The room was very clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable. We had a balcony door that overlooked the parking. The selections available for breakfast were excellent.

I didn't realize we had to pay for parking every time we went in and out over the 3 days. They need to have a pass to swipe as you go in and out when you are staying at the hotel for more than a day.

Rooms clean, quiet, warm, bathroom had bath with shower attachment. The bed was large and had spare pillows. The window was large and had thick curtains but no shutters. In winter this wasn't an issue but could be an issue in the summer with the sun waking you up early if you're a light sleeper. Breakfast was OK. Hot food was bacon, sausages, scrambled eggs, baked beans, there were also cereals, various breads and croissants, flapjacks, yoghurt. The fresh fruit section was a bit simple with apple compote or oranges. But everything was well laid out. Tea coffee and fruit juice were offered along with the local bottled water.

The air-conditioning in our room was intermittently very noisy, which woke us up several times in the night. There didn't seem to be any USB plugs in the room, so you would need to bring a plug in charger that fits a french electrical socket The bed was a bit hard for my taste but my partner liked it.

This is a very central hotel in Vichy. The underground parking was secure. The room was spacious and comfortable. Tried the breakfast one morning which was excellent although expensive at 18 eur.

Lifts, especially to the parking were slow- minor problem.

Reception staff were welcoming and efficient. Even though I arrived earlier than expected my room was ready. The room was spacious and quiet at the rear of the hotel away from the road. I travelled by motorcycle and there was plenty of space in the room to hang my motorcycle clothing.

Having to pay extra for parking my motorcycle. The same for cars as well. I think that it is a cheek as the car park is part of the hotel grounds, or appears to be. Everything else was to a high standard as I had experienced previously.

The rooms were beautifully cleaned each day with fresh towels and cleaning staff extremely friendly The reception staff very helpful and willing to answer any questions or things that we needed

The room was a nice size and had a mini bar to keep my dog's food cold.

The carpeting was badly stained which made it look dirty, although it was clean to the touch.

Perfect location

Very small swimming pool, not like the one I saw in the pictures on the website. I didn't like that the WC was in a separate room with no possibility to wash your hands after using the WC. Apart, I don't know why many guests walked barefoot in the lifts, common areas, etc but I guess that's not an issue of the hotel.

We needed a stopover on our way to the Alps from the UK and this hotel ticked all the boxes. The room was a generous size, the beds comfortable and the rainforest shower great. The reception staff were friendly and welcoming.

The only thing is that we expected more info from reception about the SPA which is next to the hotel. Since hotel is presented as a SPA I suggest that reception give a schedule of working hours upon arrival.

An "aging" building and yet large room, clean, comfortable and good sound isolation. So we slept very well and that's all that mattered to us. Vichy isn't big but the location is great still (in the center) and it has quite some space in the parking. Overall good stop over

We did not use most of the facility and only stayed one night. Checking in a bit earlier was possible (2pm instead of 3pm) but there were still quite a lot of trays (room service) laying in the floors, cleaning staff could be "cleaner" themselves and staff at the reception could have been more enthusiastic or simply smiling (though times, limited staff, high turnover, I know, but still). Lack a bit of charm compared to the city itself (I know, it's a chain, but it's also a bit expensive)
