The only complaint I have is that the ground floor (you have to take an elevator to the 9th floor to get to the hotel) smelled like sewer. The hotel itself was fine.

The staff was genial and the size of the room was, for the city, enormous...very spacious. The bed mattress was fairly comfortable if perhaps a little hard. Everything was very cleanly. Elevators functioned well.

Breakfast was banal. Also, I wasn't informed of the Wifi password at the desk when checking in, so I didn't make use of it. The hotel is a multi-story building, and my room was on the 7th floor...uh, I wouldn't trust getting out alive, exactly, if there were a fire. I guess the 24-hour desk staff helps, but......

We greatly appreciated the exceptional kindness and warmth of the reception staff: they made us feel so at home, so at ease, and so welcome. They were efficient, cheerful and also very accommodating, and they really made the difference in our trip! The little welcome gift for the child in our group was a lovely surprise. The 1 bedroom apartment was very comfortable and stylish, with a fantastic view over the old city, and the location was just what we wanted: walking distance from the train station and also from the historic center of Toulouse. We also appreciated the free coffee and tea 24 hours a day! We were very happy to be there, and I'd be pleased to stay there again.

The trashbin in the kitchen hadn't been emptied after the previous occupants.... The rest of the apartment was impeccably clean, however. We couldn't figure out how the dishwasher worked, so perhaps instructions could be made available next time? Although I suppose I could have called reception and asked... The kitchenette was pretty and well equipped, and the only things we were missing was a cutting board and perhaps a few coffee filters for the coffee machine....

Clean, modern and well set up. Amazing views of city from our room (see pic). Close to transportation (metro and train station) and about 15min to center of town. Right next to Canal du Midi. Great Wifi. Free coffee from Reception area 24/7.

Parking was not free but was available to us as guests for a fee. A bit impractical how to access hotel from parking lot (especially with luggage) as you have to come out the lobby of another hotel and walk 1min next door to where the Adagio is.

We opted to upgrade to a one bedroom apartment from a studio. Ours was located on the 9th floor with a great view over Toulouse. The apartment was very comfortable and well equipped. It was very very quiet. The bed was great. The wifi was great. There is a small Casino Supermarket almost right outside of the building. Nice breakfast. Great coffee, free and available whenever you wish. Excellent location for easy access to the train station.

None of the BBC channels worked on the TV, which was disappointing. That's it really. Perhaps the apartment was little too expensive.
