Very spacious room, comfortable large bed, both a tub and shower in the room. The room layout is optimal, with 2 couches. Breakfast was great, with a wide variety of choices. The restaurant, lobby and bar area are extremely cosy and luminous, as well as the exterior space next to the pool. The latter is a bit small, but enough to enjoy the good weather when it's not crowded. Close to the center, either by walking or metro.

Metro station compans is 7 min away by foot, you have to take a small detour at night when the garden is closed, but i didn't find it to be such a big deal. Pool can get a bit crowded and noisy when there r kids.

Great location (in the business part of the city, several shops and great garden nearby, at walking distance to the city center); friendly staff and nice service. Exceptionally delicious lunch deals and bakery at the breakfast. Air conditioner worked well despite hot weather outside.

Rather poor breakfast as for such a hotel, rather limited options of warm food and sausages, not enough power sockets close to the bed and the table. More space in the wardrobe would be useful.

The staff were great, and the facilities for kids were great. There was a pool table and a playstation which my kids were delighted with. We slept in a room with 4 of us which was fine, v tight but it was just for one night and we were comfortable enough.

The restaurant was not good for gluten free. My daughter is a celiac and she could only have a plate of chips. This is not unusual for France to be fair, they are back in the dark ages when it comes to allergies. But it would have been good to be able to offer her something.

The room was spacious and modern. The bathroom was extremely well equipped. The bed was comfortable. An excellent hotel for a city break. Would highly recommend!

The reception area is a bit confising upon entry. I would recommend a more clearly singed reception desk. I travelled via metro. Some signage from the metro station would have been appreciated. Once you walk this once, it is clear; however, for a first timer, a sign would have been useful. I didn’t see one.

Great location on the edge of the Japanese gardens. Easy access too/from airport shuttle bus stop although uber similar price. Staff are friendly and helpful. 2 x choice of breakfast 9 or 19 euro Definitely recommend and have been twice this year.

The built in hairdryer in the bathrooms is poor for ladies who have long hair. (Ask reception or the cleaning staff, we were able to source a proper one to use 😀)

Great reception/communal facilities. Very comfortable (although small) bar area with pool table and exercise bikes. Good play area for children. Nice pool although not much space around for sun beds and very busy at times. Friendly helpful staff. Good size room with nice shower/toilet. A few nice restaurants nearby.

No balcony for our room so it felt a bit oppressive with relatively small windows. More space/sun beds around pool. Didn't serve food all day. One of our pieces of luggage was removed from the luggage storage room for some reason which caused us some anxiety until it was located. A bit of a walk into the centre (about 20 minutes).

Lack of any general info in the room (meal times, restaurant booking procedures, places to go /visit etc), no tv remote unless requested, not a deluxe room and didn’t have all the facilities advertised on the website (no bath, not soundproof), breakfast finished 0930.

Fantastic big outdoor pool open all day long with poolside deckchairs. Towels provided by hotel is a nice touch. Lovely smell in the lobby area. Nice atmosphere in lobby/bar area. Great location - right beside a park, 5 minute walk to metro station and airport shuttle stop.

Very small windows in rooms so not a lot of natural light. Soft drinks from the bar are very expensive.

Very friendly people at the reception desk, clean and comfy room, nice medium sized swimming pool. I did not take the breakfast as this was only a one-day stay with a very early leave

I was happy to have a protected parking lot downstairs, but it was a bit strange to find it in a large underground space and even more difficult to leave it (you need a code, and I was not told when checking out.

Location is good for transport connection.

Very quiet aerea is quite comfortable. The staffs are all friendly. The breakfast is good. Location is the best to the transportation to the city centre. It takes a 10 minutes by Metro. The Marche in Toulouse was very interesting and the restaurant on the second floor of the Marche was very good.
