Great location, walking distance to the Palace, restaurants and the train station. Breakfast was very good with more options than what you typically see. Sam at the front desk was very pleasant and extremely helpful. He provided step by step directions on getting around on the trains with multiple transfers. We didn't have any problem getting to our destination in Paris, and back. Parking our large SUV at the hotel was easy. Overall a great stay!

The room was small (urban area), my pants were soaked from arriving in the rain. I found myself wishing the room had clothes hangers for pants so they could dry. And I found pant clothes hangers in the room. Then I found myself wishing for an extra pillow and blanket and I found these things in the room. The accommodations very thoughtfully provided everything we needed. Breakfast was wonderful (although thank goodness we were one of the first arrivals because the room became very loud and very busy with all the travel tours). We asked if we could leave our luggage while we visited Versailles and they accommodated this. When we came back from visiting Versailles we brought food purchased nearby and were so tired and asked if we could sit at the breakfast tables to eat and they let us. We interacted with 2 different employees and both were so pleasant and friendly and helpful and kind.

The bathroom is a "wet room" style - there should be a glass surround to keep the rest of the bathroom floor dry after taking a shower. Hotel guests do not want to shower and then walk back into the bathroom and get their feet or socks wet : /

Wonderful multilingual staff, comfortable beds, super breakfast, brilliant location. Altogether amazing, would definitely stay again. Also close to some fabulous restaurants and opposite the old hospital and gardens which were very tranquil. Excellent shower.

Liked everything. Someone was moaning about the small rooms. They aren't large but perfectly adequate. I don't go away to spend time in a hotel room. There were plenty of places to sit, relax and have a drink.

Cute little hotel in a great, central location. Nice touch to have a fridge in the room. Delicious croissants for breakfast. Very friendly staff. The hotel does have its own parking in a secure courtyard area but it's limited and a bit tight. You can't book it. The only available space was way too small for our car but we were allowed to leave our car overnight in the loading area out front of the hotel until a space came free the next day so that was very helpful.

The location is great. This side of Versailles is very posh and residential. Close the the Market place, pleanty of nice restaurants around. Breakfast is fine. Rooms are clean.

Rooms are very tiny. Just enough space for the beds. Very little storage space so when you are in for several days it ends up a bit cumbersome. But that is ok. not big issue. The Wifi is not stable. Difficult to stay connected.

The hotel was well placed for the Versailles Palace it took 10 mins to walk to the palace. The hotel was minutes away from a square of restaurants with a fantastic range of different types of cuisine so the lack of dining was totally acceptable and we also ate breakfast there after the first day. The market was there every day and the local food shops stayed open late every day so food was not a problem. Most of the staff were very helpful in many ways but rather dismissed our problems. We were lucky to be able to park in the carpark It would not have been so easy if we had to park in the street. There was a balcony door that opened up in to the car par so we were bale to have fresh air instead of the aircon in the evening. Air con worked well

We were booked in to a deluxe double but it was a twin bedded room. The room was not as big as expected There was supposed to be a fridge but ours was not working and it was fobbed off as more of an accessory than a usable item which meant the food we brought from the south went off because of the heat in the room. We tried to mention some of the faults but communication was hard. The leg on the dresser kept falling off. The loo flush had to be full as the small one would not stop running until the full was pushed a few times. The lamp on the side was broken. Breakfast was rather hit and miss. so we only ate there once. There was a lot of noise from the bathroom above which was a little distracting.

I researched a lot before booking here and was very happy with the stay. The hotel was no frills, but very pleasant. Walking distance to many restaurants and 10 min taxi ride to palace. Rooms were small but very efficiently designed so there was enough space to put everything. Rooms and hotel were very clean and well maintained. Air conditioning worked perfectly. Breakfast was reasonably priced and great start to day. Very nice staff. Would stay here again.

The parking situation was challenging. Only 9 or so spots and the tightest parking job I’ve ever had to squeeze into (needed another person to help direct me). We eventually found a spot in front of hotel (was free parking on that street in Aug).

Unfortunately we were both sick, so was holed up in our room for 3 days. I so missed all the attractions. Breakfasts were great. Big selection Loved the bed and pillows. Everything was so clean So many restaurants around to use

Towels in the bathrooms are alittle tired/thin/grey. Maybe get new ones. There is no shelf or dish inside the shower, to put razor, shampoo, etc on. This seems to be a Europe thing. There is an amazing coffee machine in the lobby, for the breakfast. It would have been great to be able to use that and make coffee.

We were staying at the hotel for the Olympics. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the Palace of Versaille. The room was on the small side, but was clean, well maintained and the aircon worked well! The beds were comfy and the shower good. We didn't have breakfast in the hotel - but the restaurant area looked clean and comfortable.

Would have liked the room to be a bit larger, but it was sufficient for what we needed.

A standard three star hotel. Great location, comfortable rooms, efficient service. No bells or whistles. The room is on the small side, but has everything you need. We didn't have breakfast, so can't comment on that.

The pillows weren't great. The parking area is small (first come first serve) and it was a bit of a job to find on street parking. We did after a few laps around the block, but note that it is expensive. We were luck to stay on a Sunday (free parking), but if it was any other day we would be looking at €30+ per day for on-street parking. The nearby underground parking location is a similar price.
