Very good value, simple, but nicely done, nice location ( quiet residential and just a couple of minutes level walk into town) Town was a pleasant surprise, really nice to walk around and very friendly, plenty of places to eat. Breakfast at the hotel was very good

Reception is not open until 4pm, so if you arrive early you cannot enter - not really a problem, but a little disconcerting when you are expecting it to be open ( confirmation said 2:30)

Good location, short walk into the centre. Free parking immediately outside the hotel. We felt safe leaving our main baggage in the car overnight. Room was very comfortable and clean. Enjoyed the bath as well as show. Didn’t take breakfast here as wanted coffee in town but it looked very good. Very good stop for an on route stay over. Reception was polite and helpful and spoke good English. Found a good Brasserie restaurant in town for dinner on a Monday night.

The staff I met either on reception or at breakfast were both friendly and helpful. Their names were Laure and Cynthia and deserve a mention. They also spoke English which was helpful. There are a few car parking spaces on site, but there is also a large public car park about 1 minute away. Buffet breakfast was very good and the Wi-fi worked. The en-suite room I had was fine for my needs as I only used it for a few hours in the evening and for sleeping. Apart from a comfy bed, it had one chair and a small table. It also had a kettle, but no fridge. I do not think they do evening meals, but as the town is only 5 minutes walk away, this is not a problem. Vitry has lots of bars and restaurants to cover all tastes and prices. There is a small lounge in the main hotel area where you can also access free chilled water, which is a nice touch.

I would happily go back, but it is worth pointing out one or two things if they are important to you The staff are not there 24 hours a day and when they are not there. you will not be able to access the main hotel area (reception, lounge etc), only the bedrooms. At these times, an electronic code is used to access the premises. This is in addition to the room key. The bedrooms are reached via a staircase at the side of the building. I did not see a lift, but was not really looking that hard! The room was fine for me, but some might want a bit more furniture if you were planning to 'stay-in' for longer periods. I myself will be returning when I get a chance!

The staff were fantastic. The location is pretty good- not far from the centre (an easy walk) - with parking adjoining the hotel. The room was a good size, the bathroom had a bath, and there is coffee, tea and mineral water available free. The bed was very comfortable with excellent linen.

The decoration is a little in need of touching up but nothing serious

The fridge in the bedroom was silent but properly cooled my water bottles in the heat wave. My room was by the lift but unlike many hotels it was silent. The air conditioning was silent too but worked. This is a hotel that has understood their customers needs and gone the extra step.

It was very hard to find fault. The only disappointment was their choice of baker. The croissants were huge but the taste was poor and without the real taste of France. The bread roll was also tougher than most. The rest of the breakfast choice was good.

Very luxurious feel in the room, ver clean and very friendly staff that speaks great English.

Nothing major but it would be better if they don't charge 10€ extra for bringing a dog when we (2 peoples) already had booked a family sized room for 3 people.

Quiet location in a residential area with local sports facilities very close by. Very friendly staff, room was a good size, well laid out and very clean with a very comfortable bed. we had our dog with us and there was a good walk along side the river Marne.

No on site parking however plenty available very close to the hotel especially once the local sports facilities closed. Easy walk to local restaurants in town.

Staff were fantastic and let us store our bikes securely. Wifi was super fast. Location was great for a wander into town for pizza and a beer. Breakfast was delicious (especially the Biscoff spread).

The room was very comfortable, very conviniet for the stop during long journey.

I was supreised that the hotel was closed when we arrived at 2 pm afternoon, we had to wait until 4pm to check in. It's really strange

It was a big room. We could make coffee + tea in the room. Very nice breakfast. Hotel was easy to reach by car.

We had room E7 and the position of the toilet was a bit awkward with the bathroom sink right in front of the toilet.
