Fast and easy self check-in, with an employee there to help in case. Everyone was super friendly, helpful and knowledgable about Toulouse. The room was perfect: beautiful, modern and extremely comfortable. The whole hotel is full of facilities: rooftop bar with multiple events per week, a piano, a ping pong table, meeting rooms, a gym and a very convenient café/restaurant. I also appreciate all the sustainable practices.

Not much to really say. The location could be slightly better if you are not a walker, but it didn't bother me as in less than 15 minutes you are in the lively Place Saint-Pierre next to the river Garonne. I would have also liked the TV to have channels installed into them already, instead of having to connect my devices to be able to watch something.

Great location. Quiet spot on outskirts of town but only minutes away from bars& restaurants. Super hôtel. Real buzz about the place. Staff were so friendly and helpful … nothing was a problem. Some reviews had stated that it’s more for younger people but I would disagree with that. We are a couple in our 50s and had a super time here. Would highly recommend.

Parking is not provided with the hotel, though there is a car park beside the hotel. However we were very lucky that we got a parking space on the street in front of the hotel. And they are free.

Really cool vibe of the hotel, you can meet new people and even do laundry for free which was a big point for us! Overall, it's very modern and has a nice twist to it. I liked Cinema and interior itself everywhere.

We waited really long time for our food in a restaurant, after the wait it was really just a jar of rice and avocado out of the fridge. It was creative but did not please us after the wait. Also, it took really long time to bring us Coffee Gourmet though it did not seem like something that would take 40-50 mins.

We really enjoyed the facilities at the hotel. There are tonnes of places to sit and relax in the hotel, including a TV room. There is a PS5, pool table and ping pong table to play on, along with a good gym and rooftop pool area. It is not too far from the metro, a 5 minute walk. Good facilities including fridge, hob and microwave in the room.

The lighting system in the room is confusing to start with and the WiFi took a day to log us in. It was not particularly fast. Couldn't get the safe to work and at night the air con kept turning off and we couldn't work out how to turn it back on..very sporadic.

I really like the communal areas, the restaurant, the workspace is big bright and with a great aesthetic. All the staff I spoke to were efficient and so friendly. I had to leave in the early hours, and the self check out facility was very easy. Bed was comfortable and always great to have a coffee machine in the room. Nice food and wine too. Unfortunately, I was only there for less than 24 hours.

The room smelled like a teenage boys bedroom - having the window open on the bottom floor by the entrance wasn’t really an option. That being said I would definitely stay again and try to get a different room!

The location is great, close to the tube, restaurants and bars. If you're used to the self-checkin/checkout, you can do everythin yourself (which i love). The room is very well organized, big, with hangers, a nespresso machine and 2 small bottles of water in the fridge which is a nice attention. The bathroom is very spacious (shower only) and the sink is outside of the bathroom which i found weird but not an issue. The gym is great, there is a laundry room to wash your things for free and iron them if needed, loved that too. The coworking style of the hotel makes it convenient if you dont want to work in your room. The breakfast is good but not from another world. These is also a pool that i did not use but it's always a plus, especially in Toulouse.

Understaffed during breakfast hours and some of the staff is a little bit too relaxed for a 4 star hotel (imho but I guess it's part of the cool coworking chill vibe).

Great value for price! The rooms are super nice, the hotel has even a gym and a rooftop pool that comes in handy especially in the brutally hot summer weeks. The location is great, only 5 minutes from the next metro where also the bus to the airport departs from. You can either walk to the city center in 15 minutes or take the metro (3 stations).

The AC could be stronger (but this seems to be a problem in France in general in my experince)

The hotel has an original design and is very clean.Everything is original in the room,the colors of the blanket,the lights,the book in the room,etc . Environmentally friendly, almost no plastic. The staff was welcoming. The lobby is very spacious with multiple areas where to seat.They even have an open area for cinema on sundays. Outside the hotel, there is a large empty space (place d'Europe) which is connected to a park .Enough space indoors and outdoors for family with kids. I did not have time to use the swimming pool. Well located at 15 minutes walking from place du capitole and 3 minutes from metro station. It's definitely one of the best hotels I have been in. I highly recommend this beautiful hotel, and I will be going back with my family.

I loved the location close to the city centre and the bright atmosphere. The air conditioning works very well. The bathroom is modern with a big shower with soap dispensers.

The room was too much dark. The lights design it's not appropriate for an hotel room. I suggest to change the lamps with brighter ones. There wasn't a nightstand with a plug on both side of the bed.

It is an amazing place, very close to the Japanese park and the centre. Very stylish and comfortable.

The food at the restaurant was underwhelming, the service very slow (1.30 h for one course lunch with no other eaters in sight) - I had to get up and ask to take our coffee orders, then - again - to remind that one coffee was forgotten. I do not take away the points for the hotel though and will stay there again - will eat elsewhere though.
