Everything. You can not beat the location, service, food, staff and ambience. The staff can't do enough for you. Our transfer was late and they kept the restaurant open for us on our first night. They would have left food in our room if we had missed that. Continental breakfast is also provided for early transfers. I requested a particular room and this was arranged even though the hotel was full. The leisure lounge and bar has incredible views and was a perfect place to be when the weather was too bad for skiing. Our whole experience from beginning to end was incredible. Thank you.

Having to leave....

The beds were extremely comfortable and the room was cosy / good enough size for 2 of us. The location of the hotel is great very close to lots of nice bars and restaurants. The ski in ski out facilities also great going straight onto close by lifts.

We unfortunately had an incident on the first night where a close by room was playing loud music to the early hours. As there was no staff in the facility after 11pm this made for a rough night sleep. This was dealt with well by the hotel the next day. Breakfast items were very limited too, after day 3 it was rather mundane and could have done with more options.

The location couldn't have been better - You leave the ski room and you are literally on the pistes - Once you get back, you have 3 options a) Ski directly to the ski room (assuming you come down from La Folie Douce b) You ski down from other parts and take the 3-minute band to ski down directly to the ski room c) You take the side piste and walk 20 meters up to the ski room (if you do not want to wait for 3 minutes at the band) Also, the free breakfast was sublime --- not fancy but everything you need to start the day!

Honestly nothing... I may say that rooms could be bigger, but for the price paid it was a real bargain

Very helpful team. Excellent location for the slopes and the town centre Great showers Quiet rooms Breakfast was healthy and plentiful - coffee machine with plenty of coffee options. Eggs, cheese, ham, cereals, fruit, croissants. etc etc Ski Locker room system works well and straight out onto the slopes

At breakfast, here was a bit of asking and waiting for things to be replenished (spoons, eggcups, yoghurt). Seems to be only 1 person attending and clearing tables at the breakfast slot - may need 1 more as everyone in the hotel seems to have breakfast around the same time so it's busy. Wifi was available but service was poor - you get bounced off and have to repeatedly reconnect

breakfast was perfect, plenty of hot and cold food choice and enough to eat. Location was great in light and airy dining room with the views of the ski lifts. Staff were delightful. On a couple of nights i had dinner which was superb. 4 courses one night, fondue another, excellent waiting staff. A truly lovely experience

The lift was a little small. People crammed in at times, but in a multi-level hotel it was tight, but everyone managed!

Great ski in ski out - great location - friendly staff - room 603 was nice and spacious with a great view

Breakfast was a little crowded at times - lay out possibly improved - we ate one dinner at the hotel and did not particularly enjoy it - there was no choice for dinner menu

I really liked it! First of all receptionist was very very nice. She welcomed me nicely. and I asked about the hot bath beforehand but got reply immediately and told me we have a hot bath which indeed we did! I asked for hair dryer and she lent me one immediately, helped us regarding the ski room and everything. Room was good size for 2 people, you can see the ski area right outside, literally can ski in and ski out location. Close to all the restaurants at night, very quiet you cannot hear much your neighbour. ( of course sometimes some people were screaming at night, but it was not that bad.) I enjoyed it a lot, would love to come back.

We had a shower drainage problem that was fixed as soon as we talked to the right person in house keeping.

Amazing location - as ski in, ski out as it gets. The staff were really attentive and helpful, providing great service. Loved the quirky, family run style to the hotel.

Would be nice to have some bottled water in the rooms.

The hotel is in a very good location. There is a ski slope right next to the ski room. There is a good view of the mountain and the ski slopes through the window. The city center is right next to the hotel and you can walk through the streets and shops in the evening. Staff very kind and nice. The room is clean and cleaned daily. A delicious dinner is not repeated at the hotel every evening and during the week. For breakfast, self-service and you could bake eggs with bacon yourself. The car could be parked in the garage in the basement of the hotel.
