Great location within an easy walk to the palace. Lots of great small restaurants and shops around as well as a pharmacy within 5 min if you need anything. The only slight downside was the Ac is only for summer months and it was decently warm when we were there but the room had a small fan which was more than sufficient. I'd definitely recommend staying here.

The staff were extremely helpful before and during our stay - offering to store luggage before check-in or after leaving, happily providing extra milk for tea/coffee making and when we returned after a day at the Palace of Versailles, to claim our luggage, we were offered the use of the toilet, which we thought was really thoughtful. We asked if the staff member could fill our water bottles, and he provided 2 fresh full bottles instead. Thanks so much. The location of the hotel is approximately halfway between the Versailles Chantiers railway station and the Palace of Versailles - perfect base to explore the Palace.

We had a room on the first floor, at the back of the hotel. Beautifully quiet which we appreciated, and the beds were more comfortable than others we've stayed in across the region. Location is superb - lots of restaurants and independent shops nearby and the Palace is a very easy walk. Strongly recommend that others book dinner well in advance with local restaurants - we tried 6 that were already fully booked before we finally found success without having an advance reservation. Staff were exceptionally helpful. Internet quality was good. Is quite a long way to walk to Gare de Versailles-Château-Rive-Gauche so if you're travelling light its easy, but if you're lugging suitcases, be warned! Hotel decor and layout is quirky and dare I say quaint - a refreshing change from the modern chain hotels.

As is too often the case with the modern showers that only have a partial glass screen, water frequently sprays beyond the screen, so we wound up semi flooding the bathroom twice, thus having to use up the extra towels we had been allocated simply to mop up the walls and floor.

Great location. Friendly service and beautiful hotel. Plenty of fun things to do near by. Great museums and restaurants near the hotel.

Great room. Very clean, and large for Paris hotels. Perfect location. Easy to get to Versaille. By the way, we went out and got a pizza and a bottle of wine and brought it back to the hotel. They have a small courtyard. Well, we forgot to get a screw top so we had no way of opening the wine. Amir was working and he got us an opener and two glasses. Then, we opened the pizza box to find that they didn't cut the pizza. Amir to the rescue again. He got us a knife, forks, and plates. Amir was awesome. We would have starved without him. Thanks for everything Amir.

The hotel worked perfectly for our 3 night, city break. The room was very small & quite dark but it was clean & everything worked! All necessities were supplied. There are bigger lighter rooms available. I had requested a quiet room - which was supplied - at the back of the Hotel. It was very quiet! Excellent breakfast! Staff all pleasant and helpful. A special thanks to Francisco, who couldn’t be more friendly and helpful. Location is super. Walking distance to everything, including the palace.

The wine served at the bar was awful! Suggest hotel stocks individual, mini bottles of decent red, white & Rose. Nothing else not to like!

I was very pleased with all aspects of my stay, the hotel is in a lovely quite street in Versailles the hotel is small, rooms and all of the hotel is as clean as you could wish i had breakfast every morning which was extra mainly continental but plenty of choice I would definitely stay there again the rooms are not big but do have a lovely shower room and the cleanliness impeccable

Ideal location close to dozens of restaurants and Versailles palace. Charismatic boutique hotel. Small but comfy room. Small fan included for the heat. No AC but didn't get too hot. Our room faced the courtyard and was extremely quiet, even with the window open, even though the hotel was full.

No mosquito killers available from reception, though we didn't have a mosquito problem. I requested one so we could sleep with the window open. It would be nice if they had some available.

Great historical building, felt like a time travel. Very curtious employees. Also, I have no idea why, but we were upgraded to a suite, thanks so much for that! Watercooker provided plus instant coffee in the room. Clean and very quiet.

Would have loved the idea of a fridge in the room or at least a welcome bottle of water after travelling.

The room was a nice size for traveling alone, and the bathroom was larger than some other ones I've seen in Europe, nicely updated and clean. The bed was by windows that could open and overlook the street (very quiet in summer), and it was beautiful - especially at night, I could see the fireworks at the Chateau from my window. Really lovely stay, perfect for a couple of nights.

The motion sensor on the lights in the hallways is too short - I couldn't even get my key in the door and turn it without using my phone light or walking back by the motion sensor to start the timer again. Hopefully an easy adjustment for the staff - my stay was on the third floor, not sure if other floors have the same issue!
