The room is “mostly” clean. The first room I got had the kitchen filled with ant. But they gave me a new one and there was no problem. Location is slightly far from city center but Toulouse is a small city and majority of the city is in walking distance anyway.

Wifi connection was horrible. For the first one hour of the stay, it just didn’t work. Reception helped me and I finally had the connection, but it was very weak, and kept on disconnecting every 5 minutes, for the entire stay. This was very annoying. However the people who work here is very supportive, which was very helpful and made my stay safe and smooth.

The aparthotel was great. Excerllent location, easy to get to the center and to the airport. Best choice for a short stay in Toulouse, room was comfortable, clean and soundproofed. Beds were comfortable. Many great sightseeing location within walking distance. Easy to reach the Capitol. We felt very safe around the area. We would definetly choose for a short stay, very easy to get to the airport and the hotel offer a free airport shuttle service which was excellent and prompt. We would definetly love to return.

Wouldn't mind if the beds were a little bit wider but they were single beds. Not a big issue at all.

The location was good for the centre and also for the river. The bed was sooo comfortable! The amenities were as described. The staff seemed happy and were always happy to help. The breakfast was delicious. We didn't want to go out every night so having a fridge, crockery and a mini dishwasher in the apartment was really useful. Also, on the breakfast buffet, they had a shelf warmer for the cups which I loved and have never seen before in a hotel. Obvious advantage being that your drinks stay hotter for longer!

They ran out of natural yoghurt on one morning but they had more the following day. The photographs show a balcony and I did think that we would have one, but no. Not sure who would get those rooms if anyone as the ones with balconies seemed to be privately owned/lived in.

I enjoyed my stay at Odalys. The room was very comfortable, and it was practical to have a mini kitchen. The breakfast and service hours were excellent.

However, on my last day, I requested a late checkout for two extra hours because I was unwell and my flight was in the afternoon. Initially, I was informed that I could stay if I paid a fee of 20 euros, which I was okay with. However, shortly after, I was told that I couldn't check out late because they needed the room, even though no one asked me about my specific room. I understand that it might be the hotel's policy not to allow late checkouts, but I was willing to pay the fee and was only asking due to my illness. It felt like my situation wasn't taken into consideration.

Clean, modern with super helpful, reliable and friendly staff, nothing was too much trouble. The bed was extremely comfortable. Having the kitchenette and a small eating area was convenient and a real bonus. We thought the choice of daily room servicing on a fee basis was a great idea. The room was a good size with room to move around. The heated towel rail meant very dry towels. Very well located within walking distance to many places. I rate this stay very highly and would recommend it. The photos are accurate.

Minor points that didn't detract from highly recommending it. The shower could have been hotter. I don't drink coffee, so some tea bags would have been appreciated.

All staff were very warm, welcoming, professional & very smartly dressed. The decor of the hotel was so well thought out; beautifully lit corridors leads one to a bright, airy room equipped with an extremely comfortable bed and everything one needs for a self catering stay. The excellent continental breakfast had a very wide choice to suit any taste; bacon, scrambled eggs, super croissants, pancakes, cereals, muffins, brioches & breads, fruits, yogurts, ham & artisan cheeses & is set in a modern but cosy environment with typical french colours of amber, teal & grey. It was also so peaceful at breakfast; truly a great start one's day. In fact the hotel in general was very quiet, very well sound-proofed. I will use this hotel frequently over the years as I simply loved everything about it and didn't want to leave - thank you to all the lovely staff

I couldn't work out if the bean coffee was under extracted or if it just wasn't a great bean - I'm very fussy about my coffee though & there's a great deal of many other speciality tea and instant coffee choices.

My recent stay at the Odalys City Toulouse Centre Compans Caffarelli was nothing short of delightful. From the moment I stepped through the door, I was impressed by the warm and welcoming atmosphere. The receptionist, Lisa, was a standout. Her friendly demeanor and extensive knowledge of the area made me feel right at home. The room itself was a haven of tranquility, impeccably clean and stylishly minimalist. If you're seeking a peaceful retreat, this is the place to be. While the location isn't in the heart of the city, a short walk will bring you to the bustling center. For those who prefer a bit more peace and quiet, this is a perfect option. The surrounding area offers a good selection of supermarkets and restaurants, including the charming Hercule's. The breakfast was a particular highlight. The croissants were simply divine, and the overall quality of the food was excellent. In short, I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay in Toulouse. The Odalys City Toulouse Centre Compans Caffarelli offers a comfortable, clean, and convenient experience. If you're planning a trip to this beautiful city, I highly recommend considering this hotel.

Nothing! Everything was great !

The room was a reasonable size and the bed was comfortable. The shower and bathroom were fine. The kitchen was well equipped, including a coffee machine (bring your own filter papers and ground coffee). We enjoy walking so the walk along the canal to the main attractions was pleasant. There is a bakery and general store nearby and a large supermarket a 15 minute walk away. The bus for the airport is a ten minute walk. The staff were friendly and welcoming.

The location is a bit out of the way from the centre of Toulouse. There was a balcony but no furniture to sit outside. The furniture in the room is strange as there are two small tables, one with a low chair and one with a high chair so you can't sit together to eat.

The room was clean and comfortable. TV had some channels and access to the Internet. The kitchenware was very abundant, you can find every dish there. The room was quiet and had good view from the window.

When I approached the reception for check in on the time agreed beforehand, they told me that I need to wait in the lobby, bceause there are other people who came before me. I found this process meaningless, because the whole check in process takes less than 1 minute. Instead of making me to wait, they could just give me my keys in the first time. Also, although there are every euipment to make tea or coffee, there is no tea bag or coffee itself in the room. I didn't know I should bring it myself, as many hotels provide such things.

The room is spacious, clean and just nice to be in. It has a small kitchenette with a stove, dishwasher and a kettle. The laundry is available in a Laundromat. The area is also very nice, walkable to the city centre, the apart-hotel is located on a very calm street. A beautiful Japanese garden and an excellent pub Botanist is just 5-7 min away. Also the hotel provides free shuttle service to the airport which was a pleasant surprise.

There is a kettle, but no tea/coffee is provided which seems strange for such a well equipped kitchen. There is a smart TV in the room, but in our case it wasn't connected to wi-fi and couldn't be fixed because the technician wasn't working during the weekend (so as the shuttle bus free service).
