The property itself was nice.

The dinner cost a lot for nearly enough food to satisfy an adult let alone my year old. Asked for my meat be well cooked without blood but what was brought was the opposite of that. We ordered dessert after dinner after waiting almost 30 minutes without it, we decided to leave for our room and saw the waitress. I express my displeasure and there was no apology what so ever. We asked if I could take it up to the room and she says no I would have to pay for room service so w cancelled the order. The milk and coffee at breakfast was horrible.

This place is absolutely lovely and quite a bargain considering the level of service and amenities. We loved the beautiful grounds and our comfy room. The real stars are the staff- exceptionally helpful and fun. We particularly enjoyed chatting with the servers in the restaurant where we enjoyed one of the best meals of our six week trip (and that’s saying something since we enjoyed a lot of great meals in France and Italy). Highly recommend this place and wish we could have stayed longer. We will definitely stay there again.

Everything really was first rate. I can’t think of anything to improve

The location, the staff, the room wverything was great.

The receptionist told us that we could only park our car in front of the hotel if we paid after 10:00 p.m. We were shocked and questioned this. I talked to my two friends who stayed there three days ago, and they said no payment was required. Additionally, our friend who was staying in another room parked their car in front of the hotel and didn’t pay either. I don’t understand why the receptionist told us such a thing.

The staff was very friendly; at the reception, they gave us room upgrade and told about all the places of interest nearby. Also at the hotel restaurant, the service and the meals were superb. The location of the hotel is very quiet and the facilities are very clean.

Though the room was very clean, comfortable, with a minibar it was very simple for a superior. We could not see any difference to a standard room which we originally booked. The working hours of spa were too short. Everything was closed at 7 or 8 p.m. at weekend.

The rooms were great and the pool. The reception staff were lovely too. All clean, comfortable, and modern. we also loved the Italian restaurant attached. Very good food and good value.  we would stay again. Now we know about the additional costs, we would prepare for them. 

I think it’s worth dog owners knowing that for each dog you are charged €20 per night. So we stayed two nights and it was €80 for our dogs. We are respectful of the places we stay, and I don’t believe cleaning a room with our dogs in it would have cost anything like that. I just think that’s a bit expensive when nobody serviced the room while we were there (we arranged it, but nobody came, and we requested towels and coffee but that didn’t come either). Otherwise, we thought it was lovely.

New Years Eve was very nice with a delicious menu! Very friendly staff in the restaurant! Breakfast was fantastic as well with high quality products. Always smiling and professional to the guests!!

Sauna could be more hot (80-90 C would be great), maybe it was faulty, as it had 60 C only, on 31.12. In the steam-bath a water hose would be an advantage to splash the seat before usage.

This place is fantastic. The restaurant was a great experience and the food was awesome. The outdoor pool is lovely and kept at a beautiful temperature. Just what was needed after a long days drive. The parachutists were a constant source of amazement being deposited out the plane every 25 mins from the adjacent airport

Clean modern parking easy and available. Excellent breakfast

No facial tissues in room Arrival at 1:30pm we were met by an unhelpful receptionist who not only wouldn’t let us check in but was very offhand in giving directions or help to nearby restaurants. Long walk to breakfast

Very kind staff, clean, well-equipped room, the breakfast is very good and many kinds. The hotel is quiet, the wellness is also very good, calm, large pool around 30 degrees and jacuzzi around 40 degrees, sauna, etc. There are many hiking opportunities in the area. I definitely recommend the hotel.

Staff were fantastic, made us feel welcome, were always on hand to offer assistance. Hotel is ideally located for the lake and restaraunts. We spent one day just hanging by the pool its so peaceful.
