The location of the hotel was perfect right in the middle of the boulevard and easy access to everything. Just a short walk from the beach and the shops. The health centre and pool were good too. Staff on reception were helpful and friendly as were the housekeeping staff.

The pool was a little on the small side and we were unable to use it a few times due to private swimming lessons taking place.

The staff is just amazing. They were very nice and helpful. Quality of their services was just perfect. Rooms extremely clean, spa center - just great, and the money we paid was absolutely reasonable.

Location is not bed but due to the construction process around the hotel, it was quite challenging to walk around, especially after rain.

Very comfortable; great staff; close to everything. The room was big and bright. There are mini-markets and liquor stores right across the street, which was especially convenient. Everything was clean and the internet was fast and reliable. Overall, a very good experience.

We came in winter and stayed here because of the pool/ health facilities. The pool area was very nice but we didn't love the layout. To get to the sauna/ steam room from the pool, one must go down a set of stairs and walk across the entire spa. If one wants to cool down in the shower, they must walk back-and-forth to the other side of the spa; dripping all over the floor while everyone in the spa waiting room watches. Also the hot tub was closed.

Very spacious room which makes you feel home. Beautiful view where you can enjoy stunning sunsets and sometimes fireworks. Very comfy beds and nice bedding. Professional staff and immediate response.

Strange smell in the rooms. Shower cabin is not fully closed, so you end up with flood in the bathroom every time you shower.

The staff were excellent - polite, helpful and friendly. The breakfast was very good. The pool was nice, clean and warm, although a bit small.

The windows are not noice isolated well enough. The fan in our room was way to loud.

Many thanks for desk manager Davit who was very available and attentive to deal with misunderstanding we experiences with booking.com reservation regarding our room sea/mountain view. Davit acted quickly and resolved our issue in the best way to satisfy us. We were really very surprised of his attitude. Many thanks to him and housekeeping staff, who helped us to move to a new room.

The pool needs to be cleaned

Breakfast was fantastic, had a lot of vegetarian options. Swimming Pool was also big although a bit crowded. We had 2 suites booked which were as per the pictures so it was all fine. Overall everything was as per the description. Location was also great.

Parking was a bit crowded and hard to find if you have your own car.

In room 805, the shower has no glass door, every shower the room fills with water. The breakfast was excellent, fresh and delicious. Hotel in an excellent location, close to the mall, close to the beach, close to the boardwalk and fountains.

A clean, bright and modern hotel just opposite the beach promenade. Very big pool, where you can really swim. Lovely chilled fitness area. Wonderfull breakfast until 11am. Nice view to the sea with a balcony.

The location is a bit far from the old city centre. But 2 km are also possible to walk.

Expensive breakfast cost. 45lari per person. Dropping shower when closed. If to stay in 12th floor, loud party from 13th restaurant floor.
