Location in the heart of Toulouse. really clean in the room.

first!. it was really difficult to find exact door in the night. no visible marks (I've in the another pastel hotel. the keys should be taken from one place and actually staying in another street. the hair dryer! why did you make so short metal secure wire? how do you suppose to use it? it was really cold in the room. only in the morning it becomes more comfortable. but it was cold during the night.

The location is very central and close from a subway station. The bed is very comfortable and there is a small kitchen with fridge and microwave in the room. I had no chance to use, but seems very practical.

There is space to improve cleaning, specially on the bathroom. A dead mosquito was in the wall, and the toilet had urine underneath the seat. A bit of dust on the floor. The exhaustion in the bathroom seems to be not working and the air conditioning was not working.

Location of the accommodation was Great Luggage storage for the day of checkout was really helpful Comfy bed Everything you needed.......

......Room had Aircon, but the wall control was faulty/unit was expecting a remote and none could be found. Toulouse was 32degrees in the day and over 20 at night during our stay so not the most comfortable night.

The apartment was well equipped, even with a small kitchen, though I did not use or test it in any way. Only a corner away from St. Sernin and close to the Capitolium + similar sights. Without elevator (it was no problem for me)

My apartment was overlooking the Boulevard Strasbourg, was a bit noisy. It did have a balcony as advertised, but the balcony was practically useless, being to small for sitting there or for anything else.

This little apartment exceeded my expectations completely. It’s located in a very convenient area and is close to everything that you may need. The room is clean and comfortable. Honestly it looks better than the photos. The staff are also very friendly. Thank you for the stay!!

Helpful staff when picking up keys, great compact, apartment close to train station with an excellent shower and comfortable bed.

Please ensure you go to 47 B, not 47 like we did. Typical European apartments, no lift, so not suitable for those with mobility issues.

easy central location, lovely to have a balcony, kitchenette was a helpful addition.

Excellent location and quiet bedroom for a good night's sleep. Reception staff very accommodating storing our bags on day of departure.

Strange odor in apartment upon arrival, but went away after opening windows

A small but very cosy appartment, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom, perfect location, walking distance from the city centre and train and bus station. Polite and helpful.

Recently completed and decorated. Great location. Small/compact apartment with balcony onto the street. Quiet at night. Air conditioned. There is no lift which is ok if stairs are no problem. Would use again.
