We loved the room which was really comfortable and really well equipped. We were upgraded to a deluxe room unexpectedly which was also a pleasant surprise. The spa and pool were also lovely and included in our stay. It was a really welcome after such a long drive.

Our stay was on Sunday night so we didn’t get to eat at the much touted restaurant on site. Although we were warned about this and given alternative options in the area, there were pretty limited as many of the closer restaurants were also closed on a Sunday. We also opted for the breakfast which at approx. €25 a head felt v poor value for money. Everything was very well laid out and the service was good but the offer felt really disappointing given the cost. It was a bum note in an otherwise lovely stay.

Next- level comfy beds! So, so delightful and with beautiful, sumptuous bed linen. So clean and user friendly the room felt as if only just refurbished. The staff were also next-level excellent...All the staff. This hotel claimed one of its missions is to provide sincere histidine and to take extra care of its staff. This clearly showed in the welcoming and helpful attitude and the knowledge of all staff. Contemporary, fresh and creative, and classy interior design. Effective air conditioning. Provision of a table and 2 chairs.

More space for our cases, you have to unpack what you want to use for an overnight stay rather than' live out of the case'... or use all abbasid surfaces to put the cases on

Great hotel in lovely countryside and in a lovely village next to a cathedral. All staff ( bar 1) amazingly helpful and friendly. Reception staff particularly helpful. Spa facilities great.

Restaurant - over rated, great presentation of food but lacking flavour/ taste. Price of drinks astronomically high 20 euro for a single g & t! Need to up their game in restaurant in providing help around gluten and dairy free options. Comment made to me as I was only ordering 2 courses, was good luck, as if I wouldn’t have enough - feeling she wanted me to commit to cheese course and dessert to get extra money from us. As a whole restaurant lets the hotel down as being too pretentious.

This is a luxury hotel located in a small village next to the impressive Basilica. Private parking, swimming pool, spa facilities, garden, so it aims at tourists looking for a relaxing short stay, not at business people. The room is big with very comfortable large bed, quiet, well equipped. Large bathroom with very big walk-in shower. Separate toilet, always a plus. Very good restaurant in the hotel.

The breakfast buffet is not extraordinary (compared to the luxury segment aimed for), the coffee in particular is below standard. Apart from the Basilica there is nothing to do or see in the immediate neighbourhood. The layout is a bit confusing and the corridors are dark.

Super clean, beautifully equipped room - we were upgraded on arrival so can only comment on the deluxe room, which was marvellous. Tea/coffee facilities plus a small fridge. Really comfortable large bed with lovely bedding. Good, secure parking. Restaurant is also beautifully appointed with a great outlook to the Basilica - worth a visit.

Our shower didn’t have a door - it was just a walk in which soaked the rest of the bathroom however hard we tried to contain it. Great shower - just prefer not to paddle to the loo or sink afterwards. The food in the restaurant was perfectly edible but we felt was ‘punching above its weight’. The food wasn’t the creative delight that it sets itself up to be. Wine is VERY expensive and we felt the meal was overpriced for what we had. Shame because the experience of being in this setting/dinjng room was delightful

What can I say, what a gem! Fantastic staff, manager was a breath of fresh air when it comes to hospitality, couldnt do enough. Rooms modern with quality fittings & decor, great shower, all the nice little touches & a sun trap balcony with loungers. Had a glass of wine on the front, which is on the main street of the quaint french village of Lepine over looking the basilica in the sun. The restaurant is top class & the food is prime, really couldnt fault it. Also had private gardens and a nice little mini golf course for the hotel & a tennis court. Oh, and we had the dog which again they couldnt do enough for and there are fields & fields all around the village. Highly recommend this place, only disappointment was that we only stayed for one night!

We were made to feel very welcome as soon as we entered the hotel. All staff were so friendly. The room was clean ad very well presented. We made use of the Spa facilities which were great and very relaxing. We were provide towels, robes and footwear in our rooms for the spa which was convenient. Spa was onsite in the hotel without havign to go outside to another building. Parking was so convenient, off road and secured. The view of the Basillica was very special. The location whilst on the road opposite the basillica had land and space and felt calm and relaxing. We had a fantastic evening meal in the restaurant. Very good service with excellent quality food. Whilst the meal cost more than I was expecting, the service, food and quality was very worth it. Overall we had a really good stay and was made to feel very welcome from the onset of our arrival to our departure. All staff were extremely friendly. Would very much recommend, we wished we could have stayed longer!

A very warm welcome. Our host speaks excellent English. The deluxe room was well thought out with a lovely large bathroom. We slept extremely well in the large bed. The SPA facilities and pool were clean and very welcome after a long day in the car. We had a wonderful French dinner in the restaurant. The hotel has a nice garden with a few pieces of modern sculpture and is right by the Basilica for a visit. Quiet village - all felt very secure.

A delightfully situated hotel in a quiet village. The deluxe room was excellent and the minibar equipped with champagne. As it was our last night, it would've been rude not to! The staff at reception were extrememly helpful trying to sort us out an alternative restaurant, as theirs was full. In the end there was a cancellation so we enjoyed a superb meal there. However, thanks must go to the woman who went beyond normal to help us out. :-)) Great secluded, and secure parking for motorcycles.

Prior to arrival, we were contacted to ask if we'd like a dinner reservation as it is a very popular local restaurant, a very thoughtful touch. Upon arrival we were greeted warmly in the car park by Xavier and then shown around. Fast and friendly check in. Dinner was superb- high end dining in a relaxed and informal setting. Great wine menu and the cheese board was amazing! Very attentive, knowledgable and friendly servers. The rooms are modern and unfussy, separate bathroom and toilet. Super comfortable bed. The breakfast was super, lots of fresh local produce. All the staff were friendly and helpful and professional. We'll definitely return.
