What can I say, what a gem! Fantastic staff, manager was a breath of fresh air when it comes to hospitality, couldnt do enough. Rooms modern with quality fittings & decor, great shower, all the nice little touches & a sun trap balcony with loungers. Had a glass of wine on the front, which is on the main street of the quaint french village of Lepine over looking the basilica in the sun. The restaurant is top class & the food is prime, really couldnt fault it. Also had private gardens and a nice little mini golf course for the hotel & a tennis court. Oh, and we had the dog which again they couldnt do enough for and there are fields & fields all around the village. Highly recommend this place, only disappointment was that we only stayed for one night!

We were made to feel very welcome as soon as we entered the hotel. All staff were so friendly. The room was clean ad very well presented. We made use of the Spa facilities which were great and very relaxing. We were provide towels, robes and footwear in our rooms for the spa which was convenient. Spa was onsite in the hotel without havign to go outside to another building. Parking was so convenient, off road and secured. The view of the Basillica was very special. The location whilst on the road opposite the basillica had land and space and felt calm and relaxing. We had a fantastic evening meal in the restaurant. Very good service with excellent quality food. Whilst the meal cost more than I was expecting, the service, food and quality was very worth it. Overall we had a really good stay and was made to feel very welcome from the onset of our arrival to our departure. All staff were extremely friendly. Would very much recommend, we wished we could have stayed longer!

Prior to arrival, we were contacted to ask if we'd like a dinner reservation as it is a very popular local restaurant, a very thoughtful touch. Upon arrival we were greeted warmly in the car park by Xavier and then shown around. Fast and friendly check in. Dinner was superb- high end dining in a relaxed and informal setting. Great wine menu and the cheese board was amazing! Very attentive, knowledgable and friendly servers. The rooms are modern and unfussy, separate bathroom and toilet. Super comfortable bed. The breakfast was super, lots of fresh local produce. All the staff were friendly and helpful and professional. We'll definitely return.

Very comfortable room

We asked if an evening meal for 18:00 was possible (we had a small baby with us). We were told yes. On arrival at the restaurant, we were made to wait until 19.30 (the time that the restaurant is open). The vegetarian option for the main course was simply vegetables. They were very nicely cooked but, in today's world – even in France, surely one can expect some attempt to provide a proper meal for vegetarians, e.g. something with cheese/eggs such as a quiche, omelette or perhaps a meat-free pasta meal.

Really nice hotel which looked and felt great. Good rooms with all necessities, like bathrobe, slippers and hairdryer. The staff was very friendly, pool and spa were great! Clean, calm and spacious. We also received some great recommendations for Reims (thank you!). Would definitely go back and/or recommend.

We loved our room, couldnt be better. Breakfast buffet was a little basic (maybe due to the look and feel) but could be overseen.

The property is established as a spa-getaway resort. The facility is located in neighboring village of L'Epine, which is a few km from Chalons-en-Champagne. However, as a stopover for a drive through the area, the location was perfect, and in retrospect we preferred staying here over staying in the busier Armes de Champagne. The resort was beautifully maintained with gardens and grounds. The resort offered free gated parking. We did not eat dinner at the restaurant, where we thought the prices were on the high side. We did have breakfast at the resort, which was offered for an additional fee. The breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of offerings, including champagne. The check in service, and service in the bar and breakfast areas were top notch. The property is also located conveniently for a visit and tour of the Basilica-Notre Dame across the street.

There were no other restaurant/food options in L'Epine, unless one ate at the resort restaurant, which we considered on the high side for us. There is one bar across the street, but they were closing early and no food was available. We did drive into Chalons-en-Champagne, which is a short distance from L'Epine, where there were more options and where we ate dinner.

Rooms were superb overlooking the Basilica whilst the restaurant is exceptional Pool area was great as well It’s indoors but with immediate access to the garden When travelling out of high season that worked well as it was usable - the other place we stayed had an outdoor pool however it was too cold still at end of May

This isn’t a criticism as such but it’s a very small village ( you wouldn’t think it looking at the basilica ) and there is nothing else around really bar a lovely Boulangerie if you want to get on your way early as we did Not an issue for us but something to bear in mind

Wonderful place, I have stayed here before and it is always fabulous. The owners and staff are all helpful friendly and so knowledgeable about the area, food and wine. Lovely quiet room overlooking the garden, great shower, comfortable large beds. Great choice of cocktails in the bar. Restaurant is marvellous, always 2 fish dishes available, vegetarian choices, wonderful wines and the largest, best stocked cheese board I've ever seen!

This hotel is fantastic! A charming exterior with renovated large modern rooms, lovely restaurant for dinner, breakfast buffet and super friendly staff! the room was gorgeous, spotless, prefect, with very nice amenities. The town is adorable ❤️ The outdoor garden is a lovely place to sit and enjoy the artwork and weather. We absolutely loved everything about the Armes de Champagne and highly recommend ! The staff went out of their way to make us feel welcomed and everyone is extremely professional and friendly - LOVE LOVE LOVE ❤️ and thank you for making our French Countryside visit so delightful!

This is a lovely, comfortable, stylish hotel with an incredible restaurant. They are so dog friendly (and friendly to people too!) and also conveniently have electric car/Tesla chargers. I am gluten free, and they went out of their way to provide delicious and safe food for me. Excellent hospitality and facilities, including a lovely pool and gardens. We can’t wait to come back again!

All lovely. We were there off season so quiet but that was perfect for us.
