The hotel is perfect for transit, very easy to get back on the motorway. We were on our way back from Spain, and we needed a stop before reaching Calais. The reception is open 24/7 which is really good as we booked in the afternoon whilst driving, and as we encountered traffic, we were worried we'd be too late. We arrived around 23:30 and the lady in reception was very welcoming and friendly. The room was spacious, and the sofa bed for my daughter, who's 7, was basically a double bed. The bathroom was modern and clean with enough towels. Breakfast was great with lots of options.

Nothing to criticise really. It is exactly as described on the website.

The restaurant menu was very disappointing. We stayed 4 times/ end of August and u each time we were looking forward to dinner . Not this time. Small portions, strange dishes . We will consider an other hotel because a nice and tasty dinner is essentiel where you have been driving all day .

Our room was spacious and well-appointed. The bed was comfortable. There was a bath, as we had requested. It was quiet, so we slept well. We had dinner in the restaurant, and were especially impressed by our meal: it was imaginative, and really well-cooked; delicious. (On our previous stays, dinner has been disappointing: not this time!) Breakfast was wide-ranging and tasty.

Upon arrival I had to pay extra 100 euros, the man told it was a deposit (?), really strange. I can imagine you have to pay a deposit for an apartment, but for a room?? Don’t get drinks at the hotel. Two large beers and two juices for the kids: 28 euros. You don’t even pay this amount in Rome at Piazza Navona ;) or San Marco square in Venice ;) but in Tours Nord yes ;) well, figure out where you would prefer the drinks ;) On the way back we didn’t have to pay a deposit. The floor should be cleaned more (also under the sofa).

excellent hotel, comfortable and clean, swimming pool was great after a hot travelling day. The room service was great as we were very tired and the meal was excellent. I would stay again and highly rate this establishment. Very reasonably priced and much better than other places we stayed during our driving holiday.

I was asked to leave a guarantee of 400 euro when I checked in and it has not happened previously in any of the other hotels were we stayed. We stayed in at least over 15 hotels in Spain and France and I was surprised by the request.

Amazing beds, great large rooms for the family with large sofa bed for the kids. Breakfast was fab and the waiter was lovely and very helpful finding a lactose free option.

The receptionist who was on duty the evening we arrived was not smiley and friendly and any request we seemed to have he was fed up about. I think he was cheesed off with working New Year’s Day evening. Not at all good service unlike the rest of the staff who were nice.

Our room was spacious and quiet: we weren't disturbed by noise, either from adjoining rooms or from outside, even though it was a Saturday night and the hotel was pretty full. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was easy to use. The food at dinner was good quality and well cooked. There was a wide range of items for breakfast, and the scrambled egg and bacon were kept replenished. The staff were cheerful and friendly.

At dinner the staff were overwhelmed by the number of diners, which meant we waited c30 minutes for our main courses. The staff apologised, saying many people had booked at the last minute. But you would expect to plan for large numbers the middle weekend of the Toussaint vacances scolaires, wouldn't you?

Well located hotel for a stopover on a return journey from Spain. Comfortable beds. Excellent breakfast

Dinner menu didn't really cater for kids after a long drive. Just a steak hache and fries would have been expected and perfect. But we found a pretty sad Buffalo Bill's around the corner which did the trick.

Convenient for A10. Easy close parking. Peaceful and quiet. Comfortable bed. Good dinner and breakfast. Friendly and efficient staff.

The temperature was rather cool throughout; we had to set our room thermostat at maximum to be comfortable.

This hotel is very child-friendly! Buffet for children for diner, tasty for them en a dessert for their own taste. While the adults can chose from a card. Entertainment for the kids while having breakfast. We liked it a lot.
